We had such a great time on our stay at Beat Lake! Everything We needed was in hand! Plenty of fridge and freezer space, All the cooking supplies we could want, and even a surprise treat basket! Beds were comfortable and the place was sparkling clean!

We had a great time at this cabin. It was close to the marina, great amenities, we were never bored or lacking for something to do. There were plenty of beds for our group of 30. We would definitely book this place again. The game room was a hit with the younger kids, everyone loved the hot tub, the seating on the patio was great for all the meals.

We had a really nice stay at Eric's place. The location was great, and Eric provided everything we needed and more. The place was clean and well maintained, with plenty of room for our group of 30+ people. Eric communicated well with us and gave us all the information we needed before we asked. All around, it's a great spot. Highly recommend!

We had a great time while staying at this cabin. The kids enjoyed using the big screen in the basement and playing games. Some even enjoyed sitting around the campfire and visiting. We also appreciated having 2 refrigerators to use. We look forward to going there again.

House is great, lots for kids to do, it has everything you would need. The kids had a ball playing on the slide and with all the games. Kitchen well stocked with what you need. Only downside is the driveway and the parking lot. if you have a trailer and are not skilled at getting it in tight spaces, it is tricky.

We do a family gathering (usually a campout) every year. It's kind of a reunion. This was by far one of the favorites. The view was incredible! Many of us are getting to where tent camping is not working for us anymore and this was a change of pace that was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed staying at this cabin and raved about the cleanliness, facilities, games and the hot tub. The kids had a blast with the slide and the kids and adults enjoyed the hot tub very much - a welcome luxury at the end of a day. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back.
The kitchen was large and well stocked and made it easy to prepare and serve meals to everyone.
Did I mention the view? Incredible! The sunrises were a delight every morning and the afternoons were great because the balcony was shaded and a nice breeze made it comfortable to be out there and enjoy it. We even spotted wildlife from the balcony a couple of times.
The host/owner is wonderful and it's obvious he cares for the comfort and enjoyment of his guests. I have rented several facilities over the years and he is definitely the top host that I've had. He responds quickly to questions and will work with you to make sure you have a great stay.
I can't say enough about how good this place was.
Our group was quite large and we still had enough room to visit, to play, to eat and enjoy each other's company. If someone needed to get away, there was a place for that. We loved the picnic tables on the balcony where we could eat or just visit together while enjoying the view of the lake.
Highly recommended.
We made many memories that will last several lifetimes.

We loved everything about this property. There was plenty of space, everything was clean, it had a great view of the lake and really close to restaurants in Garden City. The kids enjoyed air hockey, arcade games, and foosball. We would definitely stay here again.

This place has a beautiful view of bear lake, it is comfortable and the managers are very accommodating. The driveway is difficult to fit and navigate many cars but we had a wonderful stay

We loved staying at this beautiful cabin! The view of the lake is fantastic! It had everything we needed and more. Plenty of beds, games, movies, slide and swings. Beautiful property , exceptionally equiped, many extras. However dthe air conditioning system is inadequate for the size of the cabin. Try as it might it could not cool the cabin below 80 during the afternoon and up until the wee hours of the morning. sleeping was difficult with the heat.

This may be the beat rental I’ve stayed in. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need and more. Plenty of room to move around and an amazing view. We ate every meal on the deck and the slide was hours of endless entertainment. Host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Great cabin for family reunion
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Great proximity to the lake and town, a lot of sleeping space, fully furnished including entertainment, very considerate and responsive manager/owner, and a lot of little things that make it special (welcome snacks, fresh cookie dough and pickelball equipment to name a few)! The only downside, which is common for the homes in this area, there's no space for boat or RV trailer. We parked seven large vehicles plus a small equip trailer but had to park our boat at the State Marina. But that's only 5 min away, so not a significant inconvenience. We would certainly rent again!

Our Bear Lake Reunion Adventure
Everything was awesome! Some highlights about this cabin are … twisty slide from deck, swings under deck, game room, projector and screen in basement, different animal themes in each room, ON DEMAND HOT WATER (so great for 32 people), popcorn machine, tub of cookie dough, coupons for go-karting, miniature golf, pizza, etc., not to mention three floors of sheer coziness. We had 12 adults, 5 teenagers, and 15 more grandkids ages 1-12. We all loved it and there was plenty of room for everyone. The Derr’s are so great to work with and the view was spectacular! We will definitely stay here again.

What a fun cabin to stay in. Lots to do for all ages and lots of space for everyone. We had a large group of 30 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had a family reunion with 30 people and had a wonderful time. The property was super clean, the owners were super easy to work with and quick to reply to all of my questions before our stay and during. Beautiful view, fun pool in the neighborhood, and close access to the beach. There was even a basket full of treats and a tub of cookie dough in the fridge when we arrived. No complaints, and we will definitely stay here again.
