Family/ toddler friendly, home comforts, would recommend

The pillows were lush, no skimping on the mattress. The upstairs shower was lovely heat and pressure. The use of an internal garage was amazing too! In summer the bedroom window could be left open due to the magnetic insect screen. The house had nice aesthetic touches, but nothing too stressful with a mobile 17 month old moving (coasters, diffuser and heavy vase tucked in a corner were the only things to keep an eye on: so would recommend to families). We brought our toddler shnuggle and could quickly and easily use it within the main bath- temp and pressure of that tap was lovely too. Also the nice touches like a decent toaster, and the coffee machine with accompanying capsules (thank you). Donna was also super quick in communication, and was clear and succinct with some simple instructions too (IE bins etc).

I actually don’t have anything to nitpick on this occasion. As a home owner myself, the accommodation feels like it was once a lived in family home, but has been kept in good order.

Huge house, great location, very comfortable and super clean.

The place is huge, very clean and very comfortable. The communication with Donna, the owner, was fantastic. There were five of us, and we really enjoyed our stay. It's a short walk to Pak n Save, and not far from the centre of town. Loved that there was Netflix and Amazon Prime available on the TV. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to make a meal, so it was a nice change from going out to a restaurant and having the room to make our own dinner. Coffee, tea, sugar and milk were all provided. We could see that the owner takes pride in their work, and we were very impressed with everything.

It's silly, but I would have liked a shower cap. Only because I didn't bring my own. Everything else was superb.

Good location and size. Poor heating and limited hot water. Unfriendly.

Good location - great for the beach and Devonport Road CBD etc. in the summer. Spacious and clean home.

Outside light could not be switched off and disturbed two of the bedrooms. Limited heating - single heat pump for the whole house so not great for the winter. Limited hot water - only good for 2 showers in a house that can accommodate an “absolute maximum” of 6. Contacted the host to politely point these aspects out and they got a tad defensive !

Best place in the Bay

Home away from home! This place is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. Enjoyed my time here so much I will be coming back as much as possible. Best place to stay in Tauranga hands down.

Clean, tidy home which suited our needs perfectly. Easy to book and very conveniently located to city centre.

No instructions on how to operate the oven. Light bulbs need replacing in upstairs bedroom and bathroom A remote for garage would be useful.

The house was lovely and comfortable and in such a quiet street despite being next door to a school. I had a fabulous sleep in the gorgeous comfy bed!

Very comfortable until the hot water ran out.

Good location and well appointed home.

5 people, one took shower evening before bed. In the morning 4 to shower none had long showers but there was only enough hot water for 2 1/2 people to wash their hair. Last person had no hot water at all. Hot water supply inadequate if property advertised as accommodating 6 people.

Lovely spacious home, was clean, tidy and had nice linen. Comfy beds and sofas to relax on. In a quiet, super convenient location.

Past properties provide some milk and some light bulbs were blown - not majors at all just an observation.

Was a nice place in ok location. Overpriced cleaning fee $150 for 3 couples overnight!!

Not one thing in the pantry! We would have relied on it to have the basics as other places do, but would have been let down had we not gone out to eat.
