Lovely staff, great location with beautiful views

Staff we’re so lovely and the outlook was just beautiful from the balcony

Location Property was well kept. Has 2 pools Restaurant food was delicious. The room was big for a standard room . Near to many restaurants etc

The beach was a bit rough while we were there .

Expectations exceeded? Yeah, that happended!

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Water was rough off the beach but the sunsets were awesome and the restaurant overlooked the ocean. Staff were welcoming and fun to chat with, very accommodating and helpful

The bathroom extractor fans should be quieter

OK hotel, near beach, but nothing special

Its next to a nice beach. Its pleasant enough.

Its a bit basic for the money. Clean, but underinvested. Old school. Food OK. Few hustlers hang out next to hotel on beach which is a bit off. Don't think you're getting a luxury stay here. Most rooms away from beach area in road/parking. Area around has a couple of OK cafes, but again, nothing to write home about. Quite built up area.

Property can be better.

The staff is absolutely amazing front desk, the activities coordinator and security. Very friendly and helpful and seems to genuinely make your stay great

The room fixtures had obvious wear and tear i.e. rusted handles on draws and essentially all metal areas as well as furniture chipping in many places. These are simply fixes though. Plus there is mosquito in the room.

It has to be the location. Access to a beautiful beach. The hotel is a bit tired and could do with the bathroom renovating in the room we had. Very overpriced for what you actual get

We heard the cost of a replacement plastic key card is BBD 100 which is extortionate.

great location and the staff was very welcoming

the room assigned wasn’t made when I walked in. had to walk back to the reception to have to get another room. it was already almost 9pm. They were nice enough to get me a bigger and clean room and order from the kitchen which was closing.

Great location and super friendly staff - an older property but comfortable and maintained

Wonderful and friendly staff. Great location on the beach and close to 'The Gap'. The property is older but staff does a good job to maintain upkeep as best as possible.

Location, excellent local beaches and places to eat in short distance walk.

Booked a studio apartment with sea view. Cooking facility very basic and limited. Noticed various other rooms had a mini kitchen with sink ect and x2 hob which is what I was expecting.

Pleasant stay and surprise.

Location was great.Local places around wich was reasonable to get food. Was on honeymoon trip. Shan at front desk had a wonderful surprise for us after we returned from a tour. Did not expect that,as she was the only one we mentioned that we were recently married. Had our room specially decored in a special way. All the staff were great from the person cleaning the rooms, to the maintainence staff,front desk and even the staff at the resturant. Thank you all for a memorable experience.

Great spot to say thoroughly enjoyed it

The hotel is right on the water. We arrived the night before our cruise. We we are family of six, all adults. It was great to sit on the deck. Listen to the waves enjoy the view and have a few beer. in the morning we had breakfast went for a nice walk on the beach and then headed to the cruise terminal. The rooms were really cute, though some may say outdated. We were in the pink building second floor, which is classed as garden view, but we could see the ocean through an empty lot.

I thought breakfast was included as per the amenities listed and was disappointed to find out I had to pay. Not enough clean beach/pools. Had to reuse some a few times.
