Large private backyard with grill and nice grassy area in fully 8 ft privacy fenced-in backyard space. Recent improvements include, kitchen granite counters, stainless refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, double ovens, large master has a fabulous walk-in closet, separate large spa bathtub, and two vanities.
Patio area surrounded by 8 foot privacy fence. Wonderfully maintained and clean with spacious rooms and numerous updates.

You will have exclusive use of the whole house and property! No one lives at this property. It is set-up exclusively for short term vacation rentals, or fully furnished, all utilities included, corporate rentals for longer stays.
All 4 Bedrooms are fully private with doors that lock, large walk in closet space and great beds!

There are 5 HDTVs with HDMI and all are hooked up to cable with premium movie and sports channels. 65 inch in the living room 50 inch in the master bedroom, 40 inch in the rest of the bedrooms, the bunk room does not have a cable box but has the spectrum app so the kids can watch what parents decide.
High-end neighborhood of custom homes $500K and above. Parks and trails nearby. Walking distance to fast food, CVS pharmacy, and 2 fine dining restaurants. Fast 2 to 3 minute drive to tons of shopping, restaurants and supermarkets.
