Property was in a fantastic location with all the amenities needed supplied. Would 100% recommend to anyone
3.5
Lovely apartment on 3rd floor. Private and quiet area just a stones throw from the beach.
Process for collecting the key worked really well and apartment was clean and had everything you could need.
Would definitely recommend, although if you have mobility issues this won't be suitable as it's on the 3rd floor and there isn't a lift.
Bed was very low down, although it was sooo comfortable.
Situation with parking could be explained better. Presumably the residents carpark has a bay allocated to each apartment, howver the numbers have been rubbed off so not sure which parking bay we needed to use.

A few maintenance issues. Disappointed in bathroom, mould around bath, rusty bin and light fitting. Ceiling needs a lick of paint. Very disappointed in state of the balcony. Pictures made it look good but had only one usable chair, other broken and left there, balcony splattered with gull droppings. No communication from host apart from entry information prior to getting there. Nothing since...

Could not get the Wi-Fi to work, could not work out a couple of letters or numbers.
4.5
it was a nice area, tidy perfect for the 2 of us
nothing bad, had to tighten screws on front door, handle was loose!
4.5
Good comfortable and spacious accommodation for short stay.Near beach and 10 minute walk to town centre and shops.
Could have done with hoover as my lab got his hairs on couch despite all efforts to keep him off it.

The location was good and the host was helpful at allowing us to check in early.
There was left over food from the previous tenant left in the freezer. The wifi and TV did not work. There was a quick turnaround in tenants and it was clear that the cleaning had just been a quick once over.

nice
did not stay as was uncomfortable and impractical
3.5
Was lovely and clean and a nice quite area with easy access and walking distance into town.
There was someone in the block smocking weed so it's all you could smell in the evening time and morning.

We left on the Sunday friends helped us again open door

Due to a family member being rushed into hospital, we were unable to go on this trip. We requested to change the dates. However, despite sending messages to the property, calling the owners and leaving voicemail, contacting customer services reps from booking.com, no response. None of us have been able to get any response from the owners. Very disappointed and not really what you expect. At least have the common courtesy to reply to messages and voicemail.
In response to the owners reply:- I see your response and only wish you had responded to either my message or voicemail, or Booking.com representatives attempts to contact you in the weeks before I finally left a review. Simply ignoring all of this until a poor review is left, is not really the way things should work. The fact that you were unable to facilitate a date change is not the key point. I accept that it was very late notice. It was a request just in case you could manage the change, and I fully accept that it was unlikely you would do so, but is was worth asking.
My only gripe is the fact that rather than say NO at the time, you chose to simply ignore all messages and voicemail, yet you are keen to respond to the associated negative feedback.... STRANGE.

Location to Ayr centre plus costal and river walks.
The flat is in need of a deep clean. Kitchen utensils are poor quality.

a lovely apartment nice quiet building & good parking.
liked everything only let down was the cleaner floors, rugs a bit grubby they need to pay more attention to the cleaning otherwise a cracking apartment & would recommend
3.5
I liked the location, the little touches like having Amazon prime and Netflix, since the weather was pretty bad.
one of the neighbours left a note on my car telling me not to park in their spot, even though I was told I can park in any free spots and there were no signs or bollards to indicate otherwise

We made our own breakfast and the location was good
There was a few small problems which were pointed out on the first day but not addressed anytime during the week.
The kitchen was so small that to open a cupboard, you had to move the bin or close the oven door etc.

great location, spotlessly clean lovely little flat
bed mattress a bit to soft for me

it was lovely and clean.
the tap in the kitchen had a drip and the tv was temperamental.
4.5
Amazing location. Very cozy apartment. Definitely enjoyed our stay.
We didn't get much sleep because of the mattress that was too soft for us and noisy heating.
4.4
Good location, clean and comfortable property.
Dripping tap in the kitchen needed repaired.
