A hotel worth recommending

We were upgraded to a premium room with a fantastic view. The room was extremely comfortable, and the service was excellent.

The hammam was out of service, and while the breakfast had a limited selection of yogurts, but the honey was of premium quality.

Super hotel n pobyt rodzinny z psem

Fajnie zlokalizowany, czysty z wysokiej klasy obsługą hotel. Bardzo duży pokój, pomocny personel. Dobre śniadania z uwzględnieniem naszego sposobu żywienia vegan. Trochę duża opłata za pobyt psa ale za to w cenie był poręczny zestaw podróżny dla zwierzaka.

Na siłę szukając to jedynie na siłowni klimatyzacja była bliska totalnego zamrożenia nas .... ale z poważnych spraw to nie ma nic co przychodzi mi do głowy.

Gostámos do pequeno almoço embora devesse ter mais opções vegan.A simpatia das senhoras da sala do pequeno almoço e da recepção.

Não me agradou ter de fazer marcação para ir ao spa. O alojamento diz ter estacionamento gratuito, mas apenas há 8 lugares para estacionamento em frente e ao lado do Hotel. Os lugares estão praticamente sempre ocupados, o que faz com que a informação não deva estar escrita como gratuita, mas deveria estar como gratuita consoante disponibilidade(o que raramente acontece).

Everything except parking unavailability

Dinner was expensive for the variety of food served.rice terrible. Pool is very shallow, for kids.should be cheaper than 140 per night and 22 for dinner.

Situado frente a un bonito parque, por la noche es una zona muy tranquila

Que un hotel de este tamaño no tenga garaje. Uno de los ascensores ha estado fuera de servicio los siete días que ha durado mi estancia

Tudo excepcional. Atendimento, quarto, chuveiro, café da manhã fantástico, piscina e jacuzzi. Não poderia ser melhor.

Solid and good hotel, no negatives but not quite the sparkle of a boutique hotel.

Our hotel room was on the top floor (floor 9) and as all rooms have balconies we had super views of the distant beaches and blue sea, of Bomfit Park below and the football stadium to our right. Room was great as was our experience.

The breakfast buffet was a scrum trying to get my morning coffee! Only one machine, and our breakfast arrival, admittedly a tardy 9:30pm Saturday morning meant i ended up not joining the long coffee queue but having a coffee back in our room.

The sauna and steam room were not on at 9 a.m.,I booked the hotel for the spa facilities,when I complained to the hotel manager he had nothing to say . Also, the bath in the room took forever to run.i had booked a deluxe room at 155 euros a night it was not worth it there was no parking available either .

This does not rate as 4 star. Air didn't work properly. Curtain hanging off rail. Lacked any atmosphere. Bar area small, not much selection. Bar staff very poor, had to go to reception to find the bar man . Surrounding area offers very little.

Location

There is no parking. The bathroom does not have the minimum elements of confort such as body cream, shower cap, cotton, face soap, toothbrush, etc. The hair dryer is not very good. There aren't slippers. The pool was closed.

Very good

It's a good busines style hotel with good location next to the old town! And it comes with a nice breakfast! Easy parking for motorbikes!

Check-inn was very complicated! The man in charge at front desk was not customer friendly at all... we got the feeling that we should have apologized for bothering him!

The room was very comfortable with a king size bed, the dinners at the restaurant were excellent, and the staff at check-in, in the restaurant and at the bar were all excellent (friendly and knowledgeable).

The staff people are nice. Breakfast.

One of the reception girl was not nice to her colleague. AC not working in winter ??? The first solution was to change the room but they said that the AC problem was expected in other rooms so they gave us blankets ... is that a solution in winter ? The water in the room was not hot, just warm ... that was at night but not in the morning at 10h .... why ? The same goes for the pool and showers in spa. Of course, I'm not coming back again.

Great location. Close to pedestrian area with nice shops and cafes. Close to train station too. The staff were really great. Very happy with our stay.
