Breakfast first class. Well trained and courteous staff
3.5
Breakfast was lovely but there was an e yea charge for coffee that I thought was unnecessary.
Our shower drain was blocked and so the bathroom flooded. Staff cleaned it up but it remained blocked.

We liked the hotel
The room was overlooking the roof no view
Last time we stayed had a really nice room
We went with our family and the rooms where the same price but my nieces room had a amazing view was very disappointed did ask if there was a room with a better view but was told no
We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and feel let down
Plus the evening meal was a bit of a fiasco had to wait 20 minutes for ketchup and mustard by the time they arrived we had to send the meals back as they were cold
The Manager was very helpful and I would like to thank him of his help
4.5
Lovely rooms, lovely grounds and location.
The Reception staff were exceptional
The only fault is service in the restaurant. Young Staff could be a little more attentive. The manager sorted an issue with food and time it took to get sauces. He was very good and sorted it all out.

The staff went above and beyond they are amazing and the hotel is stunning

The only good thing about this place was the staff we came across, everyone was polite and helpful!
This is NOT a 4 star hotel, 3 at best! It is certainly not worth £215 a night (use of the spa and wellness centre comes with an additional fee, and they can’t even provide bath robes!), incredibly overpriced for what it offers and the location!
Our bathroom had a huge mould stain on the floor, was not properly cleaned, and not even a cup/glass to hold your toothbrushes was provided. Honestly, you’d be better off staying at a holiday inn!
The rooms… I don’t know how on earth they are considered 4 star, the bedding SMELLED (not to mention it was actually uncomfortable), and would expect a 4 star hotel to have a coffee machine.
The pool…. Wow! Firstly the changing rooms are under construction, the provisional ones were incredibly dirty, and just bleak. Not a word from the staff to explain that these were provisional, and you have to use them because no bathrobes remember?
The pool itself was so crowded - it looks like non guests have access too, which is ok, but do charge your guests extra for a dirty crowded pool, with terrible changing facilities.
The pool water was so dirty and cloudy, actually disgusting!
Maybe refrain from labelling yourselves as a SPA, as there was nothing relaxing about it.
The sauna door is made of glass looking out to the pool, well you can’t see the pool because the door due to the grime and looks like it’s never been cleaned.
Honestly save yourself £100 and book a holiday inn, you will probably get more for your money.

Fantastic stay! Had a Court Yard Room, lovey and big and spotlessly clean. The staff and chef went above and beyond for me and my wheat, yeast and dairy free diet! No quibbles at all checked all the menu (we ate in the bar area) for me and the food I had was delicious! Breakfast was excellent, choice for me was good! My daughter love the cooked breakfast buffet. Facilities were lovely and my daughter and her friend had a swim, next time I will be using the gym and booking treatments at the spa. Great weekend, booked for next year already.
Loved it!!

Everything was amazing start to finish. Really friendly, helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Very clean rooms and toilets etc. Good pool facilities. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Good value quality food with both dinner and breakfast.
Nothing.

Excellent warm friendly welcome. pleasantly decorated, relaxed ambience, clean rooms with comfy bed
The pool temp was high but they were trying to regulate this better.

Everything was just perfect in this hotel💯The room extent our expectations(boutique suite), very clean and comfortable . Staff very friendly and helpful, large gardens with excellent views, quality food
4.5
Quiet comfortable room. Clean, spacious.
Decent breakfast but pretty standard buffet offering; expected a bit more
4.5
Lunch & dinners were excellent. Friendly service, nothing too much trouble. Menu very good selection. Liked to sit at the table 16 in conservatory. Staff very friendly in Helens Bar. Reception staff very nice. Bed very comfortable, very clean large room with friendly housekeeping staff.
Breakfast, did not like atmosphere of room, we were not told to help ourselves or not, bit unsure what to do. seemed to be too much cooked food just siting in the heated cabinets. Nobody asked if we wanted anything from table menu, so I don't see the point of it sitting there. Did not get hot water or fresh tea. Bit unsure why I really disliked breakfast - one needs to sit there to feel it ! Croissants seemed stale. Needs more " service" A shame.
Need a guest welcome book in room / magazines. Garden View room, individual, garden needs a good tidy up & refresh. Would like to have bottled water in room & tissues.
The leisure centre is a little tired & pool looks so much bigger in photo's. Staff seemed a bit unhappy ( pool staff & therapists ) But we know it is separate to hotel but could be detrimental to a well run hotel ! " LOOK OUT "

we had a fantastic stay at Park Farm Hotel. The room we stayed in was incredible (Birch Lodge), the staff were incredibly friendly and the food (both room service and the Seasons restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was amazing. The spa/pool facilities were also first-rate.
Nothing!

The communal areas, our room (Oak Suite), and the pool area are all amazing. The bed was incredibly comfy and our bathroom was amazing.
There was a wedding on during our stay and the music played until midnight. We were travelling with a one year old who was continually being woken up by the loud music. I had a walk around the hotel and found that the music reached everywhere, so there would have been no point changing rooms. I wouldn’t stay again whilst an event is happening.

great location, very clean
the beds were slightly hard
3.5
Breakfast was nice, staff were helpful, cocktails were delicious, the gym was well equipped.
The steak burger was too thick causing it to be dry, there are only 4 sun loungers in the spa which isn't enough as they stay occupied for a long time.
5.0
beautiful Georgian room
extremely clean everywhere
food was fantastic
All the staff were friendly and very welcoming which made the hotel an even more wonderful stay
4.5
Location very nice with extensive grounds. Room was lovely, away from the main building and very quiet and well equipped. The spa was excellent as was the gym. I used the gym and pool, I didn't have any spa treatments but my wife did and she enjoyed them.
The staff were profesional, pleasant and there were plenty of them. I've stayed in hotels where you can't find someone when you need something, definitely not the case with Park Farm.
Ate in the bar the first night, delicious meal. On the second night we ate in the Seasons restaurant, in which the food was very nice but we felt a bit over priced. The step up in price from the bar menu not being worth the step up in food that went with it.

very good facilities, good bar meal.
all good

Brilliant location. Gym facilities were brilliant which I really appreciate after long drives to reach this location, spa looked brilliant but sadly didn't have time to try it.
Bar was nice a quiet for dinner and work in the evening, delicious and well presented food at a great value compared to other hotels in the area (My dinner bill was roughly £10 cheaper than it has been at other nearby hotels for much better quality). Breakfast was lovely, really friendly staff and lots of options (I just wish I hadn't been on a diet so I could have enjoyed more of what was on offer) - also huge plus side to have a cafetiere of coffee for breakfast!!
Loads of parking and only a short walk into reception.
Room was lovely, bed could have perhaps been a little comfier as it was a bit firm for me but that is just personal, bathroom lovely.
