Property next to Snake river lended itself to escaping from city life and relaxing on the deck with running river music. It was clean, had everything we needed, and offered beautiful woodsy views plus 2 lovely river trails: a paved one for bikers and strollers and another dirt trail for walkers only. Foosball table was terrific along with ample comfortable sitting areas. We absolutely Loved this!!! Hopefully we will be back soon!

Really would say the only issue was the dusting.. it was really dusty. More toliet paper than 6 rolls.. first ones not full. Dish towells so you can wash the first set and have more.
Had some older people, safety rails in showers.
Other than that the house location was wonderful!!! Loved the Snake River hikes and just watching it. Left a couple marshmellow roasting sticks.

Lovely house in a convenient location to many mountains. Plenty of sleeping and living space. Hot tub was great with a serene setting

My extended family of 10 rented this house for a Christmas ski trip. The house was perfect for our group. The younger adults had their own hangout space in the basement and the upstairs was great for everyone to be together, eat or play games. The house is located on a beautiful cut-de-sac with lots of trees and the river running through the back yard. The driveway easily fit two large SUV's. Plus, we were only a 5 min drive from the Keystone Mountain House West. We took full advantage of the hot tub and had the fireplace going everyday with the ample firewood provided. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals, there was even a gas grill out on the deck. Each bedroom had additional blankets, pillows, fans and sound machines which made it very easy to get a great nights sleep. Overall the house was warm and cozy, everything a mountain home should be. I would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay while skiing Keystone.

Wonderful for a group of family and friends. Plenty of space for 9 adults. Excellent mattresses, great hot tub, great location to ski keystone, A-basin, copper, and breck. Host is super responsive as well. We will be back!

3 generations. I rented this house to be together with my 3 sons and their children. we were 6 adults and 3 children ages 5, 3 and 1. The two living room spaces were ideal for spreading energy into different areas. The downstairs bedroom with king bed and 2 bunkbeds was great for the family with the 3 and 5 year old. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, great location.

Our stay was perfect ! The layout of the rooms, the equipment, the kitchen...all were ideal for the 9 of us, adults and children. The hot tub worked perfectly and allowed us to appreciate the scenery outdoors. The house was so perfect that we cannot seem to find one like it in North Carolina or West Virginia for next winter.

This house is beautiful! Snake river and trails behind, with a perfectly positioned hot tub and fire pit. The house is fully stocked with anything you might need, from spices to laundry and kitchen supplies. Very spacious, perfect for a big crowd. Only recommendation would be a TV in living room area. The deck was outstanding and a gas grill for cookouts. A nice gas fireplace outside on deck was perfect on chilly nights. Highly recommend!!

Perfectly multi family home
Amazing place! Lots of room for 4 couples. Comes loaded with so many great board games. The wood fireplace and large backyard was a huge plus for us too.

Great Multi-family cabin in Keystone
We loved our stay at this cabin by the river. It has plenty of beds for 3 families with 2 kids a piece. The hot tub was nice at the end of a day of skiing and it wasn't far from the mountain. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately stocked for our needs. The fireplaces upstairs and downstairs added a nice touch. The downstairs was a great area for the kids while the adults could catch up away from earshot. The teams at Evolve and PMI did a great job of getting us the information we needed quickly. We would definitely rent here again.

Wonderful "home away from home!"
This property was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home! We took our adult children and one grandchild to Keystone for Christmas/New Years. The home was perfect for this! There were ample bedrooms for all of us and the basement was perfect for our son, daughter-in-law and grandchild. The home had a high chair and a pack and play for our 9 month old granddaughter. Having 3 bathrooms was a definite plus, also. When I booked this house, the pictures showed a Christmas tree in the living room, and I was hoping there would actually be one since we were planning on celebrating Christmas. I was so happy to see the Christmas tree was up when we arrived! There are 2 fireplaces in the home which we used constantly! (there was some wood, but we purchased some at City Market also.) There is a beautiful deck, which we did not get to use due to the temps and snow, but I think the deck would be wonderful in the warmer months! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at the house. There was a crockpot, wine glasses, bottle openers, plenty of mixing bowls, 9X13 pan, sheet pans, cutting boards, strainers, coffee pot, griddle etc. There is a hot tub just below the deck which was an awesome way to spend evenings relaxing! There are tv's in the upstairs bedrooms. They also have a ton of games to play and bikes and sleds in the storage room! Check-in and check-out were a breeze! You receive the door code via text and just have to text "checkout" when you leave! Also, this home is very close to the Keystone ski resort. The bus stops are a little bit of a distance from the home. I took my husband and son in the vehicle and dropped them off at the bus stop, as it was too far to walk with boots and skis. If you are looking at this property to book, don't hesitate! You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful house
Our family came for the week prior to Christmas to ski. The house was perfect for our grandkids ages 7-14 because they had their own space downstairs. The house was exceptionally clean, and I am picky, and went above our expectations. The property management team greeted us and kept us informed right down to check out. The upstairs/kitchen is smaller than what the pictures show, but it was perfect for the 9 of us. You have to drive yo the ski area or walk to the shuttle bus but wasn’t a problem for us. We also rented our skis from Epic Mountain and they were awesome!

I would stay here again! Will also recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

Mountain Home on the Snake River
Our family of 12 (4 couples & 4 children) does a family retreat every September. Until this year, we have gone to Grand Lake, but we decided to try a change of scenery this year. When we saw this home online we thought it would be perfect for us. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect -- secluded & quiet but close to dining & shopping. The home is the most well stocked rental we have ever seen and has so many amenities. We had a wonderful time. The only drawback is the very limited parking.

Mountain Home on Snake River
Our family of 8 adults & 4 children (4 families) do a family retreat every September. We have stayed in Grand Lake several years & this year decided tot try the Dillon area. The mountain home we rented looked so awesome online & it lived up to all our expectations. Except for the very limited parking, it was so perfect for us. The area had so much to offer & the home was one of the nicest we have stayed in. It was absolutely the best stocked home we have ever rented.

Had a wonderful family vacation. We enjoyed the area so much!
The house was so perfect for our family vacation. Loved walking along the trails right behind the house along the Snake River. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. The space was perfect for our family of 8.
More than enough room and the beds were so comfortable! Communication with the rental company was the best we’ve ever had.
Would definitely come again!

Amazing place and location
We are a family that is picky when it comes to clean places, and this places was impeccable.
Communication with the owner / management was as easy as it can get via text message.
From the first second you open the door, you are wow’d by this place. The backyard, with the fire pit, and creek just behind you was amazing.
I highly recommend this place to all ages!

Spring Skiing
Property was as advertised and allowed plenty of space for teenagers to spread out downstairs. House was well stocked and hot tub was great. Cleaning team missed sweeping a couple spots. The only recommendation for the house is to add a TV in the upstairs living area for the adults while the kids are downstairs. Overall, a great property and would stay here again.

The home is perfect for a vacation in the mountains especially in ski season. 10 min max to slopes, ice skating, food and drink establishments, grocery store, liquor store. You name it, it’s convenient. The home itself is perfectly laid out for comfort and fun. The pics are very accurate. It was super clean and had everything anyone could need! Tons of games to play, adult and family. We worked a jigsaw puzzle while we visited and shared family memories. Also lots of books to read. The hot tub is heavenly in the snow, beneath the stars at night. I also love that they allow guests to leave items that they don’t use if they are usable to the next guests. We had lots of things we needed: coffee, sweetener, coffee mate, oil, Graham crackers and on and on. Also, we were able to leave a stocked beverage fridge. Had lots of bottled water, Powerade, beer, seltzers, etc that we had but didn’t consume. Most homes I’ve rented make you throw it all away or take it with you. We flew in so we’re able to leave for the next guests. Nobody likes to waste food and drink! We had a wonderful time and made lasting family memories. I wood absolutely recommend and visit again. The one hiccup we had was that our propane tanks were empty and we called the manager to get them swapped out. She promised to bring them the next day but never did. We were going to grill steaks but that didn’t happen after all. But this was minor and certainly didn’t ruin our trip. This place is A+.

Great property, convenient location
We enjoyed our stay at this very nice Keystone house, conveniently located less than a ten-minute drive from the River Run and gondola base area. We really liked having two living rooms - upstairs and downstairs - with comfortable furnishings to relax in after a day in the slopes. We also really appreciated the well-stocked, modern kitchen. The outdoor hot tub and deck set amongst many mature trees and a “stones throw” from the nearby creek were great features as well. And the bunk room and foosball table were perfect and fun for the kids. All in all, it was a great place to stay and we’d highly recommend it to others.

Fantastic location, walk to shuttle, great living area & hot tub
Highly recommend this incredible Keystone property for any group ski trip especially! It fit our group of 12 in 3 separate upstairs bedrooms (6 people: 3 queens/kings; 2 bathrooms), and the one downstairs bunk room (6 people: 4 total twin beds as bunks, and a king; 1 small bathroom). The bathroom situation was tough, but other than that, we did have plenty of space in the two living areas! It was less than a 10 min walk to the Flying Dutchman shuttle stop, which is only a couple stops away from the base of the mountain. There are also other shuttles nearby that are extremely convenient for the larger ski groups! Parking wise, we squeezed 1 sedan, and 2 SUVs into the driveway. The hot tub and view were fantastic, and we had an absolute blast for our long weekend getaway!

Outstanding!!
We had a wonderful time staying here! The kitchen was so well stocked. All the rooms were very clean , the decor was beautiful! The hot tub was an extra bonus! Driving to the lifts took literally 5 minutes. The owners/customer service was especially outstanding. The day before checking out, a huge blizzard came through. Our cars were literally stuck in our driveway. The very next morning, they had snowplows at our door, helping us get our driveway cleaned up. After all that, 1-25 closed down til 3 pm, and the owners let us check out super late. So overall awesome experience !! Thank you!!

Fantastic home for a cousin get together
This was a beautiful home in a great location. Easy to find and easier to get to the ski slopes. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 for sleeping and for relaxing. The kids loved the downstairs area with movies, games and Foosball.

Great house in Keystone near Snake River
Our family tried our first vacation home rental with this house in Keystone. We had a great time! It’s a beautiful home and accommodated our group of 8 adults and 6 children perfectly. We did some cooking and found everything we needed in the kitchen. Loved the open floor plan and enjoyed games available to play. Nice large deck to grill on or enjoy the fresh mountain air. We spent some time at the river fishing and using the walking trails. Hot tub and fire pit were also a great fun! Lake Dillon is just a short drive and we enjoyed a pontoon during our stay. We found the listing to be very accurate and everything was clean and well maintained. If we return to this area we would definitely book this house again!

Nice house in a great location. Quiet neighborhood and you can hear the river from outside. The river trail behind the house is lovely. The house was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

Was okay. The area was beautiful
The area was beautiful. But no more than two cars can fit in the driveway. The place was Surface clean but there were gobs of hair in both bathrooms on main floor. We dropped something down one of the couch cushions and when I took the cushions off to look for it there was all kinds of food. There were 4 bikes but you could only ride 2, the other two had flat tires. There was plenty of room and we had 10 people. Lots of sleeping space, lots of blankets, mostly crappy pillows. It was so nice out we had the door and patio doors open, no bugs! We wanted to open the windows to but most we had to pull and pull to open. Once we got them opened there was a wonderful breeze. Lot of stuff for kids to do and no tv in the main living area made it nice for a quiet spot to read. It was nice that the pantry had so many spices to cook with. Hot tub was wonderful. Overall it’s a beautiful spacious place but I don’t know why you have to pay such a high cleaning fee because it was cleaner when we left than when we got there. If you have a large group it’s nice for that. The grill was nice to have but it hadn’t been cleaned either. There was construction right next door so it was loud and they parked all along the street so it made it difficult for us to get in and out of the driveway, we had a large van
4.0
Nice home, conveniently located.
We had a very nice stay in Keystone. The house easily accomodated our families and was supplied with all the necessities. We had an issue with a leaky sink that was addressed in a timely manner, given it was a holiday weekend. Not sure if the owners recycle, but no clear trash bin designated for recycling. We would definitely recommend this property to any of our friends traveling to keystone!
