Home away from home

I had an incredible stay at Woodmere apartment, so much so that I can't wait to get back there next week. The staff went over and beyond to make my stay comfortable, the room was a home away from home, I used the sauna daily, and I left with a happy heart. Thank you

I like the apartment and the sauna. The cleaning staff was also very friendly!

This place has everything to be better, but the ongoing construction and the inconvenience of the non-stop noises / people coming and going made my stay not super nice. Worst point was the need to keep my blinds shut all the time since there were so many working outside, from the groundfloor to the roof. The pool was also always full of kids or external people, taking swimming lessons or coming just for fun, which made it mostly unavailable for the guests.

Cozy

The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Has everything you need to cook meals. The pool is clean. This is in a good location in Kilimani, close to Yaya and lots of transport.

I didn’t like that you had to pay to use the hot tub, also the pool is all deep(no shallow end) which made it hard for people who couldn’t swim well.

lovely spot with some needs of TLC

the appartment was lovely, slightly dated but still lovely, spacious living room, large balcony. location quiet, surrounded by greenery

we were shown a deluxe studio that we booked in but there was only one bed and i booked 2 beds..the studio was really in poor condition and sofa so old that i would not even sit on it, needs refurbishing and new furniture, but as we were moved to the other nice appartment we were happy, Reception is also really dated, i would say looks really bad, needs total update. they were doing some work around the garden, entrance etc so a lot of rubbish, garden waste everywhere giving the impression on the entrance that this is not a nice place but behind all this the serviced appartments were nice, swimming pool, potted plants etc

Quality serviced apartment offering a relaxing stay in the center of Nairobi

I originally booked a studio but was helpfully upgraded for free to a 1 bedroom suite. It has a nice overlooking view of the pool, large 4-poster bed, complete kitchen and a full toilet and bath. The staff were helpful and attentive. Free access to a small sauna and the pool.

Hopefully the construction of the new building is finished soon, and the proper gate is restored to use, as the temporary one made it a bit difficult to find initially. Aside from these, I had a great stay here and will be coming back next time.

Hotel close to what I came for great one only if they could add even continental breakfast for the booking.com customers

The staff helping out with printing even though only 5 pages limit it really helped thank you staff

the more days you stay the more price increases, it’s cheaper to book for more days than two days.

Perfect value for money Humble and very helpful staff The apartment is very clean and exceptional I would recommend anybody to check in this place Lastly very quiet,serene and peaceful place ❤️

A gem in Nairobi.

Rooms are really spacious, absolute value for money. Beautiful set arrangement of the room. The use of materials is very natural and warm. The balcony is perfect. The availability of a fire place and wood (against a fee) are great, though we did not use it.

The water pump was a bit noisy. This only applied to our room and is not a general topic. The cooking utensils are a bit limited, which is okay for a short stay. The view will hopefully improve, once the construction work is finished. (There was no major noise!)
