Really comfortable, delicious food, nice little touches.
All good.

Unique and different accommodation in a beautiful rural setting. Loved the mixture of authentic rustic farmhouse with modern convenience. Very spacious and comfortable, friendly host, and an excellent breakfast.
4.7
We really appreciated how genuinely friendly and kind the hosts were, and we loved the animals - horse, dogs, and cats. The hosts left apples for us to feed the horse and encouraged play between my daughter and the dog, Gizmo, who she was loving being around. They played ball with her and Gizmo and let us walk Gizmo. Also, when we said we hadn't had gooseberries before, the hosts brought us all of the fixings to make gooseberries and custard on a tray with fresh-picked flowers from the property.
Some of the furniture was a little dusty with cobwebs and there were dead flies around our place, but understandably, there is going to be a certain amount of that on a farm.
4.7
Very welcoming quiet peaceful and especially loved the animals and fresh eggs.
Accommodation was excellent with every item that you could think of provided. Will definitely be going back.

Our stay was at Falconry Mews, a charming self-contained apartment with a rustic feel. The level of equipment provided was exceptional, leaving no possible necessity unmet. The place impressed us greatly, showcasing a remarkable attention to detail. Philip, our host, went above and beyond to ensure that our getaway was memorable, even gifting us with fresh eggs upon our departure. We are keen to return and definitely recommend this accommodation.

Such an amazing tranquil location. Booked this for a surprise for my partners 40th birthday. Nothing was too much to ask. All the little touches made it just that more perfect. Would definitely love to come back in the future. I'm missing mouse the horse! Such a gentle beautiful horse. The bed was so comfortable. Felt completely at home. Cannot thank the hosts enough.

The location was great for our planned walks and sight seeing. The accommodation was very comfortable with everything we needed and more. We were provided with a great range of food including fresh eggs from the chickens that were next door to the accommodation, chocolates, biscuits, water....
We enjoyed being in a remote location as it was quiet and we saw a lot of wildlife in the area.
Nothing - we were so well looked after that we have already recommended the place to family members and friends.
4.7
An excellently and surprisingly well stocked little converted apartment with everything you could need including comfy mattress and sofa, lovely bathroom with delightful toiletries, and an amazing kitchen, seating and dining area.
Location is fairly remote.

A beautiful and very historic place to stay! Philip was a fantastic host and I had a great stay here. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.
4.7
We were given everything required to make our own breakfast in our fully functioning and well stocked kitchen. The beds were super comfortable and there were lovely personal touches, like up to date magazines and freshly cut flowers from the garden.
Honestly, there isn't any negative feedback.

Beautiful rooms. Care has been taken to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Philip and Claire (and the cats) were extremely friendly with the perfect amount of hosting.
There wasn’t enough time spent here. We would have moved in.

it was quaint, individual, immaculate and beautifully presented.

We stayed in the apartment which offers a comfortable bedroom and a well equipped kitchen/dining/living room, with views onto the garden and courtyard. Entrance is through the barn - complete with friendly horse and hens. A simple continental breakfast is provided. All very quiet and rural.

We were provided with fresh eggs cereals orange juice fruit etc.
Very satisfied.

Hugely welcoming host and comfort way beyond expectations.

When we arrived we felt we had found a treasure of a place to stay. We felt so at home, very comfortable. Everything we needed was at hand , lovely fresh eggs from the farm etc.. If we needed anything we just had to ask Philip who was a lovely host ,but it was all provided for us.
We recommend this property exstremely highly. We were so pleased to stay here, it's a gem of a place!!
Couldn't fault it at all.

The breakfast was excellent, and delivered on time consistently .
The WiFi only worked when standing next to the front door.

Lots of thoughtful touches... my husband happy to see a coffee machine. All options of coffee from instant, cafetière to pods. Variety of cereals, bread, jams, fresh eggs from the farm, orange juice and milk. In the bathroom, toiletries and even bowl of Epsom salts with explanation of its benefits.
A very welcoming, peaceful and relaxing place to stay.

Was perfect and the hosts were lovely. You can tell how much they care about you enjoying your stay - the little extra touches and thoughts were pretty incredible. The location whilst very rural really suited us, and we loved the local pub. Great base if going to Southwold, nice to escape the hustle & bustle at the end of the day. All in all just fabulous! I imagine without blooming covid(!) it would be even more brilliant as we didn’t get to see the gardens etc..
4.7
Fantastic home-made bread and fresh eggs from the farm hens. The breakfast sausages were to die for.
I was pleased to see a collection of Walter Scott novels, one of which I part read during our stay.
The bits and pieces thrown in - bowl of fruit on arrival, biscuits, pain au chocolat to accompany tea & coffee - were a nice welcome.
The slipper bath in the bedroom was fun. Wonky old timber-framed building, suite on 2 floors - much to savour.
The wi-fi connection was superfast and excellent.
There was a great collection of film DVDs to select from, and there was Sky also on the widescreen TV
Location - into the depths of the country - superb. Bird life in area outstanding.
The lighting in the room was poor, making it hard to read in the evening.
Owners were highly Covid-conscious, passing food through a hatch, which was slightly weird - but perhaps they did it for our sake, out of consideration.
4.7
The property is awesome. Like a movie set. And so many unexpected extras like fruit in the room, chocolates and cordial drinks. Ample firewood for the fire etc.
Could not find any faults.

A real Treasure Trove of a place!
This is a wonderful place to stay – we were here over a Bank Holiday weekend and it’s a great base for exploring the surrounding area.
The bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is supplied with everything you need during your stay, shampoo, conditioner, bath foam and shower gel.
The kitchen area is very well equipped with bread, breakfast cereals, a bowl of fruit and a selection of teas and coffee.
The fridge contained complimentary orange juice, milk and yoghurt as well as butter and marmite sachets.
There were some lovely personal touches, like little chocolates, fresh eggs and big fluffy bath robes, all of which made us feel very welcome.
The owners are available for any problems, which are easily resolved, as they live on site. They are the perfect hosts, and I have booked again for next year.
