Great value - just on the edge of Rouen city centre, with all the main attractions within a short walk. The apartment is a good size, clean, well-equipped and surprisingly quiet considering the location. Secure parking was easy to find a short walk away at the Ibis/Mercure, and free parking would have been available a little further. Unloading was easy straight outside the door. Our host responded immediately when asking about how to access the apartment, which is easy with a key code. Very well located for eating out, even though that's still very tricky for vegetarians in France! Rouen is a pleasant and interesting city; we'd visit again, and we'd certainly consider staying here in that event.

The location is overlooking the main thoroughfare in Rouen as well as the river, which might not be ideal for some. We were a little worried it would be too noisy, but the sound insulation was pretty good - we live in a quiet cul-de-sac but the road noise did not stop us sleeping. It's arguably at the slightly "seedier" end of the city centre, but we never felt at all uncomfortable.
