I would definitely go again.

It was close to the subway, it was really nice and clean. The staff were kind, it was quiet. Actually it was my second time staying there. I’ve had two totally different style rooms and both just as lovely.

There were no straighteners but that’s not really a bad thing.

The location is a bit far away from tourist area, but the surrounding is easy to find food.

It's pretty good place, no much to complain.

Superb

The hotel is really nice. The service was great. The room was clean. The location is pretty nice, not far from the subway.

sound insulation is pretty bad. You can hear noises from other rooms and from the outside (even though we lived on 11th floor)

Great stay with small children

The room was nice. We had enough room to add a baby crib so we could all stay in the same room (2 toddlers with us), a double and a twin bed. It's pretty decently insulated, only Saturday night was noisy all night long, but not the other nights. Their breakfast was 9,000won per person (free under 5 or 6 years old) and it was a very decent, generous and varied breakfast: continental and Korean options (see pictures). Free parking is always a plus. Very close to subway.

It is always about 30 to 45min transportation to get to most main attractions. Which is a good thing, only difficult with small children! The shower would run down the drain under the sink and would wet the whole bathroom floor. I do remember reading in the comments about how hard the beds were. We like firm beds but I have to admit, those are definitely on the firmer side!

Not satisfied with the AC control and toilet water pressure problem.

Overall is good, location, staff, facilities.

You cant control the AC by yourself, you have to call the front desk if you want to turn it on/ off, adjust the temperature every time, which is time consuming. Also, the room I stayed on 10F, the water pressure of the toilet is very bad, even the tissue cannot flow away. hope the hotel can fix the toilet problem this is important.

Very good

We stayed in the family suite, which was perfect for us. The kids loved the bunk bed. The room also had international outlets, so it was very convenient for international travelers.

Great find in Busan

Location: close to shops, subway and bus station, restaurants. Room is large, very clean with comfortable bed Bathroom has all the necessary ameneties and is also spotless. Excellent choice in Busan. I would gladly return to this hotel.

Nice spacious hotel room

Nice spacious room with comfortable beds. The room was generally clean and we had a nice view. The hotel staff was also friendly and helpful.

There were few hairs on the bathroom floor, but the rest was quite clean.
