Gracias Marisol, por ayudarnos a pasarla muy bien.

Marisol. Heureusement que j'ai eu la chance de tomber sur Marisol à l'accueil. Le jour de notre arrivée, la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout à nos attentes ni nos demandes. Il était impossible de communiquer avec la personne présente ce soir-là, tellement désagréable. Le lendemain, nous sommes allés de nouveau à pouvoir changer de chambre. Marisol a pu nous en trouver une bien plus en adéquation avec ce que nous souhaitions.

L'édifice commence à être vieux et n'est pas entretenu autant qu'il devrait l'être.

Will be staying here again .

It was modern, clean the air conditioner was excellent. The view was nice there was a pool for our tower. The staff were fantastic. Good places to eat near by. I was there to have dental treatment and was 6 minute walk from dental offices.

I have nothing negative to say..

Mala experiencia

Lo único es el acceso a la plaza

En general es muy incomodo el acceso, ya que no hay quien te reciba en la llegada, es decir la puerta de ingreso sobre la avenida esta cerrada y nunca hay nadie, la atencion del personal es muy brusca y hasta grosera. La relacion precio con hospedaje, esta al mismo costo de un hotel en zona hotelera, entonces esta elevado. no tienen fotos de foto sencilla, por lo que jamas sabes que es un lugar demasiado pequeño

La mejor ubicación y confort

Ubicación de lo mejor y seguro. La plaza las Américas esta integrada a este complejo hotelero. La habitación amplia y confortable. Cuenta con una vista maravillosa de la laguna y de la zona hotelera.

YOU WILL NOT SLEEP HERE! Extremely noisy place.

Close to shopping mall.

Unbearable noise, sneaky dishonest staff. We had to leave in the middle of the night after realizing that the noise just would not stop until 5 am. The staff was trying to hide this and pretended they had no idea when the noise would stop - right, you work there every day and don’t know when the noise stops usually.. come on! In addition, upon checking, they were also hoping to charge us extra in case we were late with check out just by 5 minutes. There was no jacuzzi on the balcony but a bath tub which we did not use.

¡Ubicación increíble y excelente vistas desde habitaciones!

Me encantó que se encuentra cerca de todos los medios de transporte y no tan apartado del aeropuerto. Las vistas son increíbles y el personal es muy atento. Este hotel es una opción genial para estadías en Cancún.

Deberían mejorar el mobiliario de las áreas comunes, en especial el de la piscina… esta algo deteriorado. Pudieran lograr algo increíble con todo el espacio que tienen. El jacuzzi en habitación no funcionaba correctamente.

Ok, but not a 4star hotel

The view from the balcony was good, we had the jacuzzi tub on the balcony which was nice, right above a mall so location was good

The lobby area is hard to find, it is a hassle leaving and coming due to the hotel sitting on a parking garage, there was music close by the hotel that you could hear all night until 8 in the morning, no coffee, no ice, wifi only worked good while in the room, not on hotel zone so you need to know spanish or at least a translator app, could not check in early so your bags are left unattended if u do not take them with you, this is not a 4star hotel, would not stay again

Estadia confortable

Bien ubicado, instalaciones en buen estado a excepecion de la piscina, estaba sucia, no la usamos. Dormitorios comodos con todo lo necesario, adecuada limpieza, seguros. Al lado una plaza comercial , una rent-car y varios restaurantes. Punto medio para dirigirte a todos los puntos de interes.

Los bordes de la piscina con restos de musgo, señal de bajo nivel de limpieza.

Muy mala experiencia ya que confiamos , llegando nos dijeron que sobre vendieron el cuarto y que disculpe así nada más y venimos con niños confiando que es una plataforma segura por eso reservamos , tuvimos que buscar hotel a esa hora , así que muy mala experiencia no nos dieron solución solo disculpe y ya

Bastante satisfactorio

La ubicación es perfecta, la suite es pequeña pero funcional, bastante cómoda la cama y hay parqueo

A pesar de estar en el nivel 12, el ruido de las discotecas de la calle se escuchan muchísimo y no hay manera de evitarlo, encontramos sustancias ilegales en el lugar, hay que dejar un deposito de 100 dólares o 1,000 pesos en efectivo no tarjeta, la piscina estaba un poco sucia

The room was really bright and light and had a beautiful view.

The location of the apartment is in a very seedy location with no real restaurants around and difficult to get around. It was really challenging to find the apt initially as well. The staff were not very friendly, amenities were very basic.

All mexican learn english. Even couple words. It would be helpfull

I did not like Alfonso from from desk. He was rude and he should better learn english.

Would I stay there again? Yes!

Very friendly staff. Very conveniently located. Close access to shopping and restaurants. Felt very safe and at ease.

It was a little far from the beaches. Definitely helped having a rental car.

Comfortable modern stay before or after a flight

Loved the view, the modern apartment, comfi bed & ofcourse the jacuzzi on our big balcony. Also great to have fitness. we stayed here at the end of our flight and that was perfect because everything is close and even a shopping mall underneath.

It can get loud outside, there was a market with some music outside but it stopped around 10 pm. We slept fine!

Confortable hotel for a large group

Location next to the mall and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel needs renovations. There is lots of noise late at night coming from the street. The dishwasher doesn’t work and the washer needs maintenance.

Beautiful and private

Security and staff. Also, the hot tub on the balcony and shower. Def felt like a spa.

There was a weird sewage smell in the lobby, and they take down every license plate that comes in but couldn’t help me find the car that dropped me off. I was a little annoyed by that.

Pretty good and I would stay there again despite the issues. Mostly because of the location.

LOCATION Right next to a mall with a supermarket. The rooms are a good size as they are apartments. They have balconies so there is always a nice view. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a decent kitchen. There is also a nice living and dining area. The staff is super nice! Always friendly. The property has security and they are always nice and willing to help. For the most part, our stay was OK.

Somethings could have been cleaner and the apartment is in need of some TLC. The fridge had rust in it and it smelled. The oven could have been cleaner. The microwave stunk. They need new cookware as the Teflon was all scratched up and that is toxic. I called the front desk to see if they would give me a new pot to use. They sent someone with another scratched pot saying that is the best one they got. We also had a washer/drying all in one unit. The dryer is not very good as it takes forever to dry stuff. I had stuff in for over an our that was still very wet. The living room furniture is in need of a shampoo badly. I called and someone came, but they did not do nothing. I also found the beds to be a little too firm for my taste. We paid good money to stay there, so I really think Suites Malecon Cancun can do better.
