About this cottage rental
The living areas in the detached holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner with an AGA range, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, two dishwashers, dining seating for eight people, a TV and DVD player, a utility with a washing machine and microwave, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV, a reading room with a selection of books, and a sunroom with a Smart TV, DVD players, Wii console and a selection of games. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room, a king-size, two doubles, along with a bathroom, first-floor cloakroom and another cloakroom. Outside there is a garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture, along with off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 2.8, a beach. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A highchair and cot are also available. An excellent stay awaits at Summerfield.
Amenities: Central heating with AGA and woodburning stove. The Aga will be switched on from Mid-October to Mid-March for ambient heating only. Electric oven, 6 ring induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 2 x dishwashers. TV, Smart TVs with BT YouView, Nintendo Wii, full sized table football, WiFi, a selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. A highchair and travel cot available, please bring own linen. Off-road parking for three cars. Garden with lawn, patio, barbecue and furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Kindly remember dogs are not to be left in the property as they may become distressed. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.5 miles, beach 2.8 miles. Note: AGA is on an ambient heat only (not for cooking) Oct to Mid March. Note: Parents of children should note that there is a tree house at the bottom of the garden that is out of bounds for safety reasons. Smart TV with sky box in conservatory.
