Central location
Not cleaned at all, nasty rooms. The shower has black mold everywhere and the floors are filthy.

Windows does not close and glasses are broken. So is not silent.
Flush cleaned every day. But only that. Walls in closet and shower must not have been cleaned for months.
The mat for feet must be 1 year old and never have been cleaned. So it must now be less than 2mm thick.
Very poor value
The bath in the courtyard on the pictures does not exist any more

We were grateful for the refund
The state of this hostel is unacceptable. Ir is extremely dirty and worn down. Eg. Mould everywhere, bathroom so bad we put towels down to avoid touching the floor, toilet and basen is completely loose. Under the bed is dirt and rubble that looks like its been thete for years. The room is advertised with a courtyard but the door to the courtyard is timbeted down and screwed closed. There is no other form of a window in the room. The rest of the hostel is also extremely dirty and unacceptable. Main courtyard is also a dump and neglected. We did not even feel safe in this hostel.

They let me keep my locker after check out, until I needed to leave Lagos!
The smell. The cleanliness. The attitude.
Basically use this as a very, very, very last resort!!! This business needs to be shut down, it is not healthy to stay. If you like mould - stay here.

loud
The room is next to the party street so be sure to get some ear plugs.
The nights where super loud and the hostel would need a deep cleaning.
The hostel could be very nice if someone would invest a bit of time and really take care of it.

First off yasar and the rest of the staff are really laid back helpful and cool 😎 👌🏽 the hostel sits right in the center of everything if you are a die hard party animal and all the Beautiful Beaches are not too far away ... the beds were comfy and the hostel is in a antique like buildings overall a good stay if you are on a budget! And the terrace is nice and chilled out if you'd like to drink and socialise!
So there are people living and working there they are ok people but be sure to not over do it on your grocery shopping i had a few things go missing from the fridge!

We were two female travellers who have backpacked all around the world, and this has to be up there as one of the worst places we’ve stayed.
The state of the room was awful - the walls were filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, holes in the walls and ceiling, hot rock burns and hairs on the sheets - it was like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We bought a throw to put over the bed so that we could sleep on something clean. We both woke up with a dodgey chest which went on to develop into a nasty infection. We were to stay 2 nights however checked out after the first and thankfully were refunded for the 2nd night.
It’s acceptable for places to be old and out dated however what’s not acceptable is for them to be unclean.

The location is near all bars and clubs at night
So far this was my worst hostel experience in life. The staff was always rude for no reason. For instance, on my first morning, the staff followed me to my room to ask me at what time I was going to check out, even though I had one more day. Then she asked my name, understood she's mistaken and didn't apologise. The comum area smelled really bad. It would be full of people (that we didn't know if were staying at the hostel) that would stare at you all time and just be there. You would see some staff cleaning floors or maybe the bathroom, but for 2 nights in a row I living worms on the tub, so I would have to clean the tub before showering. And then, the most bizarre thing of all: I stayed there for 4 nights (yes, I was so broke I had no choice) and for the whole time this guy slept in his bed in our room and didn't wake up. I knew he wasn't dead because sometimes he would fart, but anyways, the windows were never opened so the room smelled like dead people.
If you can afford another place, please, go!

Location
Was disgusting, bathrooms had little worms all through them didn’t look or smell like they have ever been cleaned. Seemed like a half way house for old drunk homeless people
