War ok für eine Übernachtung. Frühstück ok, typisch schottisch. Ein Pub im Hotel.
Gut kombinierbar mit dem WestHighlandWay. Man kann kommt mit einer Fähre von der ggü Seeseite zum Hotel.
Kleines Zimmer unterm Dach. Etwas schmuddelig. Zu teuer.

Location was amazing. Food at dinner was amazing. Everyone there was super friendly.
There were a lot of steps, and we were up 2 long, windy floors.

The guest lounge doubles up as a baby changing area and a sofa storeroom. It was however warm.

Great location. The Cullen skink and the home made steak pie weren't too bad
Would have thought they would have had a better red and white wine selection.

food&drinks in the bar is very good
lots of noise from the road and people next door. bed old

The location is wonderful, nice garden and beautiful views as it is located on the shore of Loch Lomond. Very nice chalet.
Very good food at the restaurant.
The mattress of the room 18 or 11 ( I cannot remember exactly, sorry) must be changed, it is so used that you feel the spring/metal of the mattress on your back!!
Not good pressure of water in the shower.
Only industrial bread in the breakfast (like in most hotels in UK) . There were no table clothes on the tables for dinner.
It would have be good if we could have opened the window in the bathroom, it was locked.

Fabulous locations. The view from our room facing the lake was amazing. Comfortable room, good breakfast and dinner, friendly staff.
More vegetarian options on the dinner menu would be great!

Very lovely room, wonderful view of the lake, very nice staff.
Breakfast was a bit « light » when you are a vegetarian (no protein substitute for example), but otherwise all good.
