There were separate bedrooms for a larger family and AC that works!!!
It’s a quiet building for undisturbed sleeps.
There are a lot of stairs but manageable.
5.0
The size of the accomodation and it had everything we needed.
Unfortunately the lift was broken so we had four flights of stairs to negotiate.
However we were made aware of this prior to booking

nice amount of space for our family to spread out, good air conditioning, felt very safe, hosts provided some nice kitchen treats.
lots of stairs up but we knew that, water temperature was erratic,

A lovely , clear , comfortable apartment with great location ( 10 mins by feet from Fontana and 10mins from Colosseum). Metro station was near. Paolo ( the owner ) is very kind. The apartment is full equipped.
The air conditions didn't warm the rooms. Instead we had radiators but only for 9hours , as Roman rules of procedure.
There wasn't enough hot water for bathing. I mean it was 1minute hot water, then the water was getting cold and then you had to wait pretty much time for getting hot again. 🥶

perfect location in easy walking distance to historical sites and eateries.

Central location, nicely fitted kitchen, small balcony, and the host :)
Walk up to 3rd floor through super narrow stairs.

Whole apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Location is perfect for visiting all the sights around Rome and only a short walk from the Termini. Paulo was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions I had. Plenty of Restraunts Bars and shops within a couple of minutes walk.

The host met us at the door and did the checkin procedure himself.

We liked the location and spacious apartment with a large fridge and kitchenette. Good air conditioning. Two sets of keys - good when the group splits! Welcoming host.
Spring mattress (when one moves, the other one wakes up), the tap in the bathroom was clogged, the tap in the kitchenette was loosened, hot and cold water was changing during showering,

A very professional, polite, helpful and communicative host. Extremely fast communication via WhatsUp.
Very quiet, clean and cozy (though spacious) apartment in the romantic courtyard of an old tenement house located close to the center of ancient Rome (approx. 700 m from the Trajan's Forum). Restaurants with delicious food and a mini-shop with everything a tourist needs just around the corner.
The thick walls of the old house, air conditioning and shutters keep you cool in the summer heat.
Comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, equipped kitchen and a small but functional bathroom with shower, WiFi, roof terrace with a view of sky-high Rome ;-)

The Property is conveniently located between the City Center and the Train Station, walking distance from pretty much everywhere.
The Property was also very clean, and very well priced for the Size and Position.
Nice touch the availability of Coffee, Tea, and Kitchenware for a quick breakfast.
Communication with the Owner was also very good.
A little misunderstanding with the Owner during Check-In, perfectly managed before it got any worse.
The temperature of the Shower was a little unstable, and in general the Toilet was a little basic.

Location, good amenities, easy to stay with kids, good wifi and nice beds
4th floor on stairs. getting there with the luggage was a challenge.

Great location within walking distance to Colosseo and Centro Storico. A host is extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator which may be an issue for older visitors.
4.0
Really central location, yet super quiet because the building is located in a courtyard. Clean and beautiful rooms, very helpful and accommodating host. Great value for money. many restaurants around (we liked Due colonne on via dei Serpenti, felt like a genuine family-run place with reasonable prices and good food)
We had some issues with hot water, which the host tried to fix. The kitchen is a tad too small for the 5-6 people who conveniently fit in the three bedrooms. The apartment is quite a climb, which wasn’t that much of an issue for us as we could intended to see Rome mostly on foot.
4.0
The property was clean, spacious, excellent location and good value for the money. The beds were comfortable and everything you needed was there.
The one thing that could be better is the shower. The water kept getting hot & cold, which resulted in having a cold shower sometimes.

On our arrival there were a couple of problems which were all sorted out by the next day after telling Paolo. The appartement is well situated and calm, with many of the main historic sites within walking distance. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants all very nearby.
Maybe a good idea to add ‘House of Colosseo’ to the bell to stop confusion on arrival.

Generally speaking, good place to stay in Rome.
4th floor, no lift, narrow staircase.

The place is close to Colosseo, beautiful old house, there are facilities like hair dryer and iron. Great communication with a nice owner.
Shower is a little difficult to handle to not make the floor wet. The kitchen is quite small, but has all you need. All in all wir h the price.

Host very flexible, great communication. House was sparkling clean, very quiet and perfectly located.
Everything great
