Cómoda estancia para estadías por trabajo.

La ubicación del hotel era lo que necesitaba para mi visita de trabajo; cerca buenos restaurantes, fácil transporte. Instalaciones cómodas y funcionales. Se preocuparon por indicarme que había servicio de cena hasta las 9 pm.

Nada, Tuve una buena experiencia a un precio razonable para la zona.

Buena relación precio-valor

El personal el amable, pero no muy dado a ofrecer soluciones como por ejemplo llamar un taxi. No hay opción de tomar un desayuno más temprano para aquellos viajeros que salen muy temprano al aeropuerto. Siendo un hotel de características ejecutivas, debería considerar esto.

Bueno para una rápida estadía

Relación precio valor y ubicación cerca de Colferias y del aeropuerto. Cubre la expectativas de un hotel ejecutivo.

La habitación no tiene ventilación apropiada. En ausencia de aire acondicionado, es necesario ofrecer buena ventilación No se puede guardar el equipaje más allá de las 15 h. Para viajeros que tienen vuelos nocturnos esto es un serio problema. El personal el amable pero sin mucha iniciativa para ofrecer ayuda.

Front desk staff is not very friendly. They are not willing to help. Restaurant and consierge personnel were very helpful and accommodating.

No plugs on the walls. Only one plug in the whole bedroom!

It was ok, staff is very friendly, rooms need maintenance, it's central and lots to do around.

The breakfast items where limited and repetitive everyday. Overall the staff was very friendly.

Needs Improvement!

I went there to attend a conference and the location from the hotel to the conference was within walking distance which was nice. The employees were all very helpful.

The room had no window to the outside, you could hear other people talking in the hallways early in the morning. When I turned on the bathroom light the exhaust fan sounded like a truck engine, I had to brush my teeth outside of the bathroom because of the loud noise. The Iron didn't work, I asked for a working iron it never came. Buffet breakfast was mediocre.
