Hotel maravilhoso!

Quarto grande perto de tudo

A localização é perfeita. Pegamos um quarto no térreo, muito grande e espaçoso, então não tivemos que subir escadas. Se pegar um quarto nos andares superiores, não tem elevador. O café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade no terraço do hotel, muito agradável. No dia que saímos muito cedo paraum passeio nos deram um café da manhã para viagem com saduíche, sucos e bolo.

Se ficar nos andares de cima, tem que que subir até 2 lances de escada.

Excellent place to stay in Arequipa

We were greated by a very very nice staff member who was so friendly and eager to help. We had a room which you could reach from the inside courtyard and we loved it very much. Water in the shower was warm, beds were comfy, location is perfect and breakfast was great.

Great service. The day we left at 5 am, they prepared breakfast to go. Room was clean and spacious.

Breakfast was a little limited (although more of a general issue in South America than on this hotel in particular. It seems the focus is on sugar and not so much on salty or vegetables.) Although the room and bed were big, there were no places to place the clothes (e.g. closets).

Comfortable stay in good location

Good location, fantastic huge bed, nice outdoor area, roof top location for breakfast, the tortoise, friendly staff.

A little more expensive than other places we stayed of similar quality. The bathroom was quite small.

Amazing adventure in Arequipa!

We loved everything about this beautiful hotel! The staff were so nice! Helped us coordinate taxis, day trips, and getting around the city. The location is the perfect distance to the Plaza, Monastery, shops, restaurants, and more. Breakfast was great, the view from the rooftop was incredible, and we also loved spending time with Lolo, the resident tortoise❤️ Thank you all very much!!

The location of the hotel is amazing, super centric and close to all the restaurants and bars. The stuff working in the reception and the restaurant is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were really nice and comfortable. The best part is the rooftop terrase were the breakfast is served with a view to the city! Definitely recommend

pretty court yards, calm and central location. Cute small room for 3 people but powerful shower. Nice packaged breakfast for early morning trip.

we were in a triple room and as always there was only 1-2 glasses instead of 3 and not even a complimentary bottle of water …

Great stuff and location the rest so so !

The location was great! our room was quite. The stuff at the reception were great as well. the hotel felt very safe as well.

The breakfast was poor. The fruits were not fresh and tasted bad. The room and bathroom were very small. We extended our stay in the hotel 1 more day and we asked for no room service on the 2nd day but despite that we got room service. The breakfast was on the roof garden and maybe in summer that works fine but now it was very cold !

Beautiful hotel with friendly service in a perfect location!

Super friendly team before and during our stay. special thanks to Silvia and Angela for their warm welcome. They packed us a nice breakfast to go as we had an early departure to Colca Canyon. Excellent location-a few blocks from Plaza de Armas but away from the noise. Room was clean and spacious; and faced a beautiful courtyard. And, they have a cute tortoise, Lolo, that hangs out in the courtyard area.

An oasis in the city!

We arrived in the early evening after a long frustrating bus trip and it felt like we had entered a spa. It was quiet and peaceful and the two ladies at the check in counter were wonderful. They gave us the layout of the city on a map, made recommendations for dinner and what to see and led us to our room to make sure everything was in order. It was a fantastic location, just a short walk to the monastery, cathedral and Plaza. The room was comfortable and the breakfast on the roof top terrace was wonderful.

Location, Location, and Location. This Hotel is well located in the center of the city. close to all the attractions, and Restaurants. Another plus is the Breakfast. Definitely will stay here in my next visit to Arequipa-Peru.

The bathroom is a bit too small to move around. There was noise from the pipe which was quite loud, luckily it didn't last long.
