lovely apartment. very soundproof within the building.

very central. very clean and comfortable.

a lot of noise from the pub across the road but mostly quiet apart from sirens a good bit. which can’t be helped. the front door is extremely temperamental. the 6 digit code you have to put in has to be put in multiple times (10+) before the door will open. and jiggly the handle a good bit. extremely annoying when you have a toddler screaming.

Nice quiet location, 5 minute walk to beach/pier and attractions, free private parking

Mattress very hard and bathroom needs a good clean, would benefit from a tv in the main bedroom

This apartment is an absolute bargain. Its in a prime location, 5 mins from everything. Pub next door and its extremely quiet even with entertainment on. Spotlessly clean apartment with everything you need. The beds were so comfy, great shower, plenty of space and in a nice, quiet location but a 5 min walk to all the local attractions.

Beautiful little gem of an apartment , private entryway with security code , gorgeous gardens tastefully decorated throughout and it had absolutely anything you could need. If you forgot anything chances are it was tucked away in one of the drawers . 10/10 would book again

Comfortable but thought we were nearer the sea front and closer to Butlins as at Spring Harvest.

We did our own meals. The journey to Spring Harvest Butlins was said 5 mins to walk 13 in car so that was ok but not able to walk that far.

Amazing

The whole apartment was absolutely beautiful & spotless throughout, super comfy beds with prestige white bedding, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, the living room was fantastic with a huge balcony over looking the road & the bathroom & bath was also fantastic,, we honestly had the best time Eva & didn't want to leave 😀

We liked the location for amenities, shops, restaurants and short walks to town centre etc The apartment was very homely and had everything we needed in it. Loved the patio/balcony, lovely furnishing and plenty of storage for us all. Especially liked the fact that the apartment gave us our privacy on our break away.

The flight of stairs was a problem due to having a newborn, pram and bags each time we left or arrived back. The passageway as we entered the building alway smelt of weed very strongly. One bed sheet had a stain (likely blood) on.

Perfect really!

The apartment was thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival Nice layout and decor Apartment felt airy and roomy, not cramped. With the kids the space was appreciated! Nice big kitchen, utensils and equipment provided Plenty of towels No complaints about the beds from either me or the kids Netflix on the telly Only a 5-10 minute walk to the seafront and pleasure beach

Shower was temperamental, either cold or scalding hot. Maybe I missed something? Could have done with a bath mat as we ended up using a couple of our hand towels to keep the floor dry. Smelled a little like people had been smoking prior to our stay, I’m an ex smoker so smell it a mile off! Not the owners fault tho if guests don’t stick to the rules.

Loved the apartment, nicely set out plenty of space and very well equipped.

The roadworks were a pain, but everything else was fantastic.
