PROPERTY WALK TROUGH:
As you enter the foyer, to the right is the living room with focal point being a lovely fireplace and a 50” flat screen TV.
The living room opens into the dining room the seats 16 with two sets of French doors. One set leads into the North wing addition. The other set opens onto the deck with a gas grill and hot tub. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub overlooking a tranquil pond while taking in the sounds of nature that surround it.
To the left of the foyer is a first floor master bedroom, ideal for family members who have difficulty with stairs.
Straight through the foyer is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. The space has ample counter and cabinet space with a center island with bar chairs that are great for socializing while preparing meals.
To the left of the Kitchen is a laundry room with a second full sized refrigerator. The door through the laundry room leads to the two car garage where you'll find free weights, a bench and space for workouts.
As you rise to the second floor from the foyer you enter the next entertainment area in the loft. It's furnished with sofas and a poker table.
This floor has a master bedroom with a bath, two bedrooms, a full bath and a bonus dorm suite furnished with a 50" TV and air hockey table. This room sleeps 12 and is perfect for youth.
If you head through the dining room to the “North Wing” you'll discover a truly amazing space. This multipurpose room has 10 foot ceilings with wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling windows, allowing amazing natural light into this enormous room. This is the third and most impressive entertainment room on the property. It is truly a versatile room. It's cozy enough for incredible family movie nights viewed on the 65” flat screen TV or a friendly game of ping pong or pool. This space can be easily converted to suit your needs.
The staircase to the second floor of the North Wing brings you to two additional bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area.

Overall an enjoyable experience. Game room was loved by kids. Outdoor seating was a hit. Hosts were responsive to requests. Would consider staying here again.
Some improvement opportunities:
-knife sharpener. Found almost all knives to be dull and difficult to use.
-some beds are overly worn out.
-Front steps felt like they may collapse.

Vacationed with our children and grandchildren at the beach house, this is our second visit of 19. House is very spacious, adults had their own room and the kids room with the bunk beds is awesome. We played outdoor games in big backyard, didn’t lack for anything except scissors which made have been there as well. Highly recommend especially with big families, hope to come again.

This is the perfect house for a family vacation! It has 7 bedrooms, large living spaces and plenty of outdoor space. The kitchen is well stocked. The house has a pool table, ping pong table and many board games. This was our first time visiting Bethany Beach and we loved it.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spotless. Very comfortable. All enjoyed the hot tub. Kids liked the pool table and the ping pong table. The backyard was perfect for our piñata…we also relaxed on the swings and the littles liked the slide. The fire pit was perfect for our s’mores…. Older ones biked on the nearby trails. We had plenty of space for our large group. Thank you for everything…

This house was great for a large group. The property owners were communicative and put things together very nicely! We loved the setup and the location made it easy to get to Dewey and surrounding areas. Definitely would stay here again with a big group!!

This property easily fit our group of 14 adults and could have comfortably housed many more. We were able to prepare meals together in the spacious kitchen, eat together at the large table, talk in the living room and play in the game room. It was a nice walk to trails & a short drive to the beach. We highly recommend this house & it’s gracious hosts!

We celebrated New Year’s at this property. It was three large families with children ranging from 1-17. The property was exactly as described, and the host sent all of the information needed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning in the future.

We stayed with an extended family group to celebrate one of our grandparent's milestone birthdays and we had a phenomenal time. The house set up was perfect as we had 5 individual families (with lots of kids) and we never felt like we were on top of each other. With multiple rooms to entertain in, it was great to have options. The house had everything we needed and the two fridges were clutch. It ended up raining during our whole stay so we didn't get to use the outdoor space, but it didn't affect our experience. The icing on the cake was the owner decorated the house with birthday balloons, signs, and a gift basket which was a really nice touch and a total surprise when we arrived. The owners were very responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

I booked the space for a yoga retreat (site unseen) and could not have been happier with EVERYTHING about the space. The large family room / rec room was the perfect size for all of our yoga classes. The kitchen and dining room were our second favorite place to be and the table was large enough for everyone to be seated together for our group meals. The owners have put a great deal of attention, time, energy, and love into making every room unique in its decor and it was fun to discover all of the tiny details and hidden gems around the house. The house is about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and this also worked perfectly for us. We enjoyed the sunrise on the beach before our scheduled classes began and we could easily spend time on the beach or shopping during the longer breaks in the middle of the day. Thank you to Beryle and Tov for having us in your beautiful home :) I definitely hope to stay there again!

This was a great place for our family to come together. We came from Philly, DC, Maryland and North Carolina. We played many competetive games and had a blast laughing and joking and partying. It is always good to be in a nice place chilling with family. Beach Day was a huge success! Beryl and Tove are the BEST, nicest, freindliest host ever! Very accomodating, emphathethic and responsive! Probably be back!

This house was perfect for our group of 17. We chose this house, because of the first large floor bedroom with easy access to a full bathroom. In addition, the three steps to the front door were perfect for my father, since he walks with a cane. The driveway was large, and the front door was a few steps away from the driveway. My dad was able to be part of everything unlike at other houses we’ve rented where the stairs were needed to get from the bedrooms to the main floor The kids had lots of space to run around and make noise without bothering the adults who were working from home while on vacation. The backyard has lots of space for the kids to play outside safely. The view was great in the quiet neighborhood.

The house was clean, furnished nicely and presented as listed. The kitchen was fully stocked and the owners answered my questions right away. The beds were comfortable and the space was ideal for the ten of us. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to experience Delaware.

Our host provided everything we needed. The house has a lot of space and lots to do for a family with kids from 3-17. We were able to to cook and everyone has a seat at the table. Bethany beach is a short drive away and we always found a parking spot. We recommend going early. It was our favorite beach and we went to Dewey, Fenwick, Ocean City and Rohobeth. Would come back if we were in Bethany Beach again.

We’ve rented many houses over the years, in various locations but, none like this. The attention to detail, all the little extras that nobody gives, that make it a better experience, more enjoyable stay. The house is clean, and has a great layout with board games, fun activities-pool table, air hockey, and ping pong for the kids. The swing set was a big hit and plenty of room for our annual, Cornhole tournament. Outdoor tables have umbrellas for shade and seats have cushions. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and boards available for use. Wood for the fire pit included. We went to Fenwick Island State Park beach instead of Bethany beach. Big thumbs up. Supermarket close by. Only suggestion would be to put some fans out as the mosquitos at night are relentless.

The layout of the home was conducive to small groups desiring to talk, play ping pong or pool or take a dip in the hot tub, while still providing a large table central to anywhere in the house that accomodated meals/snacks & playing games for as many as wanted. During our stay we had 3 days of off/on rain. We were grateful for all the activities provided. Neighbor hood is quiet & convenient to Bethany boardwalk, Rehobeth & Ocean city are both within 20 min drive. Lots to see & do in this area. House very accomodating.

My friends, our families, and I have been heading to the Delaware Beaches in May for the past several years and it's become a challenge to find nice houses that fit us (12 adults and 6 kids), but this one fit the bill! The house was spacious, and the two wing setup allowed our group to put kids to sleep and the adults to talk and play games at night without inadvertent wakeups. The amenities were great, including the hot tub, pool table, table tennis. The kitchen was stocked with all the plates, glasses, utensils, etc., that we needed. And everything was nicely cleaned on arrival. What truly made the house, though, was my experience with Beryle and Tov Alexis. They were communicative, friendly, and thoughtful. When I mentioned we'd have several small children, Beryle sent me a list of recommendations for things to do in the area, including the lovely John West Park, the Bethany Beach Nature Center, Funland in Rehobeth Beach, and even a flyer for a local event happening near the house. We appreciated this so much and made our long weekend that much better! While the house location requires a drive to the beach, it's situated right around the corner from Bethany Brewing Co., which had some decent brews. It is also a short walk from a trailhead for the Fresh Pond trail, which made for a great morning run. All told, between the house, location, and owners, I highly recommend giving this house a try!

We had a great stay! We had 4 families stay at the property and everyone was impressed with the house. It's large and has plenty of room to accommodate a big group. Lots of fun features--a swingset, fire pit and hot tub outside, plus lots of games/pool table, ping pong table, poker table and air hockey inside! My husband has a very large family and we wanted a house that could fit all of us. This house was great it had so much space that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The pool table and ping pong table were used often and a great way for all of us to hang out. The drive to the beach was easy and the neighborhood was nice to take all the kids for walks and feel comfortable. The owners were great and answered any questions we had right away. We would definitely stay here again and had a wonderful vacation experience! Highly recommend staying at this house if you have a large family and you still get to enjoy the beach experience.

This wonderful beach house was by far our favorite “home away from home” for our large group. The game room with a large TV, ping pong table, and pool table was centrally located so everyone felt connected. The beds were very comfortable, and the house easily slept 24 people. The kitchen was well stocked, and the extra refrigerator in the mud room was a bonus! We loved the hot tub that overlooked the pond. The hosts were very responsive and had a welcome basket with goodies waiting for us upon arrival. The drive to the beach took about 10 minutes with traffic. We definitely would return and recommend it highly to any group looking for a getaway to Bethany Beach.

Fun in the sun
The house is very large, lots of room to spread out. We had beds for all 19 of us, the kids room was a real bonus. Fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies enjoyed our stayed.
