Excellent location, nice little hotel, friendly staff.
It would have been lovely to have some great crispy bacon at breakfast (only a minor point).

Nocowanie tu to prawdziwa męka. I śniadania słabo.

Loved the old style of the hotel and the decor.
The location is perfect for old town.
The continental breakfast option was good.
The hot option for breakfast was quite disappointing. The eggs were rubbery, beans over done and dry.

The location is great!! There's a lot of foot traffic (pedestrian only street) but I didn't mind, the Charles Bridge is right there! We drove from Salzburg, parked the car in a garage, and took the tram to the hotel, easy. Everthing was walkable from this location, shopping close, tons of restaurants. Honestly, everyone's complaints I've read were not true for me. The included breakfast was outstanding! Old, charming building, but I like that kind of thing.
I was on the 4th floor, which has the small shower, this was my only complaint.

Great location, very clean. The decor really made me feel like I was in Prague.
It was a heatwave, and they did provide a fan, but it didn't oscillate, which meant one person was cooler than the other. Other than that it was great - keep in mind, it's an old building with stairs and no ac. But that's typical of Europe, so really enjoyed it and felt it was well worth the money given the location.

Nice stuff 👏 pretty rooms, good security, good breakfast, always have something to drink and eat if hungry. Nice restaurant and bar in the hotel, excellent location!!!! Very clean, room cleaning is excellent

Great location, good wifi, and friendly helpful staff. Very comfy bed.
Room was very small - probably a former store room(?) But this was reflected in the price. Although windows faced a courtyard away from the main street, a lot of noise came through at night. Made it impossible to have the windows open in what was a pretty stuffy, hot room.

The location is very good, the room is quite big. everything was in old style, furniture, curtains, carpet
It was difficult to sleep there, street was noisy even in midnight. Surprise was when receptionist asked us 100 euro additional fee, which returned when we checked out. if you don’t have an extra 100 euro, it is possible by card. I didn’t like it, because we didn’t know about it in advance

Location of this hotel is excellent. You are within walking distance of most of the main sightseeing attractions in Prague. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice bar and restaurant.
Hotel has no lift and there are quite a lot of stairs to climb to access your room, not great for older people . Windows do not keep out noise from the street so it can be a little difficult to sleep but the hotel does provide earplugs. There was a good and varied selection of breakfast dishes but sadly the cooked breakfast was very overcooked.

The location is great, authentic decor and lovely breakfast.
There wasn’t a lift (normally this wouldn’t be a problem but I was 7 months pregnant).

extremely central. bar open til early hours. great breakfast. charming decor. staff all very friendly. def worth the price. secured entry after hours
bathrooms need updating. room a bit dusty and scuffed. few broken and old things need replacing (lampshades, curtain ties, etc)
4.5
The location the best, is in the center! Close by walk to all major sightseeings, bars, restaurants!
Also the hotel have its own bar in the basement!!!!
The floor in the room and in the bathroom was not so clean.
The welcome water bottle was with charge.
No elevator and no help from the hotel staff to carry on our luggages from the stairs and I had problem with my arm!!
The breakfast was poor.
On the first day that we had breakfast I notice passing fast a small " friend " in the floor. I didn't tell anything to anyone that time..but they need to look for it..maybe cause future problems..
The reception guy and the girl at breakfast need to smile and be more friendly with the guests.

A stone's throw (literally) from the famed Charles Bridge, this comfy high-class hotel boasts its own restaurant, bar, and a night club to boot! Creaky, narrow, uneven stairs, painted wooden ceilings, thick walls, antique-looking chandeliers, curtains, and carpets… I loved it! And all of the interior was decorated with intricate and colourful designs. Bountiful breakfast, fast Wi-Fi, clean and cosy room and bathroom, soft bed, super helpful staff. 10 stars, as clear as day.

Transportation, location and architecture were very nice. Walking distance to touristic spots. There were shampoo, shower gel and similar needs. (there was no toothbrush)
The plumbing was old and there was a smell in the toilet.
Although breakfast is included in the reservation on Booking.com, upon check-in, the staff said that breakfast is not included. Strange(((
There is no elevator because the building is old. If your suitcase is heavy, you may find it difficult.

I would absolutely stay in this cute hotel again. The staff were very accommodating non the less the little room\apartment was so quaint and adorable. It seems to be old fashioned which tells a cute story. The breakfast included was absolutely perfect and the lady working there was very helpful.
I only had a little issue that there was no lift but luckily they but me on the 1st floor soo i did not need to carry my 35kg suitcase up many stairs.
