A gem of a property - what a find!

The location was perfect, a minutes walk from the Town. What a find, if we ever come back this way again we will definitely rebook. Lovely property with everything we needed. Plenty of space, lovely garden and so quiet. Keys were easily obtained and the property was immaculate. Close to several restaurants and local shops. Great little market on a Saturday morning. Lovely spacious garden with BBQ.

Can't think of anything we didn't like but if I had to say something the bathroom could do with a lick of paint and the back room might benefit from a dressing table. Other than that it was perfect.

Superb

Fantastic location for visiting the pretty town of Wymondham. Norwich was also easily accessible around 35 minutes by car. Accommodation was spacious, quiet and clean. We would book again when in the area.

Great location, decent size for a couple. Everything was there that we needed.

A bit tired and basic, functional only - and no double bed which is weird in a 3 bed letting!

Number 17 Friarscroft

Fantastics, Quiet location off Wymondham Town centre and shops. A few minutes walk to local shops and dining areas in the town centre. Easy access to nearby supermarkets and many beaches/attractions Parking in driveway for multiple cars which was very useful for visiting Norfolk friends. Good communication from owner/booking. Com Beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well all week. House was clean and tidy. Large rear garden and outside balcony Separate sitting and dining areas Water pressure was excellent and over-bath shower very powerful! Loved our stay, would recommend!

Second and third bedrooms a little small. No double bed - all beds provided are single.. Only one toilet/wash area without safety handles for elderly members to use the wash areas safely. Could benefit with a handrail on stairs as our elderly relative found it difficult to support her weight on the turn of the stairs. Kitchen very compact. Unable to utilise storage fully as wall units very high and not enough range of cooking utensils for a family of 4/5 eg no pizza cutter/multiple chopping boards/roasting tray etc which I had to buy but was not a problem. Didn't see a smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector

lovely house, had a very pleasant stay.

beds were clean and very comfy setting is lovely very peaceful location during the day very local to the lovely town

didn’t use the lawn garden furniture as needed a good clean ex servicemen’s club up the road was a bit rowdy on the Saturday

An enjoyable week and would definitely stay again.

Location excellent for our needs. Property Clean and Tidy and plenty of room. We had a problem with Freezer on arrival and this was sorted straight away.

Didn't find brush and vacuum cleaner until just before left. A note giving location would have been good.

Very enjoyable stay

The property was very clean -important in these times and the hosts provided tea and coffee to get us started. It was well equipped.The garden and covered rear porch were lovely. The property is very conveniently situated and Wymondham is alaovely small town

We had a lovely and peaceful weekend in a beautiful house. There were so many things to see and do.

A very clean house Location, old town and close to Norwich Fully equiped kitchen, lovely dinning area large garden, not over looked, large drive way good size bathroom and bedrooms

Not having 2 toilets within the house.

Excellent location very close to the historic town centre. The house itself was very clean and spacious. Beautiful, well kept garden and ample parking

Perfect location for Wymondham

Lovely peaceful environment but close enough to town, for very easy walk into shops, pubs and restaurants. Whole house in a detached property. Loads of guaranteed parking on private front drive. Plenty of space in private back garden. Well equipped, clean and warm. Owner good communicator before and during stay. Fully recommended for a stay in this part of the country.

Peaceful, relaxing and exactly what we needed!

Great location and we felt fully prepared knowing what we needed to bring for our stay and what was already available. Very clean and comfortable property with a brilliant garden and lovely bathroom. We will definitely be booking again

Cupboard basics like salt and pepper would have been appreciated plus some back up toilet roll.
