Excelente estancia

La buena ubicación, excelente atención del personal, en especial Milena

El baño que nos tocó era la ducha cerrada y el lavamanos abierto, debió estar todo cerrado. Y el aire acondicionado que no nos daba la temperatura deseada pero se solucionó.

Um bom lugar, bom preço e boa diversão

Amei a localização. Fica bem perto da estação rodoviária ADO. O quarto em que fiquei era bem confortável e a piscina é linda! O hotel tem atividades diárias o que torna o hotel perfeito especialmente para quem está sozinho.

A água do chuveiro não esquentava muito. Apesar de não ter atrapalhado a minha hospedagem, pois o quarto onde fiquei estava distante da piscina, a festa terminou às quatro da manhã e havia quartos próximos. Caso se hóspede lá, faça um pedido especial para ficar nos quartos mais silenciosos.

Hygiène à revoir

J’ai aimé le fait que ça soit à proximité du terminal ado, Le lit était confortable et c’était agréable d’avoir de l’eau en bouteille et des serviettes dans la chambre. Les peintures et la décoration sont sympas.

L’hygiène est à revoir, les douches et les toilettes du première étage sont très mal entretenu. Le mur de ma chambre collait . A mon arrivé on ne m’a quasiment rien expliqué et aucun sourire. Du bruit non stop, quand c’est les clients à la limite c’est passable mais là c’est du personnel qui fait je ne sais quoi. Il est mentionné qu’il y a un salle de douche partagé entre 4 micro room. Je ne l’ai jamais trouvé.

Centrally located hostel, perfect for short stays in Cancun

We only stayed here for our first night and it served its purpose. The location was perfect for us since it is a few meters away from the ADO bus station, so we were able to comfortably leave our luggage during the day and get back in the afternoon to get over to catch our bus to Valladolid. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast was nice, by the pool in the restaurant nearby.

La piscine et le bar, la gentillesse du personnel, la situation géographique juste à côté de la station centrale ADO. La chambre côté piscine.

La chambre côté cuisine, trop petite, donnant sur la rue, la prise électrique inutilisable, le savon pas rempli, les toilettes qui se vident mal.

There was no warning or information about the fact that very loud music was going to be played after midnight every night. Especially midnight -6:30 am on New Year’s Day

Great location and lovely room

Room was really nice, spacious and bright. We had a studio apartment with terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff, delicious oat milk cappuccino at the bar. Lovely swimming pool area and bar by the pool.

The cleaning and general presentation of the corridors and stairs were poor.

Location, the only perk.

The location is practical if you're taking the ADO buses from the station.

The staff systematically made everyone wait 20 minutes to half an hour to check-in, why? Travellers (specially late at night) are tired or have plans...

Mala experiencia con la recepcionista del horario nocturno

Las áreas comunes

La recepcionista del horario nocturno, una chica de lentes blancos cuadrados nos separó de cuartos. Lo cual podría ser una posibilidad en caso de que no hubiera espacio. Pero le comentamos que en uno de los cuartos había bastante espacio y podríamos estar las dos personas, no nos lo permitió porque dijo en la noche llegarían más personas y pues no fue así, estuvo a mitad de cupo. Además se portó muy grosera y ni siquiera nos dió indicaciones. Las demás personas muy amables y las áreas comunes lindas.

Buena ubicación, buen trato del personal y agradable ambiente de convivencia

Excelente ubicación y personal muy dispuesto a ayudar, y facilidades en la cocina aunque la cocina podría mantenerse un poco más limpia y con más cubiertos (cucharas, tenedores, cuchillos) para facilitar la disponibilidad para todos

La cocina podría estar más limpia aunque depende mucho de los huéspedes pero haciendo limpieza a las 12 del día que ya todos desayunaron, y a las 9 o 10 pm antes de cerrarse la cocina y con más varíedad de cucharas, tenedores y cuchillos

Would avoid - we have been backpacking across Mexico for 2 months and this was the worst place we have stayed in, and we

Location was good for us as we wanted to be by the Ado bus station, but honestly that was probably the only good thing we found with our short stay.

We’ve stayed in other Selina’s before which were miles apart from this. The biggest issue was cleanliness of common areas. Thankfully we didn’t have to cook whilst there, and to be honest would have opted not to due to the mess. The bathroom facilities were also poor, with toilet roll not being replenished or bins emptied, and broken locks/flushes. We had a private room - however our ‘window’ faced the interior of the property and the room really noisy, which was rubbish for us as we had a very early start the next day to get our bus, and we basically had no sleep.

Muy caro para lo que es, pero la ubicación lo compensa.

La ubicación no puede ser mejor. El personal de la recepción se portó excelente y nos hicieron upgrade de habitación gratis.

La limpieza, tuve que insistir que limpiaran la habitación, el desague del baño no funcionaba y algunos detalles menores como el aire acondicionado ruidoso.

Horrible!!! Pire endroit en quatre mois de voyage

On a reçu deux bouteilles d'eau de 0.4l. L'emplacement juste à côté du terminal de bus.

- tout le reste - les WC communs étaient dégueulasses avec des cheveux partout par terre et du papier par terre. - chambre avec une climatisation bloquée à 29 degrés. On s'est plaint dès l'arrivée mais on nous a dit que c'était normal et que ça allait baisser après 10 minutes.. 3h plus tard, on était toujours dans un sauna et l'air était irrespirable dans ce placard! Il y avait juste quatre murs autour du lit. - chambre minuscule et aucune circulation d'air. - alarme incendie qui avait besoin de maintenance. Bip toute les 30 secondes. Impossible de dormir. Après 3h (il était 4h du matin) on a fait un scandale a l'accueil pour qu'enfin on vienne régler les problèmes de bip et climatisation. Après 30 minutes, on nous a donné une autre chambre (au début l'homme a la réception disait qu'il n'y avait pas d'autres chambres...). La nouvelle chambre avait une clim qui fonctionnait mais la porte d entrée ne fermait pas. On a dû caler nos sacs et la chaise. Finalement on a pu avoir 5h de repos. Si on vous donne la chambre 1102, Changez tout de suite!!! Cet hostel est frequenté par des fêtards et il y avait des gens alcoolisés qui criaient tout au long de la nuit... Si vous avez le choix, allez ailleurs.

Terrible night in a very well located hostel

Awesome location for an overnight stay before taking a bus from ADO station (to Cancun airport for instance).

Kitchen was quite messy and dirty when I woke up around 7:00 AM (dishes/pots/pans piled up in the sink, breadcrumbs in the counter. Not so clean toilet in the room (but ok I understand that it was used by other guests in the room). Their bunk beds don’t have curtains or anything to make a division or have some privacy. Someone got stolen that same night in my room and staff came in to check the locker, being very noisy. I shared that room with people who probably never went to a hostel in their lives before, because they didn’t hold any backpacking etiquette at all and gave zero f***s about other’s sleep.

Exceptional

Lovely place for a very low price. Nice bar / restaurant and pool area. Really friendly helpful staff. I thought I had booked in a 4 bed dorm but when I arrived I was put in a private room with a double bed. Maybe because it was off season. But yeah, very very happy with that. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing really, could have been a little cleaner in the shower and bathroom areas but other than that, everything was fine.. Cheers Selina 👍
