No breakfast included in my stay. In general hotel is comfy and staff was good.

There is no carpark in the same building in the hotel. You need to walk for the carpark, staff was very helpful but I don't give my car keys to the parking staff. So this is the only point that I stay neutral.

It was quite good.

Breakfast was quite good. I particularly liked the selection of olives, cheese. Yogurt in a pot is delicious.

I booked a deluxe room but given only executive.

The only thing I didn't enjoy was there is smoking allowed in the rooms.

Staff and location is remarkable!

Staff…Receptionist working at the night shift on 20th August 2022 (dont remember his name) and the bellboy Bahtiyar were extremely friendly, helpful and kind people. They welcomed us with a big smiles and upgraded our room at check-in. They both were impressively professional. Holiday Inn is lucky since they have these personnel. Hotel room was clean and beds were comfortable. They provided us waters as complimentary. Hotel’s location is at the heart of the best part of Ankara and 5 min walking distance to the best bars and restaurants. This hotel is very highly recommended! 🥰

we liked the location but the bathroom and the wifi were not as good as needed.

the location was convenient. close to doctor offices and embassies. they all within walking distance from the hotel. lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

the hotel wifi lost for two days. the water was cut for half a day. the bathroom bidet was not properly done as it was leaking water. the bathroom was all badly done. the shower was splashing water all around.

It is centrally located, the staff are friendly and efficient and the service is excellent. Breakfast is also very good with lot of options.

No double bed room available, even though it was advertised as available when booking. Instead we had to do with two single beds pushed together. That was disappointing for a Hotel of Holiday Inn standard. Should do better. DO NOT ADVERTISE A PRODUCT OR SERVICE YOU CANNOT PROVIDE.
