Расположение, поблизости много кафе и ресторанов, удобные кровати, тихо ночью
Один санузел в котором слабый напор воды в душе, маленькие устаревшие телевизоры без подключения к интернету, один ключ от входной двери

The property is great, you enter through a door off a busy street that’s perfectly located for all the sightseeing you need. On entering the door there’s an oasis of greenery small pond in the foyer of this apartment it’s beautiful. The apartment has everything you need clean and spacious.

The bathroom was generously spacious (by European standards) and the apartment itself is beautiful and very well kept. It was sanitized to within an inch of its life upon our arrival and the beds were large and very comfortable.
Instructions for finding the location could have been clearer. It was a bit of a treasure hunt through the apartment complex to find the apartment, as we had to walk through a series of door/gate/staircases just to find the elevator that goes to the apartment floor.

Breakfast not provided. A cafe was across the street.
We liked everything.

Spacious, elegant, central, comfortable apartment.
It is suitable for a maximum of 6 people, friends or family (it has only one bathroom, modern and elegant)
It is located on the 4th floor, has an elevator and a beautiful inner courtyard.
Recommendation:
Finding a solution for luggage storage on departure within the accommodation (check-out is at 10 a.m.) if the plane is later. We were recommended the nearby train station where it was crowded and cost 18 euros for 3 bags

The best place and location at the history center of Rome. Big and comfortable appartment with all you need for your stay. We recommand this place. Thank you very much, Antonella, for all you make for your guests❤️

The apartment was great, very cosy and really clean. Perfect location- very close to the underground station, however we used public transport only once because we could go to the main tourist attractions on foot.

Spacious, very clean, modern looking, homely and the location was walking distance from every major landmark. Do try the Irish pub across the road for drinks and the gelato place next door to it.
The maid was super welcoming which was very nice! it felt like your own house and Antonella was just amazing! she let us stay late, check in earlier and supported us with luggage storage and taxi advice. a very nice woman!
The place is hard to fault. don’t overthink it.

Excellent location. Only 10 minutes walk from termini station, and very close to all the points of interest you wanted to visit.
There was no indication of how to proceed with the garbage. There were no rubbish bins near the apartment or an indication where to leave the rubbish.

Perfect location, the apartment is clean and looks really cozy, there was everything needed for a stay. Waited for us to check in at night, big thanks ☺️

The apartment had so much space and was clean, the beds were really comfortable and it was in a really good location we were able to walk to most attractions in less than 30 minutes
Some of the appliances were a bit outdated, but it wasn’t an issue at all

Lovely big bedrooms, very comfy beds, spotlessly clean. Really enjoyed our stay.
We had to take our own rubbish out at the end of the stay. Quite difficult when trying to fit in the tiny antiquated lift with our cases too.

Fantastic location Antonella was a delight to deal with charming and helpful
8.0 / 10.0
The property is very central for transport links both bus and train. Most sight seeing is within a 20-30 minute walk. The property has loads of character, our son named the fish in the fountain Bob!
The lift was cosy but functional.

Our host was wonderful, friendly, helpful and our stay was perfect. Great location, convenient, close to train station. It was a good place for a small family and we are very happy with our choice!

Perfect location for walking to attractions, really nicely furnished and spacious, would definitely stay here again! felt safe, close to everything + great wifi. It’s on a 4th floor- but there’s a small elevator which was a life saver!
Only thing is that there is only one bathroom- not a big deal for our fam but shower is on the small side which could be challenging for some.

Central location, nice and big rooms.
there was no elevator, had to climb a lot of stairs. Shower is too small.

great location -- only a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and other main attractions. Very cute and charming apartment. It was also nice that it had the ability to house our large group (7 people)! The host was very kind and patient, and communicated with us in person through Google translate. She also helped us with an unfortunate personal problem as well.
The kitchen was a bit small, and having to share one bathroom for 7 people was quite hard. It was also a bit hard finding the apartment, but once we got in touch with the host, it went smoothly.
7.0 / 10.0
The property was too cold for us and the radiators were switched off during the nicht.
The washing machine and the dishwasher were too old to be used.
4.0 / 10.0
Check in and out was flexible and worked good
The appartment is very big
Walking distance to many sights
Equipment was not good. Some very basic things were missing like a kitchen towel or knife
The appartement is very old, meaning furniture, bathroom and systems like the heater
The kitchen was very smelly which appeared to come from the dish washer
The shower is very small and water pressure very low
All this made the appartement not very comfortable. The pictures looked much nicer than the reality.
7.0 / 10.0
Very good of host to meet us outside property.
Clean and functional property.
2 good sized double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area.
Points to note (these are NOT faults);
There are steps up to the property (~20) before you get to the lift.
The lift is tiny (2 people max), and flat on the 4th floor, so need to be patient if you are unable to take stairs.
The bathroom is shower only, and the shower is very small.
The plug sockets are very difficult to use - you have to really force the European 2 pin plug into the sockets.

This apartment was in the perfect location and was the perfect size for our family of four!
Nothing

Great location: nearby termini and subway. A lot of nice stores and good restaurants in the neighborhood. A fully equipped apartment (Tip; bring your own dishwasher tablets, so that you don’t have to buy them. Otherwise the supermarket is also right around the corner!).
Instructions which doorbell to ring when arriving were missing. WiFi didn’t work during our stay. The shower is pretty small, wouldn’t recommend it for a big person.
