Apart from the booking error, the staff were good

Pool,

We did not get the room we booked, and had two people had to share the double bed for the fiirst night, The second night we were upgraded to a better room.

Pools are fun but dirty and broken ( main pool is clean but broken tiles everywhere)

We liked the main pool again very run down though , the hot pool in our room was great but again run down and rusty pipes etc

Dangerous things everywhere , low power points , broken tiles , mould and severely under maintained pools

A sad motel, if this is what we are providing for tourists to NZ for the money they charge, terrible

Location is good, though being on a main road is noisey. The cold main pool is good too.

The unit we had (29) is in a very very degraded and poor condition, poor ventilation in the bathroom has left mould around the ceiling, the sliding door is not wide enough to ensure privacy for people inside. Vanity broken. General finish is totally bad. Considering how full the place was and what they charge, some money set aside for a lick of paint and some maintenance would be worthwhile. The fridge was not working and we lost our food overnight, compensation was worked out once this was found to be the case (but I would of preferred the fridge to work) Parking in front of unit 29 is terrible, a man hole in front of the unit was cordoned off so we had to negotiate with the people next door to adjust the cars for who was leaving earlier the next day. Give this place a wide berth if you are looking to take the family to Tauranga.

my mom loved that they had 3 single beds upstairs for my little sisters and the king bed for them separate space. was very comfortable especially the glass of milk so cute

the rooms were nice and comfy I love that the family houses had bath tubs. It was really quiet and early check in too as we arrived about 1 something. Staff were helpful and kind

Our stay was great, very relaxing and enjoyable....spent some quality time here..... marvelous time out

Ohh we missed out on the private pool there because of maintenance...... hopefully this will be up and running next time we book a stay

Disappointed, used to be a great spot

Strong shower pressure

Dirty, rundown, broken chair, didnt let us know till we arrived that the hot tub wasnt working. Beds were worn out. Has gone seriously downhill since my last stay a few years ago.

Great value for price, the lounge and bedroom was great- but the beds were too uncomfortable

Great value for price, spacious, nice lounge, staff were friendly and helpful

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well. There were also not enough blankets. Not very sound proof rooms

Perfect

Family of 3, 2 adults & 3 year old. Enough space, outside pool was nice and warm, thermal was amazing. Sky is a great bonus for kids cartoons.

easy parking and check in. has air con. private spa pool. has sky tv.

spa pool had sand in it, shower and toilet was abit dirty, towels had stains on them. only had one very small tv in the lounge area only.

Great location, clean modern rooms. Had everything we needed. The spa pool was a bonus too
