Great location, friendly & helpful front desk staff, small but clean room. I highly recommend!

Loved the location of this hotel - very convenient to all the key tourist attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was small but comfortable. If I visited Bogota again I will for sure stay at Hotel Regina without hesitation!

For me as a single traveler I was satisfied with everything. If I'm forced to pick one thing I will say a little more food quantity for breakfast :)

I always appreciate a good night sleep in a hotel, and this time, it was more than perfect.. my stay was even better thanks to the friendly staff. Due to last-minute changes in my schedule, they were to accommodate all my needs.

Superb

Comfy bed. Good location. Good shower. Lovely roof terrace. Great staff.

There was a storm when we arrived and all the cushions on the roof terrace were left out & were soaked. We managed to find 2 chairs without cushions in the conservatory area that we used, only us 2 up there. Breakfast wasn't to our liking. A few lights not working.

Perfect stay

Due to last minute change of plans, I had to changed my reservation. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, helpful and most of all, understanding of the situation. My reservation was changed and my stay was more than perfect! Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Good hotel to spend a short time

The location is great, next to the main tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and complimentary breakfast is a star I specially recommend breakfast de la casa. It is spectacular and exactly what you need to start a day

The room was quite small with a very small closet (which is a problem if you arrive with big suitcases/backpacks). Also having a bathroom sink in the room was kind of strange

Great location, but rooms need modernising

This hotel is located in a great location, it was perfect for sightseeing. The staff were helpful in directing us to sights and letting us store our luggage after checking out.

The room was very small and old-fashioned. It smelt of cigarette smoke.

Within 1-1/2 to 2 miles walking to most Museums and Galleries; Eateries; Street mar

Room was modern. Clean. Cramped view. But, the mountains were visible. Even though most of the staff had little English, they tried their utmost to assist - ordering a taxi for me; suggesting some restaurants; helping with my cold directing me to the Olympic Store which had a well stocked pharmacy.

Bathroom was itself clean. BUT, in two places in the marble surround, there was a black area - I believe it to have been mould. Backing this up - there was a terribly musty smell permeating the entire room.

Dont expect a lot from this hotel but it will do for short stay

Location,close to restaurants and museums

Poor soudproofing,bring your earplugs if you want to sleep. Our room was facing street and the noise was unbearable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ok but small,coffee was nice.

Hotel Regina is a central hotel close to everything with comfortable room.

The location was wonderful , breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was too simple not much variation.

perfect location.. staff so friendly and helpful clean rooms .. shower amazing ( for you guys who have been travelling a while 👍) breakfast really good

Very good

the hotel is just a (busy) road across the historic center, therefore it is close, but still quiet. The staff and the breakfast is fantastic. Retrospective, over my travel, the only hotel with enough plugs and a night lamp.

The only thing is the in-built kitchen right next to the bed, with the fridge turning on every 10 minutes making a big noise (and you cannot unplug it, the plug is hidden somewhere behind).

Exceptional

Best location in the city centre (1min walk from the gold museum and 5min walk from the Bolivar Square), although you shouldn't walk around too much at night due to lack of safety. Very nice and attentive staff. Great room. Perfect value for money!
