Lieu agréable

Le lieu et l'accueil fut agréable. La disponibilité de jeux de sociétés. Pouvoir passer commande fut apprécié. C'est un lieu calme.

Étant une famille de 5 personnes, nous avons dû utiliser le canapé-lit. En dessous, ainsi que les ressorts de chaque côté où vous posez votre tête, ne sont pas faits. Cela est à revoir, car certaines personnes sont allergiques à la poussière et ici, elle ne manquait pas. L'élagage à 9h30... Bof, on aurait pu s'en passer.

Séjour agréable pour le repos , une superbe vue sur la valée avec le chant des oiseaux .

La piscine et les jeunes animateurs

Un rat s’est introduit dans notre maison , aucun numero ou contact après 20h on s’est retrouvé face a ce rat essayant de l’attraper dans tous les coins de la maison jusqu’à 22:30 l’heure où les jeunes animateurs sont venus pour nous aider Et en fin de compte il ont contacté leurs responsables pour nous changer de maison pour pouvoir dormir à 1h de matin après toute la logistique de check out de la 1 ere maison Une nuit terrible et fatiguante pour enfin de compte la réceptionniste qui nous annonce son souhait d’ un retour chez nous .

Very enjoyable for family with children

Great value. The apartment was not big, but had everything necessary. The personell was extremely friendly and helpful and spoke English fluently. The facilities were great, the swimming pool, the playground.

The magic show was only in French and started a bit late (21:30) for our children, so they feel asleep. But it was still a nice experience.

Village agréable très apprécié quand on voyage avec des enfants

L'espace des jeux intérieure un grand plus si on voyage avec des enfants; la superettes très utile pour dépanner en cas d'oublie.

La piscine est pas énorme et dans les mauvaise jours elle se remplie assez vite.

Agréable moment en famille malgré la pluie

La piscine l'espace jeux pour enfants accueil du personnel et bien sûr l'environnement

Ne pas avoir de lumière dans notre salle de bain a notre arrivée même après l'avoir signalé à la réception Personne ne s'est déplacée obligé d'attendre le lendemain pour relancer . Le lave vaisselle n'était pas branché et même après l'avoir fait nous même il ne lave pas très bien . Marmite pas assez grande pour une famille de 6 personnes

Nous venions pour la deuxième fois sur votre domaine nous savions que c était bien mais nous sommes reparti déçu.....

Piscine extérieure froide donc pas agréable. Trop de personne en short ou encore pantalon et t shirt à la piscine c pas hygiénique

Petit séjour d'évasion

Un bon rapport qualité prix, parfait pour un court séjour. Il y a de quoi amuser les plus petits. . Le nécessaire pour cuisiner des plats, pas de four mais un micro ondes avec option grill. Le kit de nettoyage est appréciable et suffisant pour le court séjour. Très calme mais pas très loin de la mer en voiture.

Si vous n'aimez pas les routes de campagne, pour vous y rendre il y en a mais c'est ce qui fait le charme. J'ai loué une maison de plein pied pour 6 pour être confort à 4 et j'ai bien fait car les 2 places en plus c'est le canapé. Du coup pour 6 adultes, c'est juste en terme de place...

Deception par rapport au souvenir des précédents séjours

Fréquentant votre établissement depuis une quinzaine d'années, je dois vous faire part de quelques observations concernant mon séjour récent (Maisonnettes Pays d' Auge 808-801-802 .) -Avant notre arrivée, plusieurs contacts téléphoniques demandant des précisions n'ont abouti qu'à des réponses évasives : - »Qu'est-ce qu'un « futon » (mentionné sur les « inventaires » de maisons) . Réponses : « je ne sais pas »... -Le système de pré-reservation en ligne ne fonctionne pas avec mon N° de réservation . Réponses : je ne peux rien faire, c'est Paris »... ACCUEIL et services : rien à dire Abords du logement:Végétaux non coupés envahissant les allées . Éclairage en grande partie en panne sur les chemins allant du parking au logement entraînant un risque de chute en cas de retour nocturne . Logement lui-mème : etat de vétusté de l'intérieur comme de l'extérieur même si rien à dire sur la propreté . Salle de séjour : éclairage indigent ne permettant pas de lire dans le canapé-lit . Cuisine : sous équipée:pas de couvert de service, nombre de couverts, de verres de mugs et de bols inférieur au capacitaire. Pas de tasse à café .Pas de carafe Toilette RDC:Porte serviette cassé Chambre 1° étage:RAS Toilette 1° étage:Robinet lavabo et chasse d'eau fuient .

Good base for sightseeing but I would not want to spend the days on site.

The 3 bed house was room enough for 4 people

The property was very tired with flaky paint and some mould. The extractor fans did not work so everything felt damp especially with the cold weather. The bedroom with the en-suite did not have the double bed in it.

The property is in a nice location. But it is very old. There is no cleaning service. They don't change your towels for a week. No one speaks english or Spanish. Good location, decent facilities. Good parking spots spread across the park. Decent swimming pool and kids play area.

Our accommodation was fairly old, with squeaky doors. It had a lot of insects and our kids had insect bites during sleep. A few clothes were stolen from the hanging racks. Free linen change is only after 7 days of stay.

I'd say this place was probably state of the art in the 90s a bit aged now. But lots to do for kids they don't mind the decor. Perfect for 2 nights after a long drive and close to Cherbourg where we were heading for ferry. Overall nice stay

A bit of maintenance outside painting and cutting grass would improve things.

Great location, next to the farm which was very nice, love the nature, facilities, a great value.

We really liked the heated outside pool, the baby pol as well is good for our 1 year old daughter

We love the nature and location (in front of the lake), may be it will be good to have a bigger supermarket in the domain but in general we are really happy with our stay. Also the price of the breakfast / lunch or donner may be is a little bit too pricy for a big family.

Old, old, old!

The location is good, but you still need a car to go around. The outside greenery is beautiful and gives you the impression that you are in a forest.

I agree with every negative review and each remark people are stating here: This property is very very old, so as you can imagine the state of facilities, houses, and overall is dreadful. They should start renovating asap, otherwise no one will want to come back.

Fine but I wouldn't book again.

The apartment was small but had everything in it that we needed, the play area was also great for kids. It was well placed, only 20 minutes from Deauville.

The swimming pool was small and dirty, the bottom of the pool was full of sand, dirt and black spots. It didn't feel hygienic and the hamman was not working at all. There were also far too many emails. I stayed for two nights and received 15 confirmation emails and 3 phone calls. It's a little stressful.

Old and filthy. Could not wait to leave.

Nothing. It was an awful experience.

Absolutely filthy and withered holiday village. Awfully disappointing experience. The facilities were extremely worn and tired. The reception was dark and dingy. The “superior” apartment was filthy and despite complaints to the reception staff and the cleaning team sent to to clean the apartment again, the floor was still sticky and grimy. There were dog hairs on the sofa bed and the bed. Cobwebs, moths, spiders and flies greeted us upon arrival. We couldn’t even clean ourselves because the brooms and vacuum cleaner were equally as filthy. So gross. The fridge was leaking, the kitchen drain was blocked and there were broken knives in the drawers. The dishwasher tabs provided were utterly useless and left a gloopy residue in the dishwasher. The appliances were old and cheap. We had to cancel our stay early and go somewhere else because the cleanliness of the accommodation was so disgusting. The reception staff have no ability to do much and did not seem surprised by the cleanliness complaints. We will not be staying at a Pierre et Vacances ever again.

Very cool place (more Pros than Cons!)

I really liked the overall atmosphere, it was beautiful, fun and quiet at night, exactly what were looking for as a family of four for a quick getaway from Paris. The location of our house was reallygood, it was by the valley and had a beautiful view and a lot of space for the kids to play. The beds were comfortable and the heaters were practical. The amenities were fine, the pool is pretty cool since the outdoor is heated and the warm weather made it even better. There were fun activities between badminton, ping pong, tennis mini gulf and so on..the kids area is also really fun and they enjoyed it a lot. I myself enjoyed the entertainment as I took part of the karaoke night. I actually was pleasantly surprised by the kind staff a special mention to Axel at the restaurant who was so helpful and sweet (by the way the wings and fries are really good) and Gauthier, Jeanne and Morgan who were always positive and joyful! Pauline was also very welcming at reception as well as the entire desk team!

Now the cons which could be improved: the communication between booking.com and the location was horrible, i could not get any information regarding my stay or wanting to cancel because of being sick before going. The number and the email were not even correct, it was quite unsettling and stressful. We also had no clue that we needed to bring household items such as paper towel, soap and everything else and so on, and do the bed yourself, this should be indicated on the site. I also feel that there is not enough staff during school breaks who should be there to monitor the kids at the play area, or have you borrow materials, instead of you picking it up at the reception all the time, or even paying for tennis (why?). Someone should be there at night in case of emergencies as the reception is fully closed. the check in is a bit late also, we should be able to pay a little fee and check in earlier if possible.
