Well appointed and spacious apartment in a good location.

Spacious apartment in good location. Check in was at at a different location from apartments- staff were very professional.

Matches the description, not bad and central location

It was well equipped and the air conditioning was working very well which was useful during the summer when we were there.

One of the bathrooms had an issue where the water was not being drained properly, there was a bit of flooding due to this in the floors near the bathroom. The sofa bed can't really be considered as one. It's mostly just a sofa where only a smaller person can sleep comfortably.

The WiFi was pathetic, late check out was not permitted, there was no luggage storage room in the same premises (where the option was given to store was good 20 mins walk and take luggage there was an ordeal)

Disrespectful and ignored our agreement regarding our stay, which was more than six days, to send someone to clean the apartment, also ignored our compliments about the elevator on the date of the check out, which was left broken and we were left to get down all the luggage, which was more than 100 kg from the seventh floor although we have been contacting them since 12 AM until 5 am also there was a broken lamp and the balcony was broken and we couldnt open it

The apartment was very clean with spacious rooms. Hot and cold water in both bathrooms with good water pressure. We were all very comfortable in this apartment. Would recommend.

Excellent

Very confortable, 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms,close to city center (10 minutes walking) ,bus station almost in front of building.Many restaurants and cafes around. Market across the street.Super easy checking and checkout. We had a great vacation.

A nice apartment but communication from apartment is very poor. I don't think they care.

Spacious, clean and lot of kitchenware

Very poor communication with the apartment manager. Arrived the apartment in the evening and unable to pick up the key. No direction displayed on the gate for collection of the key. Very inconvenient to collect the key which involves 15 minutes walk from the apartment in the evening in a foreign country speaking foreign language. Rang the phone no on the gate to communicate with the apartment manager but all speak Spanish. It was a nightmare and we were very disappointed.

It was a nice stay in Barcelona.

The location is good and easy access to the Metro. Restaurants are nearby, Clean and calm place. No disturbance during nighttime. Well maintain apartment. Highly recommended. If I come again to Barcelona definitely I will try to catch it.

Great apartments

The apartments are located in the best area of Barcelona in my opinion. Central market across the road. Cafes, bars, restaurants are all within reach. The apartments are quite large with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Spacious apartment in a great area

Spacious, clean appartment. Extremely comfortable beds and lovely soft towels. 2 bathrooms was a luxury. Useful welcome pack. Wonderful location with the market and supermarket opposite, lots of great places to eat nearby and easy access to the rest of the city. Helpful staff answering questions beforehand.

Couldn't find a plug for the bath.

There was no double bed, just two single beds put together. One of them was very noisy.

Great place to stay for a short city break

The instructions we were given pre-arrival for check in worked perfectly. We used self check in and there were no hitches. The apartment was spacious and ideal for our needs. It was well located only a few minutes walk from the closest Metro station.

The only slight drawback was the cleanliness. The apartment could do with a deep clean to bring it up to scratch.

the apartment is large with 2 baths. close to everything.

I had to drag 4 children and check in 17km from the apartment even though we arrived 30 minutes before closing. when we got to the place we were supposed to check in, was directed back to check in near the apartment, but didn't get it. we had to pay extra for the taxi just because the staff did not agree on our check-in. bad air conditioning, hot in the apartment. also the apartment was spacious and well located, but it is not worth the money.
