A little bit of luxury- good vfm! Large bedroom and veranda. A bath the size of a small country- bliss! Nothing too much trouble Arranged a driver/guide for me-I wasn’t too well and they really took care of me. Great location but tucked into a quiet spot so restful. Great laundry service and plenty to do nearby- definitely staying again- it was a delight!
The only thing I could fault was breakfast- young inexperienced staff who didn’t seem to get my request so all a bit of a muddle but a minor point in an otherwise outstanding stay. They did offer to change my breakfast but I had to leave and couldn’t wait.

I was being harassed by some taxi driver during the drive and didnt feel comfortable with him giving me a ride that would take 2 hours to another location outside Ubud so I went to this resort which I had booking in the next 2 days, not on that day and the owner happened to be at the reception so I told them that I didnt feel safe and wanted to pretend to check in so that taxi driver would leave me alone and they took me in like I’m their family and understand my situation and stay with me till the driver really gone. I asked them if I could rent a motorbike somewhere and they lent their own for me with a very cheap price!
I took the motorbike to somewhere outside Ubud and it got some problem with the starter in the middle of nowhere road so I messaged them and they replied right away and planned to come all the way to my current location which was like 2 hours from theirs to help me but I figured out so they didnt have to come.
Few days later I checked in, the room and resort location were perfect! (The room was a bit dark but okay). They took some time to help me figure out the transportation to my next destination, which had very few info on the internet but they helped me all the way till send me off at the right bus stop.
I couldnt be more grateful for their help and warm welcome like family. The receptionist and owners can speak English well too.

Very nice and quiet hotel with outstanding value. Walking distance from Central Ubud, but far enough to be very quiet. The room overlooking local rice field was very comfortable and clean.

The only complaint we had is that there was nowhere to fill a water bottle which resulted in too much plastic waste over a few days. If they added a water refill station, the place would be perfect.

great location next to the monkey forest. I would see them hanging out by the entrance of the hotel at times. walking distance from the town center, yet this hotel is very peaceful and tranquil.
Not many vegan options for breakfast.

Amazing location.
Staff where very helpful and friendly.
Great breakfast.
Lovely clean pool. Very quiet hotel.
Could do with a bit of a spring clean. Pillows and linen where old, mosquito net was very dusty. Room smelt moldy, but did come better after a couple of days leaving windows open.

We loved the location near the monkey forest but close to many warungs and restaurants.
Although it was good value for the money, the description of the hotel was very misleading. I am sure that once and before the pandemic it was a lovely hotel and description leads you to feel it still is. But it is very tired and rundown. The gardens haven't been kept, overgrown etc, the restaurant is not running. All the bedlinen is very old and needs to be replaced.the pillows were discusting. I asked for them to be replaced instead I got an additional pillowcase. The pool was clean but the surrounds were unkempt, the chair cushions were very grubby and old. The pictures are obviously old and shows what it used to be like but unfortunately not now. Look it was reasonable and the people were nice but I wouldn't have stayed there if I had seen the 'true' photos of what it is now. They seemed to have alot of staff but maybe they should be put to good use by tidying up the place a bit rather than sitting around

Lovely staff, quiet area, clean room.
It’s a bit out of the way of town, walking there during the light is fine but you have to get taxi home. Lots of animals friends in the room (ants, a cockroach, lizard, flys etc.) not too bad/ expected just a little inconvenient having to remove cockroach for instance.

One of our favourite places we’ve stayed so far in Bali! Had everything you need in the room, wardrobe, fridge, desk, mirror, fly net. Although flies aren’t a problem in the area. Hosts are incredibly friendly it was my birthday whilst visiting, I arrived to a flower display and birthday cake which was incredibly thoughtful. They helped us hire a scooter. Breakfast was nice and cheap, very decent size portions. Bed was comfy and the pool area was nice, they also had three beautiful friendly cats.
The shower isn’t suitable for taller people had to crouch down to get fully under it.

Lovely quiet location just across from the monkey forest. Close enough to walk into the centre of ubud and into the hustle and bustle. The pool area was beautiful. Rooms were as expected and the hotel definitely is good value for the price paid.
Nothing!

Location is great, quiet area, close to the monkey forest and some great coffee places and restaurants around the corner.
Breakfast was terrible, but luckily you can get much better down the road. Welcome drink is worth skipping too.
One night a dance show was performed, however we were not notified of it, so we only saw the last little bit.
Hotel arranged a driver for us towards our next location, and promised us it would be for half a day so that we could visit some places along the way. However, they had informed the company of the driver that it was a direct one way without stops.
