Ottimo hotel, nuovo e con stanze ampie

Era tutto nuovo, buona posizione (in un vicolo molto stretto, attenzione se arriva in autobus)

La colazione a pagamento era asiatica, per la parte continentale c'erano solo uova sode, pane e marmellata. Davvero poco per la cifra pagata.

Unfortunately not a good experience for us.

Central location

I booked three rooms for three nights and three things were really annoying: 1. One of rooms was full of hair on the floor and on the desk when we arrived. After asking the staff to clean it, they did, however we still found hair on the floor upon returning to the room. 2. Cleaning service came daily, however in one of the rooms they always put the AC to a very low temperature (on one day it was 18 degrees, on the other day it was 16 degrees). Which means when we came back to the room in the evening, the room was freezing cold since the AC had been running all day. 3. I was the one who booked the rooms and who paid for them, however, we had a Korean friend with us. The hotel staff did neither speak to me nor look at me, they just paid attention to our Korean friend. I find this to be very rude and disrespectful. Not even the “thank you” after paying was directed at me.

Great value quality accommodation

The superior double room was huge and beautifully appointed. Our stay on the seventh floor was very quiet. Breakfast was good, especially the cook your own croffles! Staff were helpful and it was very good value. Location is very handy to market and restaurants.

It was cheap but I’d rather pay more and live in comfort next time

Location is great, located on a party street and not far from metro.

I thought that the price sounds too good to be true and was wondering why, and figured it out. 1. We were located right above bowling that works until 4am so we heard loud noises almost all night long, impossible to fall asleep 2. Breakfast was very bad, in terms of taste and choice 3. Room itself very dark, lacking natural light as we had to keep shadows down because otherwise people from building across could see us showering and going to restroom 4. Pillows are just terrible :/ very high, could not properly sleep and our necks were hurting he next day

Расположение удобное, недалеко от метро и на пересечении двух линий. В номере было все необходимое и в целом достаточно комфортно.

Завтраки хотелось бы разнообразнее. В номере окно упиралось практически вплотную в соседний дом, солнечный свет вообще не поступал, из-за этого складывалось ощущение, что окна нет вообще.

Great location with friendly service

Excellent location near subway station. A lot of shopping n restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English for easy communication.

The auto light switch at the entrance was too sensitive, switching on and off repeatedly even when we are not near the door.

Very Spacious

The room was spacious and I loved being able to watch some modern TV.

The corridor in front of the bathroom had an automatic light that we could not turn off. So I'm the middle of the night when using the bathroom it would wake the other person sleeping.

Ideal para visitar Busan

La ubicación. Está cerca de la parada de metro de Seomyeon y en la zona hay bastantes restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia y centros comerciales. El buffet del desayuno es bastante completo y variado. La habitación tenía todo lo necesario.

我覺得阿班如此有名還是有他的道理的環境乾淨交通方便價格便宜就非常吸引人和朋友住了三種房型 21平的真的有點小之外其他兩個房型都非常舒適但有一個三人房的玄關感應燈非常快就熄滅前後亮的時間不足以把鞋子穿完

1.位置好附近有商家也有小吃攤要逛街什麼的都很方便 2.房內明亮（但其他房型就沒有這麼亮了） 3.乾濕分離 4.有yt Netflix Disneyplus 不怕看不懂電視讚讚

1.浴室真的沒有門這個房型要放換洗衣物之類的只有洗手台能放 2.附近好像有夜店還是pub之類的地方晚上盡量不要單獨行動感覺有點小小危險跟吵雜我們住了前後四天也很安全 3.隔音不是特別好但也沒遇到晚上吵到睡不著的情況 4.冰箱裡有冰東西但是打掃人員清理房間時把房卡直接拔掉導致冰箱裡的大福都不能吃了

釘一排櫃子佔空間，導致行李箱打開就很難行走、很難理解為何盥洗室沒有門⋯飯店樓下是保齡球館和KTV所以電梯會有煙味

Struttura in strada commerciale piena di ristoranti e locali, molto comodo il parcheggio interno per la macchina, per l’offerta che abbiamo trovato giusto rapporto qualità prezzo ma non avrei speso di più.

Il bagno della nostra stanza standard era abbastanza datato soprattutto la doccia aveva le guarnizioni rovinate e il soffione superiore non funzionava, odore forte di profumo per ambienti nel corridoio.

ACCESSは良かったし、部屋も清潔であった女性スタッフの対応は親切であった

繁華街の為ある程度の騒音は許容範囲であったが、最終日夜中3時過ぎまでの重低音の騒音は想定外。フロント男性スタッフのホテルマンとしてプロ意識にかける不誠実、傲慢な対応はホテルの品位をさげた。その他の釜山での滞は満足いくものであったがゆえに、非常に残念。

Modern, spacious hotel at good value

Good, spacious room - very clean, modern bathroom & with bath! Area is city-centre and ideal for those wanting to stay in city for shopping, food, otherwise, it can be a 20-40 min trip to famous tourist sites of Busan. But area is surounded by lots of restaurants, shopping, cafes.

Great budget hotel!

It was pretty close to the Seomyeon mall and subway station (about a 7minute walk) and the hotel was very clean. Room wasn't too small and the price was really decent!

I'll be honest, we didn't really know to turn it off but there was this motion sensor light near the bathroom that kept turning on near the entrance and we keep walking each other up if we need to to the bathroom in the middle of the night and it sucked. Also, while it was close to Seomyoen mall, it was about 45 minutes/ 1hr from a lot place we wanted to visit so there was a lot of travel time.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Die Lage bietet perfekte Möglichkeiten zu shoppen und essen zu gehen. Die U-Bahn ist in 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind groß und prima ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war lecker und es wurde alles sofort nachgelegt.

Es gab keinen Spender für Bodylotion.

The garden was nice, the room spacious and the beds comfortable.

I didn’t get a warm and welcoming vibe from most of the team that worked there. The pipes/toilet made sounds that woke me up in middle of the night. I asked for the bedsheets to be changed as my two year old bled on them, and they weren’t.

A nice hotel in a lively spot

The room was very nice, the staff really friendly. The best feature, apart from the jacuzzi in the room, was the bed, which was truly fenomenal.

Every night, around 3 am, the plumbing made some strange noises, enough to wake me up. I guess they were caused by the construction works on some lower levels of the building, so it's a thing that will disappear at some point. Also, we were told that the breakfast buffet would be crowded after 8:30 (the buffet being open until 10). As we were on vacation, I could not bring myself to wake up just for the breakfast, so we ended up skipping it, even if we had paid for it. Maybe you should solve the problem organizing the breakfast differently.

Excellent location, easy to get to and travel from, two blocks away from Seomyeon subway, 5 minute walk exiting from Lotte main department store, and close to shops and restaurants. A Twosome Place cafe on ground floor and a GS25 convenience store next door. Very good breakfast in restaurant with a beautiful garden just through friendly and helpful reception on the top 13th floor. Spacious, very clean and comfortable room with a view on 10th floor. Bath and basin conveniently separate from shower as well as toilet with heated seat. Plenty of drawers and spacious counter top. USB as well as power points (both 3 pin and 2 pin sockets). Will definitely stay again next time.
