Todo muy sucio, llegamos y no habían hecho la habitación y nos encontramos con la basura de los anteriores y el baño lleno de suciedad. No nos hicieron la habitación en los tres días que estuvimos Cogimos este alojamiento por cercanía a un festival pero no volvería nunca.

Hormis la localisation intéressante, rien n'est à garder de cet hôtel, un désastre complet.

La situation géographique est idéale pour accéder aux différentes salle de spectacles, proche de l'Atomium et des stations de métro, bien qu'il soit difficile de se garer.

Beaucoup de choses : - pas de chauffage dans la chambre (mois de novembre, 9°C à l'extérieur, 17°C dans la chambre) - annonce mensongère : pas de balcon, pas de vue - petit déjeuner "à volonté" vide à 9h du matin, seulement quelques viennoiseries miniatures décongelées, très décevant pour le prix (12,5€/personnes) - réception vide à 18h30 - télévision ne fonctionnait pas - odeur très nauséabonde dans les communs - la réceptionniste fait aussi la cuisine, et ne change pas de gants à la réception des clés ni se lave les mains Bref, un rapport qualité/prix totalement exagéré, avec une prestation digne d'un hôtel formule 1.

Lugar alejado del centro pero con buenas conexiones para ir al centro de la ciudad

Pagamos por 5 días y sólo limpiaron un día , sólo cambiaron toallas y sábanas un solo día ,último día no había calefacción ni agua caliente en la ducha, sin ascensor, no funcionó la TV ,no volvere

Τοποθεσία, Υποδοχή, θέρμανση, καθαριότητα, στρώσιμο κρεβατιού, εξυπηρέτηση, αλλαγή πετσετών καθημερινά.

Στενές σκάλες, θόρυβος από το ξύλινο πάτωμα και κάποιες ώρες θόρυβος από το τραμ αλλά και η έλλειψη ψυγείου και προστατευτικό στο μπαλκόνι

Nothing positive to mention

It was unbelievable of how bad the customer service was. I asked questions before the booking. Never got a response. I was only helped in French. Because I couldnt get hold of the hotel in any way I had to make a lot of changes and I couldnt leave with a good feeling as you supposed to have when you travel. It is also very pricey for the service you get.

Friendly staff, good location, various shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very spacious room, comfortable temperature , clean enough. Large windows and balcony.

Room definitely need a fresh layer of paint. Shower doesn't have a door and as a result you splash all over the place. The shower head is sort of broken/old and there is no flow.

The best hotel you can get for the quality and the price. The rooms are very spacious confortable and clean. The staff was really friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is close to the tram and bus station so it’s really easy to go around. Plus the atomium is like 5 min walk. Nice hotel, we will stay here again when we come back to Brussels.

Hard pillows, noisy, a bit out dateted, plate of the wall broke during night and felt against my bed. I woke up I had to fix it with a chair.

Disappointing

I did a reservation for this hotel 5 months before the stay. The only room available was a triple room which was way more expensive than a normal room (for 1 person), but it was the only one. I payed the bill upfront to make sure it couldn't be double booked or whatever. On the check in at the hotel the room looked fine. I went out of the hotel for business and when i came back they moved my stuff to an other room (single room) without asking me If I agreed. The reason they did it was they double booked the room and needed it for someone else (the one I reserved and payed upfront) I did not make a huge point of it because I only came there for a sleep and did not needed the extra beds. I made clear this is fine bud there should be a recalculation of the cost for the stay. At the check out I asked about the recalculation and the simple answer from them was “I am sorry but there is nothing we can do with the price, maybe if you come in the future for an other stay we can see if we can get you a discount”. If this is how you treat your guests, rooms reserved 5 months upfront fully paid and than move the guest to an smaller room without asking if the agree and than even no compensation at all.

most of the places were full that day I was able to find a place in that hotel and they were very helpful.

The lady in the reception was so kind that they offered me a free coffee when I didn't have time for breakfast. They were so helpful that they helped me to find a parking spot.

I didn't have any towels in my room. I didn't have time to ask if it was a mistake or if it wasn't supposed to be there. Anyway most probably they would give me one if I had asked

The room and the hotel is incredible. Also, I had to get there after the check-in time over (like an hour later), but I talked to the lady, she waited for me and she was so kind when we arrived. The location is awesome and the comfort also great. All clean and great!!

great location, it was just 10 minutes away from my sister the bed was very comfortable

I asked for a room on the first floor because I use a crutch to walk, I was told no problem but ended up having a room on the second floor instead spider crawling on the ceiling, I was terrified, spider webs,and damp smell in the bathroom. sink was clogged. wifi was not working.lots of noise. and the stairs a very narrow with no lift
