Location very convenient, super quiet, clean & tidy, very friendly & helpful hostess. Good bed & shower, kettle & tea available. Safe space.
4.8
Very convenient location. Pleasant surroundings and neighborhood vivid with restaurants & shops in close proximity. Yet very quiet rooms. Comfortable ambience. Friendly and helpful hostess that makes you feel welcomed. Kettle, tea & all essentials provided. For travellers who appreciate the atmosphere of a very old Venetian residence.

uncomplicated, very responsive and friendly stuff in a very central location. it is literally a stone through away from Rialto. the rooms are big and a silent fabulous aircon keeps you warm at night; or cool.
a minor item was the lightly hard bed and the smell of the humidity in the (old) house (obviously)

location and the history of the property
nothing it was perfect

The hotel is very central, 5 min walk to Rialto bridge and yet it is so quiet. We slept so well, the bed was very comfy and spacious. The room was much larger than I was expecting from the pictures and we had a great view over the canal. Service was very friendly, highly recommend!

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Gave us great background of the hotel and information on the city of Venice. Were very accommodating and helpful in providing a map and some tips with getting to the airport and how to get around Venice. The hotel and room were decorated and designed we'll, and bed was comfortable. Location was superb and central near Rialto Bridge.

Lovely property, helpful host. The location is amazing. The property is very quiet in the evening which is exactly what we wanted!
No complaints at all.

The location was perfect as it is in the center of Venice but on a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very kind and informed us about everything we could see in Venice. Our room was very beautiful and clean.

the host is so kind, recommended us what to do and what to eat in the city
the location is perfect close to the center
the view from the window is stunning, the room is authentic and super clean
nothing!!!

Location was fantastic! The history and decor really felt like you were staying in Venice :)
Charging 2.50 Euro for a bottle of water given the price of the room seemed a bit much. One free water would be nice :) I was surprised to see quite a bit of mould in the shower.

quiet, clean, convenient
liked everything

The location was perfect as it is in the center of Venice but on a quiet lane away from the crowds and foot traffic. The hotel is in a old historic building and redone in an 18th century vibe and located right on a canal. Our room overlooked the canal giving the feeling of quintessential Venice.
Minor things like poor Wi-fi and very small shower with lukewarm water.

Ambra was very welcoming, friendly and helpful!
From our point of view, the photos look better than the place itself.

Location, quaintness and authenticity of the property.
It was all good.

Great location. A quiet little alcove just a few yards from bustling streets. Very large and comfy bed. Spotless room which was well equipped.
Staff live a couple of minutes away if there are any issues. I had a late flight so was able to leave my bag at the accommodation and enjoy the last day.
The air conditioning was good but quite gradual in cooling the room (it was over 30 degrees when we went).

Clean room. Excellent location. lovely host. The property is a historic site and is beautifully decorated accordingly. It all added to the uniqueness of the experience.
Nothing. I can’t think of a better place to stay!

Absolutely loved everything about our stay! Ambra was absolutely lovely - communicated well before during and after our stay. When we arrived she gave us a full itinerary of lesser-known things to see and do around Venice. The hotel is stunning - a World Heritage Site that has been renovated carefully with beautiful antique furnishings but all modern facilities for a very comfortable stay. Great wifi, great mattresses and pillows (orthopaedic!) and a very clean room. Ambra and Eva were also extremely accommodating and kind about keeping our luggage on the last day. All in all an unforgettable experience!
Nothing - everything was perfect!!

Absolute gem in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything! Great staff, clean room. Very unique and historic building.

no only is it ideally situated for all shops and nearby restaurants it is the most stunning building with so much history of its own.
the host/owner Ambre, was a lovely bubbly lady who was more than happy to share all the best places to eat and visit. every recommendation of hers was spot on and we really wouldn’t have found these perfect hot spots without her help it really was priceless to us as our visit was short (2day) this really allowed us to pack it all in perfectly.
the room ( we were upgraded to the superior room as it was our anniversary) was just beautiful. a real mixture of keeping it in character but still being exceptionally functional.
The hotel wasn’t manned 24/7 which was absolutely great as we didn’t feel watched over but had access to her mobile and was there to check us out.
The loveliest touch was she remembered the day of our anniversary and sprinkled petals on the bed as a surprise when we came home.
overall a perfect place to stay, right in the thick of it but just outside enough for it to be peaceful and quiet once inside.
thanks Ambre for making our stay super special.
honestly….. we loved everything. I’ve seen some reviews moaning about the wifi…. well it’s an old building and the walls are super thick of course it’s going to be a bit temperamental. however, we are from North Wales and are kind of used to it to be fair. let’s face it, if you go all the way to Venice to spend time in your room on the wifi then that’s a bit crazy anyway isn’t it 😀

We had a great stay in the Residenza! Ambra was amazing and shared so much interesting information about Venice and life in Venice in general. I also would like to mention that the are where the Residenza was, was absolutely amazing! Away from all the craziness across the Rialto Bridge but still so close to everything within the walking distance. The best spots for food and drinks on the weekend are exactly around the area of stay. The residenza was great, room cleaned every day and it really gives you that Venetian feeling! We loved the stay and will definitely be coming back when in Venezia! Gracie mille, Ambra!

Ambra the host was so welcoming and invited us to enjoy the residence as if it was our home. Terrific location, so clean and very quiet.
There was nothing not to like.

I simply loved Residenza Corte Molin and my stay there was absolutely perfect. I booked it last minute and within 5/10 minutes of completing the booking I had a message from Ambra. So communication was excellent right from the beginning. The b&b is very easy to find, which in Venice is not always the case. It is right behind the Rialto, 3 minutes from the bridge and the market. Walking there from the station is possible, but it is better to take a water bus. There are two stops which can be used, Rialto Mercato and San Silvestro, and to reach the b&b from both there are no bridges to cross, which is a big advantage, especially if you have heavy luggage. From the b&b almost everything is in walking distance, you are right in the middle of the city and in one of its liveliest parts. The b&b is a quaint little palace in a quiet and lovely courtyard, just off from the main street. It is one of the nicest, friendliest, warmest and most welcoming places I have ever stayed in. Being several hundred years old, it is full of charme and character. In Venice nothing is quite straight, since the city is built on water. I loved the sloping floors in the corridor which only added to the charme and made one feel that one was travelling back in time! The place is lovingly and beautifully furnished. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable and everything is spotlessly clean. Because of Covid there is no breakfast at the moment. But right around the corner are some lovely bars and cafés. And also many nice restaurants. And Ambra immediately gave me a list of where to go and where to get the best food. Ambra is the soul of the b&b and the friendliest and most open host imaginable, helpful with absolutely everything. The minute I stepped into the hall, I felt completely at home. It was beautiful staying there and I felt sad when I had to leave. I feel that I have found the perfect place in Venice and will definitely come back.
Nothing. Everything was just perfect!

The house is full of history, it was built in the 13th century and a dodge used to stay in it. It looks really authentic and was a great experience for us. We loved the windows with the view over the rio (where we passed by in our gondola tour). The location is great, close to Ponte di Rialto. The hosts, Ambra and her brother, Marco, were really nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, as it is a totally different experience roaming the narrow streets early in the morning, with no people around! We loved every minute of it!
