Dissapointing, Dissapointing, Dissapointing!

Good location and the food in the restaurant although very limited choice was well cooked and tasted very good, chefs and restaurant staff seemed to be doing their best with very limited resources.

There are only 21 sunbeds when there are hundreds of guests, this has not been addressed by management but they have decided to spend money making the reception area look more plush… Nobody comes on holiday to sit in a reception area or to look at pretty lights round the pool, they want to enjoy relaxing by the pool on a sunbed not lying on the ground. After 5 days of no luck trying to get a sunbed I finally got one on day 6 only to have the hotel start building works about 3 meters away from the pool area, industrial digger and machine breaking up concrete all day so you could barely hear yourself think, this is when the hotel is full, total disregard for the guests experience and furthermore absolutely no explanation or apology from management. Spend some money making the bathrooms more clean and hygienic, spend some money on facilities like cutlery so nobody has to sit with food going cold waiting for the cutlary to arrive. Yes this hotel is cheap but that doesn’t mean they cant provide a good experience if they really wanted. They care about how it looks for the photos and advertising but they really could care less about the comfort of your stay. I didnt waste my time complaining to staff as at the end of the day they are not in control of where the budget is spent however on the occasion where i needed their assistance with printing my boarding pass I was spoken to like i was an idiot by the elderly man at reception, he was rude and patronising and to be honest that was more disappointing than anything else because politeness costs nothing and to show such disdaine for your guests is in my opinion just sums up the attitude of this place, they simply do not care about the guests experience.

Suites Spacieuse, propre, personnels réception et entrée accueillants et aimable. Parking a disposition.. Proche de la plage.

Petit déjeuner très moyen, buffet mal organisé et pas propre, personnel a la cuisson des crêpes et oeufs pas très aimable et service beaucoup trop lent. Jus d'orange en boîte infecte. Pas de crêpes marocaine ni de harcha dommage.

Redelijk hotel voor redelijke prijs

Ligging. Mooi park, vlakbij zee en strand. Ontbijt was redelijk. Personeel niet overdreven vriendelijk. Vanuit het hotel kon je veel dingen, excursies regelen. Wordt top geregeld!

Sanitair is zeker aan vernieuwing toe. Handdoeken waren schaars. Voorraad handdoeken bij zwembad ook slecht.

7/10 stay. Will stay again. Almost a 4 star hotel

Pool, Gym, decent half board considering the reasonable price. Good location. Doesn't open up onto the beach but 5-6min walk to the beach. In an ideal location for access to the best part of the seafront promenade. Good atmosphere in the pool area. Great lighting. Nice balcony. Comfy pillows. Bidet in bathroom is helpful. Good communication with staff.

Sometimes, not enough cutlery at meal times..No safe in the room. No 'Do Not disturb sign' in the room..juice machine at breakfast, sometimes the mix of water and juice is not quite right. Likewise on last day, hot chocolate was basically brown water. Single beds are comfortable but smaller than normal single beds.

Very nice hotel close to the beach with pleasant facilities and kind staff.

Very nice hotel, excellently located. Kind staff, great breakfast, great pool and outdoor area. Receptionists were extremely accommodating: I asked to change the room (with view to the sea but a bit noisy due to traffic) to one with view to the pool (much quieter - and still with view to the sea) and they did it promptly. Rashid (from Agdtours) was very helpful organizing a trip to Paradise Valley and a 2-hour massage session near the city center). He's very attentive and honest. I strongly recommend this hotel, very close to the beach.

If you're expecting the 4-star ratting to be similar to European standards, you will have few things to complain about, but nothing major. Nothing outstanding to report.

Widok z pokoju był niesamowity. Piękna panorama oceanu. Basen czysty, spory, idealna temperatura wody. Personel bardzo pomocny i sympatyczny. Pokoje standardowe, łóżka wygodne, czysta pościel, ręczniki. Codziennie sprzątane. Posiłki dobre, w formie szwedzkiego stołu, spory wybór, na kolację często zmieniane menu.

Farba w wannie w naszym pokoju odchodziła, jednak nie było to coś, co w jakikolwiek sposób wpłynęło na jakość pobytu.

Las instalaciones son bastante viejas y los baños muy antiguos. Agujeros, desperfectos. Sabanas manchadas que hubo que pedir que las cambiaran. El desayuno buffet nada recomendable, muy escaso y poca limpieza. Cucharas de café de plástico y vasos que daban miedo la limpieza. No recomendable nada desayunar ni comer allí. Por higiene y escasez

Good for 3/4 days

The location is perfect in my opinion, close to everything. The swimming pool is beautiful and relaxing. The hotel and rooms are clean (cleaning staff works very hard). Breakfast was ok and buffet dinner gives you a few choices. The view from the balcony and windows is very nice. For the price I think is fair enough, I wouldn’t expect more.

Unfortunately the building is very old and needs renovation. The bathroom in my room was in bad conditions. The morning staff at the reception is very kind and helpful, the evening staff is definitely not. A guy will try to sell you any kind of unrequested service in the most creative way and if you don’t tip the lobby man he’ll never look at you in the face. Soundproofing of the windows can be a problem too, as there is music at night downstairs.

L'hôtel est parfait et j'y reviendrai.

Personnel dans son ensemble très avenant aussi bien à l'accueil, un grand merci pour leur dévouement ainsi qu'au personnel de l'entretien. L'équipe de la restauration sont très professionnels et sont aux petits soins pour les clients.

Lokalizacja, pokój w porządku, kołdra wygodne łóżko

Kawa z ekspresu - z proszku, nie do wypicia, soki chemiczne. Ogólnie masówka, odczuwalna nawet w styczniu. Nic wartego uwagi.

loved it!!

the people of the hotel were really friendly. they cleaned the room everyday. the pool was also very clean. the breakfast was amazing, we really loved the self made msemen. Also a shout out to Rachid the tour guid, who organised the trips. he was very friendly and always smiling. also the guy from the shop, he was always super friendly and would always say hi with a genuinely smile !!!

the chairs at the terras (the blues one) should change, bc they look a little old. but other then that it was perfect!!

we didn’t like that the police just came and raided the buffet. they didn’t leave any food for anyone else. bathroom was dirty and had ants. wifi was very difficult to use.

Hot, Noisy, and flashing lights..Poor sleep

It was clean and close to the Marina. Breakfast was wholesome if a little boring. Some good basic facilities in house. Tour guide on site, which was a bit of a pro and con as he was a little pushy.

Where do we start? Firstly they took all the towels every day and you had to ask them multiple times for replacements. The decor and general facade is all very dated, lots of rust around the bath etc The sink was blocked and you had to be careful about using it. The nights were hot and due to the AC not working; very difficult to sleep. Informed by staff that the AC is just going to blow hot air as it is a very warm winter and there's no way to make it cooler? Yet, the AC was working fine in the corridors and the main reception...Told us to open the balcony doors overnight; which overlooked a relatively busy and noisy road. They have front of hotel lights that flash like disco lights which they refused to turn off. These lights, turned the whole room into a epileptics nightmare, despite the curtains being fully drawn. It required a rather long and tedious visit downstairs, and then outside to show them the lights before they would accede that I had a point. Overall, I would not recommend at all.
