Laadukas keskustahotelli kävelykadulla

Hotellin keskeisellä paikalla kävelykadun alussa. Muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä El Corte Ingles -tavaratalosta ja Sol -aukiosta. Olimme kolmannen keran tässä hotellissa ja viihdyimme yhtä hyvin kuin edellisilläkin kerroilla. Hotellin henkilökunta erittäin palvelualtista. Saimme pyynnöstä myös saman huoneen kuin edellisilläkin kerroilla. Huone, jonne ei kantaudu yöllä kaupungin äänet. Aamiaisen hinta hieman korkeahko, mutta hotellin vieressä muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä useita baareja, joista saa hyvän aamiaisen edullisempaan hintaan.

Excellent location, breakfast, facilities and staff.

Excellent location, great breakfast, lovely restaurant.

When we checked in we got a lovely room with no curtains / blinds. We advised it was not possible to sleep there and were moved to another room.

Comfortable hotel in great location

Great location, lovely well equipped room, large comfortable bed, helpful reception

We didn't want to have the full buffet breakfast (expensive and we don't eat much in morning). We wanted just coffee and croissant - paying only for what we had. Didn't seem possible - probably due to our poor Spanish. So, went to coffee bar up the road each morning which was fine

Location - great, Room-very nice and modern.

Air-conditioning-weak. Called down to desk (3X) and they said they would come and check - NEVER CAME. Granted that the weather extremely warm but my wife woke up all wet from perspiration and the fact they never came to check. Other than this it was a really nice hotel. Pillows too hard also.

Gorgeous balcony with city view room

The location was excellent. The hotel does not have many facilities, just the reception and a café, but other than that, is great if you are just looking for a super comfortable room. Also, all rooms have a beautiful balcony with view of the city. Is gorgeous! The room is very sofisticated, good decoration and mood.

No gym or swimming pool, but we knew from before so it's ok. Other than that, is perfect.

When I booked with Booking the room I liked and paid for and when I arrived at the hotel I did not get what I booked and paid for they gave me a regular room and the hotel was trying to tell me that this is the room I book nothing at all what I booked with booking.com .The people at the reception and manager were very rude and not polite.Never again I would stay at this hotel this hotel I would rate it a 3.5 star.And at night there is a lot of noise from the restaurants and bars next to the hotel until morning hours.

Last stopover in 7 week trip. Loved Madrid

Location was excellent, room nice and spacious, Free mini bar.

Breakfast was a bit on the expensive side for what you got. If you came in after 9.30am tables werent made up

Nice hotel in a Great location.

The breakfast was good. A nice selection of hot and cold foods. The coffee was okay. The location was excellent. A few minutes from Gran Via which is the Main Street. A 10 minute walk to the Royal Palace and a 15 minute walk to the Prado Museum.

The lobby of the hotel was not impressive. The elevators were small. We were happy to be on the first floor where we could take 1 flight of steps to our floor.

Vert nice stay and experience

Nice entrance and personal, bed and pillows very comfy

I think the room was a bit cheap for the price. At first they gave us a room with a mini window and asked for another one, they said I was lucky because there was 1 left. No views though! For a deluxe room think it was a bit short

I liked the hotel in general except for our dinner. Our room was very good and the staff were really nice.

We decided to have dinner on our anniversary night. Unfortunately, the food was awful. Sorry!
