Todo estuvo muy bien. Tal vez recomendaría q tuviera un Jacuzzi en la piscina central.

The location of the hotel was stunning and the rooms were gorgeous. It was wonderful to be able to swim in the lake and then enjoy a cocktail!
The restaurant was not great with no veggie food, some mains arriving with starters and others later and the food was a little over cooked. Breakfast was much better and our server for both meals was really helpful.

It was a great experience. It truly felt like an oasis where all of our needs were met. We were pampered and enjoyed every aspect of the hotel. The hotel was a great stay that I would recommend.

Awesome staff, very cozy place to relax and enjoy good vacations.
As it was expected between that much nature, we found two big spiders just at the side of the jacuzzi. We reported it, but unfortunately they were still there next day and we couldn't use the jacuzzi.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bolontiku hotel. We slept in a beautiful bungalow with tasteful interior. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. The beach is nice and equipped with SUP boards, kayaks and beach chairs that you can use for free. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Boat transfers to Flores are for free twice a day.
It is the perfect place if you like to relax from busy Guatemalan cities for a couple of days.
The food in the restaurant is okay, but not extraordinary. As the hotel is a bit off the track you have to make an effort to go to Flores to have dinner there.

Lovely hotel with good facilities, views and pleasant staff. Great for a relaxing and peaceful trip. Would recommend!
The only negative - at check out was asked to pay an additional $30 for extras at breakfast (incl orange juice). Despite asking the waiter several times if said “extras” were included. Next time, please advise guests clearly on what is not included rather than charging unexpectedly at check out. This left a very sour taste.

Thoughtful design beautiful landscaping. Rooms are actually bungalows with great views and verandas with comfortable chairs for relaxing.
Only the drive from the highway to the property was probably a quarter mile of ever increasing challenge. You should have a truck with aggressive tires. Best to take a boat across the lake I think.

The breakfast was really nice. Custom made pancakes & omelettes were outstanding ! Fresh fruit juices and the fruit plate were equally enjoyable. It was nice to enjoy breakfast with a terrific view of Lake Peten. Wait staff is great too ! Special saludos to Bolontiku managers Percy & Mariela and bar staff Nelson & Shirley. Their hospitality was genuine and much appreciated ! Muchas Gracias a todo !

This is a really nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.
I’m picking small points - but the ‘included’ breakfast doesn’t include everything (drinks/sides are not included), the hairdryer in the room wasn’t very good, and there are a lot of service charges (on meal bills (fine, to be expected), on the massage bill, and on the room rate as well!)

Beautiful location and facilities. The rooms were incredible and the staff was always at hand and very welcoming. Had a great time in the pool and in the lake using the water sport equipment. Would definitely stay again!! 😁

absolutely gorgeous. staff was lovely and incredibly helpful. pool was great as well as lake activities. rooms were nice and clean.
food was expensive and not good. we went out of our way to eat elsewhere. airport transfer should be included. we had to pay $100 Q each way to and from dock which is just a few minutes from airport. and would’ve had to pay $600 Q if we arranged the transfer through the hotel for our family of four, which is so expensive it doesn’t even make sense! we stayed in villa which was much too big for us, but was the only option for us as we wanted to stay together but with separate bedroom for kids.

Beautiful setting on the lake.
They told us breakfast was included with our room , but neglected to say it was only for two people. We were a party of three.

kudos to the staff! They were nice to accommodate the pick-up at Flores late at night, the staff is amazing and friendly, the included breakfast was delicious, and we got the Luxury Village that includes a jacuzzi. it is a great location to enjoy Peten Itza lake
unfortunately after 10pm there is no much assistance at the hotel, the electricity failed and was no one to fix it, it caused the A/C to make this noisy sound all night and no working, and couldn’t charge our electronics when we were leaving the next day.
