Едно добро място за уикенд...

Стаята е просторна, чиста и светла. Намира се на третият етаж от къща в наистина чудесен квартал. Стълбището отделя всеки етаж и не си пречите със собствениците. Банята е съседната врата на площадката, за мен това не е проблем. Самата баня е много хубава. .

Недостатък е изключително бавният отговор в сайта на букинг. Същото така спира изцяло отоплението през нощта. Навън беше 5 градуса, а парното спря в 23ч и тръгна в 9 сутринта. Това мисля, че е до настройка на парното на къщата. За мен не е нормално, защото трябва да се даде възможност всеки сам да прецени на каква температура да спи. Определено беше много студено през нощта. И последно не мисля, че е редно в 12ч през нощта собствениците са стоят пред вратата на стаята и да тропат. Отваряха вратата на съседната стая доста пъти, явно да си прибират багажа. Но все пак намирам общата картина за много добра и бих препоръчал мястото.

Ubytování můžeme jen doporučit.

Ubytování bylo výborné, v klidné čtvrti, deset minut chůze od metra, dokonce jsme se mohli ubytovat i dříve než v 18:00 bez poplatku. Kromě setu na přípravu kávy a čaje jsou k dispozici malé talíře a příbory pro dvě osoby. Pokud bychom někdy znovu jeli do Bruselu, určitě zvolíme toto ubytování

Vše bylo v pořádku.

La chambre est très spacieuse et confortable. Calme absolu et vue sur la nature des jardins. Merci à nos hôtes de nous fournir une carte de transport à créditer.

Il manque un miroir dans la chambre.

Superb

Great set up, lovely room. Location is nice and close to the metro.

Check in was delayed which wasn’t ideal but we could drop our bags off which helped.

Good choice in Brussels

It was a good location to go to city center. There was a last floor of the house. When you enter the room you can smell beautiful detergent. Towels and room was really clean. Homeowner was friendly, he help us what we needed.

Only the bed was uncomfortable.

Best option for Bruxelles

Very nice place, in a good area of the city. The owner was very nice and helpful. Big spacious room, decorated with beautiful paintings

Should be mentioned that you need a green pass to enter in Bruxelles with the car. We left it in a park and ride 15 min away with the subway

Fantastic communication with host. Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room and facilities.

No air conditioning or fan. It was very hot. Very unusual weather. However when I asked for a fan I was given one immediately.

Raul is a great host, we enjoyed everything. He was one of the best host we ever met. The neighborhood is nice and safe, and the location is really close to the metro and bus station. The apartment was nice and clean.

Very nice place to stay. Would visit again.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the metro station, making it easy to travel into the city. There is also a supermarket nearby. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could be better is there was no breakfast served.

Everything…simply nothing to complain! The location is great, near from metro station, supermarket…and the room have a coffee machine, microwave and mine refrigerator! Also great bathroom…the owner was a really nice guy when we arrived and the room have a independent access by stairs.

Superb

Room and bathroom are spacious, clean, nice and cozy. Neighborhood is really quiet, there is free park in front of the house (and this is quite unique for Brussels) and in 15 mins walking you get to metro station then in 10 mins you are into city center. Also if you want to use it as starting point for visiting something out of Brussels is easy to reach the motorway.

Everything was really good, just few points to keep in mind: - is on a quiet residential district (if you are searching for a place near "movida" may not be the right fit but if you want to have a good sleep after visiting city all day is perfect) - room is on the top of a private house. (Anyway you have complete privacy and freedom to get in-out and owners are really nice) - room is on the 3d floor, only stairs available None of these has been a problem to us, our stay was great.

Poor

The room is big and new, with a nice view. It's a residential area, so particularly quiet. It's quite far from the center, but relatively close to Montgomery.

I had to change my plans at the last minute due to a medical emergency, and leave one night earlier. I notified this to the host immediately via the Booking message system, the same day of the check-in, but he did not see the message and, once I arrived at the property, there was absolutely no way of cancelling the last night and get refunded. So, I paid a full 3-night stay even though I had to leave earlier and had made this very clear before the check-in. There were a used toothbrush and a used shower cap in the sink, when I arrived.

Spotlessly clean accomodation, spacious, well furnished and very well located in a quiet neighborhood, 10min walk from Tomberg metro station. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Definitely recomended!

Raul and Vira were very hospitable for us. Room was clean, comfortable and nice. Shower was also clean. In the room you can find cattle and coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Special thanks for Chocolate 🍫 and pie 🥧 it was very nicely after long & hard trip.

A Great Overall Experience

A great accommodation in a quiet neighborhood near a metro station. The beds were comfortable, the internet connection was good, and the host was very nice and helpful.

We saw there's a cat when we booked the accommodation, but we didn't see one hahah

Best trip so far.

The guests are exceptional. They have provided us with a lot of information in regards to transportation and were very kind with us when we arrived. The room and the bathroom very clean. All we can say is that you should stay here!
