Placentera y relajante.

Me encantó TODO EL PERSONAL las chicas de el área de el de el área de el desayuno son muy amorosas excelente servicio la comida muy rica, sus jugos todos naturales, comi frutas ricas que no conocia, la chica de limpieza siempre muy amable y super linda con su maquillaje, Los señores de abajo los dos super atentos, las chicas de recepción, TODO EL PERSONAL ES 1A y el hotel super limpio, honestamente fue una experiencia muy buena muchas gracias a todos espero volver pronto.

Que cuando estaba viendo una serie en netflix en mi celular me llamaron por teléfono de recepción para que bajara el volumen de mi celular por que le molestaba a las personas de la siguiente habitación, creo esos huéspedes eran muy quisquillosos pero el senor de recepción fue muy respetuoso y amable.

Agradable y muy completo … volvería siempre que haya calentado paisa

Ubicación y la limpieza y el espacio de la habitación, nos encantó el desayuno y la atención del personal en general todos muy amables .

El café era horrible cómo el que dan en los aviones y no me parece digno de un país cafetero que den esa calidad de café. El primer día del desayuno había el mejor calentado paisa que he comido y luego al día siguiente era calentado Thai ???? What ??? Si tienen algo bueno uno espera recibirlo siempre así que no saquen eso de las opciones del desayuno por favor.

Falta de respeto

Me gusto pero q falta de respeto q por una hora cobren 220.000 cuando en cualquier hotel de calidad le ofrecen una hora o 2 mas uba cobrar casi una noche por día horas

El trato del personal lo primero fue cobrar como si fuera uno a robar

Todo estuvo excelente especialmente la ubicación, la limpieza, el desayuno y sobretodo el esfuerzo de todo el personal (Ronald, Alvaro, Lady, Angie y Tatania entre otros) en tratar de hacer nuestra estancia lo más placentera posible.

GRAN OPCION

La ubicación y el servicio es excelente, el desayuno muy bueno tambien. El servicio de todos los colaboradores del hotel tambien! lo único es que reservé una "suite" pero era un espacio un poco pequeño y deberia estar incluido el mini bar de la habitación dependiendo el tipo de suite que alquiles.

Exceptional

My cousins and I had a great stay. We arrived 3 hrs before check-in and we were able to get into our room at arrival. The staff were very kind and helpful with bringing up our luggage. We thought we needed an extra mattress which they brought to our room but we decided we didn’t need it. They had yummy cookies and fruit water at the lobby. We didn’t get to try the breakfast but it was a plus that it was included. Our check-out was smooth as well. Overall, had a great 1 night stay and would highly recommend!

Superb

Staff are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and detail-oriented. The rooms are very nice and modern. They have a smart TV with HBO MAX, Netflix, YouTuble, etc as well as DirectTV- although I did not do much TV watching the selection was welcome. Cleanliness was above expectations.

The breakfast selection was a little limited and not that tasty and the public areas and amenities were lacking.

A great choice to stay in Poblado

The room was big and had a smart TV.

The kitchen was definitely nice, but if I am being picky the stove top was not very efficient. But it is better than nothing considering a lot of hotels don’t even have a microwave

An excellent and affordable hotel in a great location.

This was a very nice hotel at an affordable price. It was located in a very nice part of el Poblado with shops, restaurants and bars very close by. The staff did more than what was expected and the breakfast was outstanding with many options.

The only recommendation would be for the maintenance crew to regularly check the rooms. In our room, the light switch in the bathroom and the sink faucets as well as the holder for the hairdryer were all loose.

Check-in process in the night slow. Rooms are spacious but run down - beds are okay. Bathroom is very tiny - you can hardly sit on the toilet. Walls are very thin - you hear everything from neighbours and floors.

I love it

The place is great, I loved the teamwork that all the employees of this hotel showed. Overall, Leblon Suites Hotel met all the expectations that I wanted. We liked the room a lot and the breakfast are delicious with a good variety of food to choose from and the place for breakfast is spectacular.

Cleanliness of room and accommodative personnel

Standard electrical outlets could be improved to also accommodate cell phone charger cords & more outlets at desk. Could not purchase facial tissue in room like snacks for sale. Refrigerator not stable - everything in frig shook when door was opened. Porch sliding doors could not be locked. Would like to have workable closet lock box. Wood frame mirror needs to be raised a few inches to expose electrical outlet.
