Buono

Colazione buona. Grandezza camera e bagno. Doccia gigante. Spazi comuni carini. Posizione buona per vedere le attrazioni principali della città. Business hotel

L'aria condizionata faceva fatica a raffreddare la camera, anche se accesa al massimo. La porta del bagno era scorrevole ma si faceva fatica a chiederla e aprirla. 1 solo accappatoio un camera, anche se era una doppia. Il ragazzo che abbiamo trovato in reception era disponibile ma faceva fatica a capire e dare informazioni base in inglese. Poi ha usato il traduttore del telefono per capirci e farsi capire ma comunque difficile.

Pleasant

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, with the vicinity of Sheraton and some ambassyes. The staff try as hard as they can to be helpful. Overall a nice clean hotel with a good business location.

The staff is very bad with the English language or any other language. Asking even for a coffee from the waiters is impossible.

Very pleasurable stay at the heart of the city.

The hotel is very clean. It's at the center of the best neighbourhood of the city. Rooms are nice and well equipped.

The breakfast was a bit disappointment on our first day. But I think it was related to the time of our stay which coincided with a local holiday. During our three day stay it only kept improving. Overall the breakfast was more than ok.

Brief, but very pleasant; would definitely return when next in Ankara.

My stay was cut short because of the earthquakes. The hotel very kindly assisted me in cancelling my reservation, liaising with Booking.com and refunding the balance of the cost for the nights I was unable to stay. They also assisted me in organising transport to the airport. Very kind and sensitive staff, made to feel very welcome.

Wonderful in all aspects!

My fiancé stayed for 2 nights and told me how very kind the staff/reception was and also Room Service. He was more than pleased with the cleanliness, the location, the comfort and helpful staff. Thank you very much for making his stay so agreeable. I will certainly book this hotel again whenever my fiancé and I are in Ankara.

Beautiful, large.well designed room. It Included a desk and separate work area. Location was off the main street, but an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Staff was pleasant, business like and helpful. Parking right in front was a binus.

Silent place in Ankara.

Clean and comfort. Silent place, far from nightlife. However the street with shops and markets is close enough.

Superb

Cosy, smart hotel rooms, with helpful and friendly staff ready to assist with any trouble, and perfect location. Kugulu park, popular Tunali Hilmi street with lots of stores in a walking distance. If you wonder about room amenities, do not worry :) You will not be disappointed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay here next time.

The only thing we didn't like was about breakfast. There was no buffet. Breakfast was served in large plates, and honey, butter, jam, olives, boiled egg in it. The other complaining is about how was it served: during our stay it was served very cold. If you have a little cold, cough then you will suffer. Maybe it was due to pandemic, aiming to limit contacts. Nevertheless, it needs to be improved.

Disappointing

Terrible old bed with old pillows, they room was too small and they would barely put coffee and tea in there. l ended up.not staying the last night there and they didn't refund me and told me l need to figure it out myself bcuz l booked online! Very disappointed.

Great location but needs modernisation.

Location was great.

It feels a bit like a retro hotel. There are electronic switches for everything in the room, including for the curtains. I found this to be annoying as these switches are quite temperamental. Even though the hotel is clean the deco gives you the feeling that everything is dusty.

A great place to stay in Ankara

Great staff and facilities. Staff was very nice and always there to help. The room cleaning staff was very happy, upbeat, and friendly and they always did an excellent job. The food in the restaurant was very good especially the lunch/dinner menu. The hotel is upscale and I was pleasantly surprised with everything and definitely would recommend Warwick Ankara to others. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful stay.

I enjoyed my time and definitely will book again if I come to Ankara

I did not have breakfast as I had to leave early morning. The hotel is a good choice who would like to explore the city. The staff members are very helpful.

parking facility has limited capacity. It was a bit difficult to park a car as one can not just park on the street. It is illegal to do so
