Typical independent Tuscan farmhouse, completely renovated respecting the original characteristics of the place. Located on the hills of Lucca, with a wonderful panoramic view of the city of Lucca. GROUND FLOOR: a large living room / kitchen, a single room, equipped with a ventilated fireplace, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and terrace with table and chairs and with a breathtaking view.
FIRST FLOOR: 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with shower. The three bedrooms have air conditioning. The holiday home can accommodate a maximum of 5 people. Free Wi-Fi.

We spend a great week in a real typical land house in Tuscany. Super to relax with tables an chairs and a BBQ station outside, a nice kitchen inside. High quality of furniture standard. Good place to make trips all over Tuscany (car is required).

This is an absolute gem of a property, and Stefania is a fabulous host!
We weren’t sure of our arrival time but Stefania was flexible and worked around us, giving us a warm welcome when we arrived. The property is only 40 minutes’ drive from Pisa airport, so we were able to spend time sightseeing in Pisa without worrying about a lengthy or difficult drive ahead.
The property is just off a well-used road and has a couple of other properties nearby, so expect some road noise and dog barking, but this didn’t bother us, and we liked the convenience.
Supermarkets, restaurants and takeaway pizza are all less than 10 minutes’ drive away, and the house is really well equipped for cooking (although short on counter space).
The house itself was an absolute joy – there are two terraces, and sunbeds you can easily move around the garden to find shade/sun at any point in the day.
Having the pool is great – and the views over nearby town Lucca and the mountains when you’re swimming are breathtaking.
We drove to Lucca one day (about 15 minutes), a lovely place to spend a day wandering round. And the characterful hilltop village of Montecarlo is well worth a visit.
We also spent a day driving in the nearby mountains. Definitely not for the faint-hearted! But there are some lovely mountain villages and peaceful woodlands to explore.
This was our first visit to Italy, and we couldn’t have wished for a lovelier place to stay, or a more helpful host - thanks Stefania!

The house is an old traditional stone building which not only makes it beautiful but also refreshingly cool against the summer heat. The garden and patio offers various lovely spots to sit and enjoy the stunning views across the valley or the breathtaking sunsets in the mountains. The pool is perfect especially when you travel with kids. Inside the house is very homy and inviting. The house is a perfect home base when you want to explore the area. Even places like Pisa and Florenz are within driving distance and Lucca is right around the corner. Our host Stephania is a wonderful and warm-hearted woman who gave us lots of useful tips and helped whenever we had questions and made us feel at home at once. We had a fantastic holiday and were very sad to leave after two weeks.

The view from the pool is amazing and the recommendations from Stefania are very helpful . We enjoyed the menu in the nearby restaurant very much. Lucca is a beautiful city that is worth a stay in any case.

Lovely clean place with good facilities. Mattresses a little firm but rooms were lovely and roomy. A neighbours dog disturbed our sleep on two successive nights but otherwise our stay was very tranquil and peaceful. Would highly recommend the lodging and Stefanie was very helpful, friendly and professional.

We’ve had a wonderful stay in this lovely house situated in beautiful surroundings. The landlord Stefania has furnished the house beautifully, she’s been very welcoming, easy to communicate with and keen that we had a great stay. The house was nicely cleaned, had all amenities we wanted and Stefania gave us advice on very nice restaurants and other helpful information. It was very nice also with the swimming pool where we could chill in the heat.
Stefania recommended us a visit to the restaurant “Osteria di Valgiano” which I also warmly recommend - great food, a beautiful view and friendly staff.
A big Thank You to Stefania for this lovely stay!! I warmly recommend this house and landlord! We would be very happy to come back in the future!

Wundervoller Urlaub
Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in dem Ferienhaus von Stefania und Fabrizio verbracht. Das Haus ist im typisch toskanischen Stil gebaut, wurde renoviert und bietet an Ausstattung alles was man so braucht für den Urlaub, sogar Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern, die die Hitze erträglich machen. Der Pool ist herrlich erfrischend und von den Terrassen aus hat man einen schönen Blick in die Landschaft. Das Haus liegt verkehrsgünstig für viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Kommunikation mit Stefania lief schnell und unkompliziert! Vielen Dank für dieses schöne Ferienhaus!

Garten, Pool, Terrasse sind top. Die Lage oberhalb von Lucca ist perfekt. Wunderschöner Ausblick über das Tal und auf die Berge. Tagesausflüge nach Lucca (~15min) oder ans Meer (~45min) sind zeitlich kein Problem. Genug Sonnen und Schattenplätze.

Top Location
Wir waren jetzt gerade für 14 Tage in dieser Unterkunft gewesen und haben es vom ersten Tag an genossen. Wunderschöne funktionale Einrichtung absolut analog der gezeigten Abbildungen. Stefania hat uns herzlich empfangen und in alles eingewiesen. Die komplette Abwicklung von Check-In bis Check-Out war tip-top. Und es hat uns absolut an nichts gefehlt.
Das Haus ist etwas außerhalb von Capannori sehr ruhig gelegen. Von hier aus kommt man in wenigen Minuten zu zahlreichen Ristoranti und Supermärkten (die z.T. auch Sonntags [Esselunga/Marlia] geöffnet sind). In 50 Min. ist man in Pisa und Lucca's Altstadt (20 Min). ist ein MUSS. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist sehr schön und ruhig. Man kann sehr gut das Umland erkunden und ist auch relativ schnell am Meer. Die Gastgeberin Stefania ist sehr freundlich. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Tolles Ferienhaus in wunderschöne Lage
Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus in schönem Toskanischer Stil, war genauso wie in dem Inserat beschrieben. Der persönliche Empfang von Stefania war super und sie hat ausführlich die Zeit genommen um uns alles zu erklären. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und man sieht viele schöne richtig toskanische sachen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, somit hat man seine Ruhe. Der große Vorteil, es liegt gut zentral und von hier aus kann man neben Lucca, auch Pisa und Florenz gut mit ein Tagesausflug besuchen.
Ein "Geheimtipp" ist das in der Nähe gelegene Restaurant Osteria da Giomo. Hier gibt es ein 4 Gang Menu (keine Auswahl, nur ein Menu pro Tag) was wirklich außergewöhnlich gut schmeckt! Ein Muss!
Uns hat es so gut gefallen, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus etwas außerhalb von Lucca
Wir waren mit zwei den Eltern und Hund zwei Wochen bei Stefania zu Gast. Das Haus ist wirklich ausgesprochen schön, verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer, zweimal Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett. Die Betten sind bequem. Zwei Zimmer lassen sich komplett verdunkeln und ein Zimmer lässt sich stark verdunkeln, so dass wir mit den Teenagern immer lange geschlafen haben. Man kann Pisa, die Berge in der Umgebung und auch Florenz sowie einen schönen Strand in 30-60 Minuten reichen, braucht allerdings ein Auto. Wir hatten Fahrräder mit, die Berge sind allerdings steil und die Straße mit Autoverkehr schmal, das nächste Mal würden wir die Fahrräder zu Hause lassen. Stefania ist eine ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, sie hat uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und jedes kleine Problem sofort professionell gelöst. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmals für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus in den Hügeln von Lucca
Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte für uns genau die richtige Größe. Ein schöner kleiner Garten mit großen Tisch und gemütlichen Liegen lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das CheckIn und die Betreuung durch die sehr nette Vermieterin Stefania verlief absolut reibungslos. Vom Haus aus kann man tolle Ausflüge nach Lucca, Florenz, Pisa und natürlich auch zum Meer machen. Absolute Empfehlung: das köstliche Essen und der wunderbare Blick in der Osteria da Giomo!

Traditional Tuscan cottage
We had a nice stay in this beautifully renovated Tuscan cottage. It's lovely and neat and we appreciated the well fenced secure garden for the children to play in. We enjoyed seeing the olive harvest by the house too. You need a car but it is very well situated to visit Lucca, Pisa and Florence. Stefania was friendly and easily contactable. The house is in a small hamlet but the neighbors were very friendly. We would have loved more space to store food in the kitchen, although it was well equipped there was no space for dry goods. Must recommend the pizza shop Mara Meo which delivers to the house.

Tolles und sehr schönes, komplett renoviertes Haus
Das Haus ist super und gefiel uns sehr gut. Das Grundstück ist etwas kleiner, war aber für unsere Zwecke und mit Hund optimal. Man erreicht nach wenigen Schritten offenes Gelände mit Olivenhainen. Wir waren mit einem Auto und einem Anhänger dort. Beide stellten wir ausserhalb des Grundstücks an der Straße ab. Die naheliegende Straße hat ein geringes Verkehrsaufkommen, was im Garten und bei geöffneten Fenstern hörbar ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fazit: Sehr schönes Haus für 5 Personen (bei Nutzung der Bettcouch wären auch mehr Schlafgelegenheiten vorhanden) mit sehr guter Ausstattung.

Schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Lucca
Stefanias Ferienhaus ist eine tolle Unterkunft ca. 15 Minuten außerhalb von Lucca. Der tolle Garten und der Flair des renovierten toskanischen Landhauses lassen einen schnell im Urlaub ankommen.

Tolles Haus mitten in Italien
Das Haus ist wirklich schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders praktisch waren für uns die 3 (!) Terrassen, mindestens 1 davon ist immer im Schatten, und selbst im August so kühl, dass man problemlos draussen sitzen konnte, auch mittags. Mücken gab es kaum, trotzdem waren die Mückengitter vor allen Fenstern sehr sinnvoll, um Insekten aller Art draussen zu halten. Die Klimaanlage haben wir dadurch trotz knapp 40 Grad tagsüber nicht gebraucht.
Nachts so zwischen 1 und 6 Uhr ist von der Straße her auch ruhig.
Bei Belegung mit 6 Personen muß 1 wohl auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen - wirklich bequem ist es also eher mit 4 oder 5 Personen, auch sonst vom Platz her.

- Haus wurde liebevoll restauriert und bietet viel Komfort (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Grill, Gasherd, Klimaanlage, WLAN/Internet, Gartenliegen, Parkplatz vor dem Haus....)
- Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, schöner Garten und genug Platz das Planschbecken der Kinder
- Sehr ruhig, liegt etwas abseits, aber dennoch sehr zentral durch gute Verkehrsanbindung
- Check-in/Check-out war absolut unkompliziert
- Sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin (spricht gut Englisch), hatte uns ein Babybett kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt

Gezellig vakantiehuis met mooi terrassen. Stefania is zeer bereikbaar, correct en supervriendelijk! Ligging is zeer interessant nabij Lucca, enkele mooie villa's in de buurt te bezoeken met daarnaast ook nog producenten van wijn en olijfolie vlakbij. Pisa, Viareggio en Pistoia zijn op 45 minuten te bereiken.

Toskana pur
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem wunderschönen im toskanischen Stil eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Stefania hat uns hervorragend betreut und ihre Tipps waren sehr hilfreich. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Supermarkt in wenigen Minuten Entfernung ist prima ausgestattet, so dass wir oft selbst gekocht und das Essen auf einer der 3 Terrassen genossen haben. Einen Besuch in der Osteria Da Giomo können wir absolut empfehlen.

Wir haben gerade knapp 2 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus von Stefania und Fabrizio verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über sehr schöne Schlafzimmer, Bäder und Terrassen. Lucca und die vielen umliegenden Ausflugsziele lassen sich problemlos erreichen und die Suche nach einem Parkplatz war immer sehr entspannt und kostengünstig. Ein großer Supermarkt ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wir wurden von Stefania sehr freundlich empfangen und ihre Tipps für Ausflüge zu den Villen und die Osteria Da Giomo haben unseren Geschmack getroffen. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen.
