It sucked because I was drugged.

The roof had a cool pool with a view of the city and a gym. They also a restaurant in the lobby. The rooms were big with a kitchen.

The hotel drugged me on my first day. The hotel staff literally drugged me. I didn’t have any guests in my room. Only a cleaning lady came on the first day. When she was done cleaning my room, there were candies left on my table. I thought it was complementary with the room. So I ate 4 of them, thinking it was a normal candy. There were 5 total in the bag. About 30 minutes later, I felt like someone had drugged me. And I was really scared and panicking because I didn’t know what happened. I was feeling terrible the whole day. I ate them around 2pm, and it got increasingly more intense, even after 8 hours I still felt the same. It ruined my vacation and I had to change my flight and go home, which cost me a lot of money to book it last minute. I know for a fact that it was the hotel that drugged me, but they are denying it. I was too scared to call the police or leave my room.

Be prepared to hike!

The staff is exceptional. Jose and Camila are great and professional and go the extra mile to help. Also rooms are clean and comfortable. And plenty of accommodations around.

The location as I would've preferred it closer to things around. Walking up large hills be prepared for a journey. 10min equals 30 min in Florida lol

Comfortable apartment but noisy neighbors

Comfortable and spacious apartment.

The neighbors are EXTREMELY LOUD if you’re on the backside of the property. We even had to call the police because of the noise level. It’s impossible to walk to Provenza where the bars are located. It’s up and down hill with a lot of unsafe areas around.

Very good

I liked to be able to communicate my needs by WhatsApp. (Camila) I liked that the apartment had everything my family needed. The location was good. Security was on point.

That they don't accept dollar payments. And there was a neighbour that threw a party with loud music that lasted till early morning.

Très bon hotel a Medellin.

Nous avons apprécié la cuisine individuelle. Accès à sa propre machine à laver. Appartement très spacieux et optimisé. La salle de sport était vraiment bien équipée. La piscine est très grande avec le mobilier. Quartier très calme et à proximité du centre de poblado ( provenza 15 minutes à pied ). Petit déjeuner très bon, fait par la chaîne smash avocado jusque 12h.

Le ménage n’est pas compris dans le prix initial et il faut prévenir la veille. L’appartement est top mais le prix reste un peu élevé.

La ubicación es muy buena, el staff súper amigable y servicial, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, el gimnasio y la piscina son un buen plus.

Ellos no pueden hacer mucho al respecto a esto, pero hay bastante ruido desde temnprano de una construcción cercana.

Comodo para ir de trabajo.

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de Provenza. El restaurant es buenísimo y con opciones super sanas, el gym super equipado y su staff es genial y dispuesto a complacerte en todo lo que necesitas.

Las habitaciones o apartamentos les falta algo de mantenimiento, persianas que no cierran, switches que no funcionan, bombillos que faltan por ejemplo, de resto todo bien. (en nuestro caso)

Clean, nice amenities, apartments are very nice with full kitchens and excellent supermarket nearby.

I liked everything, although if you’re looking for more nightlife you’ll need to get a ride-share or cab.

Cozy apartment and property with excellent staff!

Apartment was fully stocked. Rooftop pool and sauna were great. The staff was super awesome and attentive to all requests.

Clean building, nice swimming pool with great views, apartment equipped with everything you need during your stay.

Guy on reception was quite nonplussed when I checked and checked out. It’s not like a hotel where customer service is a priority, this felt as though less effort was required on their part. Not enough sun loungers by the pool if more than 4 people want to relax. There’s also a second roof which casts a shadow over the pool area at 4pm everyday which robs you of at least 2 - 4 hours of sunshine everyday. Shame as it’s a great pool but ruined slightly by the early cut off. Rooms in the pictures are made up and seem of amenities and although you have everything you need for a stay it feels quite barren. The sofa in mine was also the most uncomfortable one possible. Very low and sitting on it would have you sliding off constantly.

Great value for money!

Great value for money! Well appointed, spacious rooms, good rooftop gym and pool, responsive and friendly staff, great healthy menu on the hotel restaurant. Situated in quiet residential neighbourhood so there are good grocery stores and a mall within walking distance.
