The location is in the old town.
The bathroom is excellent.

The location was very central to the old town.
Staff were mostly helpful and we were able to drop bags earlier than check in and leave them there after check out
Room was small. It was up in the eaves and because of the 4 poster bed this meant it was very easy to bang your head.
Lots of stairs and corridors to traverse to our room which was supposedly a deluxe room but certainly did not feel like one.
Very expensive for what was provided.
When we complained staff did not appear to be interested in our feedback

The staff was extremely helpful. The food was delicious. The location was ideal. I would stay there again.
Bed was hard but not a problem

Just the location.
Extremely overpriced. The room they gave us had nothing to do with the pictures on Booking.com. 2 extremely different types of rooms fall under the “Comfort Double Room” category, one that appears to be worth the hefty price tag, the other is a 2 star hostel room from 1986. Depends how lucky you are to get the right room.
I was given a room that was worth 30% tops of what I paid. Paid 300 EUR per night and the room I was given was one of the worst I’ve stayed in years of traveling.

Beautiful hotel & restaurant with a view. The breakfast is definitely worth the cost per day with a variety of food, juice, and coffee/tea options. Dinner was a bit pricey but worth the splurge for one night as all courses of the meal were fabulous! Trying the different local wines that the staff suggested for each course was worth every Euro! Very helpful and attentive staff. The room was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. Although a small sized room, it didn't feel cramped or claustrophobic. Loved having the in-room espresso machine. Close proximity to the cute shops, bars, restaurants, and sites of Petite Venise. 15 min walk to train station but staff will arrange for taxi if you prefer to not make the walk with all your luggage (as there are limited taxis & no ride share options available).
The stairs were a bit windy & steep. Preferred to take the small elevator and then go up short amount of stairs to the room. May be a personal opinion because I am not a fan of spiral staircases. Also, the layout of the rooms vs. stairs could get confusing, and I found myself turned around the few times I did take the stairs.

It’s a perfect location in a beautiful hotel.
Check in was at 3:00. My friend was sick and we had to wait 4 hours to get in room.

Great location

Room was spacious, more like a suite, and had a huge window that opened up onto a beautiful, quiet section of the canal. We could see flower boxes from adjacent buildings and watch the tourists go by on their gondola rides.
The parking lot out front was not very big and was in a very popular area. We were lucky to get a parking spot but it could have been difficult to park.

Nice hotel, comfortable room and bed, spacious bathroom with a large bath tub.
A bit of mouldy smell in the bathroom. Elevator does not reach the room, there was a small flight of stairs, very narrow, and no help was offered with the luggage.

Prefect location, easy private parking, very nice room, excellent restaurant

Lovely character property in the old part of town. Good location for strolling around the old streets.
Although no on site parking, we managed to park directly outside in the public car park, no charges after 6pm.

lovely atmosphere, lots of charm, very friendly staff, great location and outstanding Christmas decoration
the corridors of the annex, which apparently haven’t been renovated but the rooms there were great

Amazing Christmas vibe, definitely the star of the town with the decorations day and night.
A very cute, authentic property. The location is amazing, right in the middle of Christmas markets and all the festivities.
They provide covered parking, although it’s 10-15 walking distance from the hotel.
Although parking is provided, keep in mind you have to walk with all your belongings from there. Theres no assistance with luggage whatsoever. On the same note rooms, hallways and stairs are extremely small, it gives it the charm, but very difficult with the luggage. The only assistance we got is from the lady at the reception.
would be nice if hotel save some space for dinner at the restaurant for their guests.

Fantastic location with beautiful view from the room, restaurant dinner is delicious, breakfast had champagne
Shower did not heat up at all and had no door or anything on tub/shower combo so i imagine the water would have sprayed everywhere

Very good location, delicious breakfast.
Friendly staff except a young lady from the reception. After checking in, my daughter waited for me with my granddaughter at the reception ( they were staying at another hotel ) and the little one wanted to use the toilet. One of the ladies from the reception told her that the toilet is only for the hotel guests, then my daughter said that she understands and she is going to use the toilet in my room. The lady did not let her come up to my room, for the same reason that the rooms are only for the hotel guests….
