Bon séjour

Aufenthalt war sehr zufriedenstellen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Zimmer war etwas klein, Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl. Gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum

Parken in alter Garage mit 17€ sehr teuer

La ducha no se regulaba bien, o el agua salia muu caliente o muy fria, a parte no esta nada insonorizado, se escuchaba hasta la conversación de la habitación de al lado

Una buena opción para Figueres.

El personal es muy amable. El gimnasio no es una maravilla, pero está mejor que lo habitual de los hoteles.

El gimnasio está bien para ser un hotel, aunque solo tiene máquinas de cardio, un banco, mancuernas hasta 10 kg y algunas gomas elásticas. No tiene fuente de agua.

Es war teilweise in Ordnung

Das Zimmer war sehr gut und auch die Rezeption sehr angenehm sowie das Frühstück.

Das Essen am Abend entsprach überhaupt nicht unserer Vorstellung, wir waren nicht zufrieden.

Superb

I cannot fault Hotel Pirineos. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The Reception desk staff spoke English and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very comfortable and clean and the included breakfast was extensive and extremely good value for money. When we were unable to book a taxi to get to the station, a member of staff drove us in the hotel's vehicle. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel that others should aspire to

Everything. The reception staff are excellent, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was gleaming, a credit to the cleaning team. Perfect location to visit all that Figueres has to offer. Secure parking. Early check in time is a bonus.

€10 per night per motorcycle was a bit expensive when we put 8 bikes in 3 bays using the space of 3 cars which would have been charged at €16 each

Excellent place to stay if you visit the Dali Museum.

Great location within walking distance from the city center and the Dali museum. The hotel has wonderful furnishings and you see dozens of antique chests and desks. The hotel is filled with original valuable artwork from the owner's collection. The attached restaurant provided an upscale dining experience and the morning breakfast service was very good. Private, off street parking is available directly across the street from the entrance to the hotel.

No negative experiences to report. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to our friends.

We only stayed one weekend but I would definitely come back. I definitely recommend it.

Excellent location. The breakfast covered our expectation, by providing salty and sweet offers of good quality. Little bonus: the restaurant "El pelegrin" is inside the hotel. We absolutely recommend it!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but I do have a few minor comments: 1. The list of amenities in the bathroom didn't match the products available. According to the list, there should be bath gel, shampoo, bar of soap, shower cup, shoe polish, hair comb, shaving kit, dental kit. Out of the 8 items, only 3 were available: bath gel, shampoo and bar of soap (not as a bar, though). There was no shower cup, shoe polish, hair comb, shaving kit, or dental kit. 2. Considering that one of the selling points of the "Superior Double Room" is “Streaming service (like Netflix)”, wi-fi was far from ideal for a room with a smart TV. We simply gave up watching anything on Apple TV as it took a while buffering... Besides, even though they use Netflix as an example of a streaming service, the Netflix app is not available. Other streaming services are, such as Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, but Netflix isn’t. That said, some of the info available on the Hotel page (such as using Netflix as an example of a streaming service and not offering it) and at the Hotel itself (list of amenities in the bathroom that doesn’t match what is offered) can be a bit misleading. As I said, these are details but could be better informed than they currently are.

Everything was fine but breakfast was expensive (13€) and it would have been good to feature local produce, eg fresh bread, pan con tomate ( not industrial) etc.
