Lovely Victorian house
Couldn’t get virgin handset to work

The space to host a large group of people is great, however the unit does not measure up to the pictures. The house is in need of a good clean and some TLC.
One of the guests were bitten by what was diagnosed as bed bugs.

We stayed here for work purposes and couldn't have asked for lodgings. The rooms are fantastic and airy and the living areas were more than adequate.
Absolutely spot on!

Very clean

good size
poorly presented based on it being advertised as an executive property.
Old cheap furniture that was broken in many places, what looked like baby cockroaches in the bedsheets, house had to be fumigated during stay which meant I couldn’t access the house for 8+ hours. Microwave was corroded on the door and inside. Oven tray in the oven from previous guests that wasn’t cleaned. Moisture staining and holes in the ceiling in the dining room. staining in the downstairs bedroom. broken lamp shades and some with bulbs missing. I sure there is more, I could go on! Have too many photos to be able to add to the 4 options here.

close to train station and city centre
I see few ghost in the house, scared a bit but is ok,

Good location
Beds quite uncomfortable.

Good location. Comfy beds. Good sized oven and hob.
Floors and outside patio area had not cleaned. Hoover was broken. Only 2 slots of the 4 slot toaster worked. Light in shower did not work. Shower door did not close properly. Broken tiles in the main bathroom.

Location.
Shower flooded so went and bought some drain un-blocker after three attempts managed to clear it.
Beds smelt like the sheets hadn’t been washed in a long time.
The general cleanliness of the house was terrible and the cooker required a serious clean before any food could be prepared.
Please note!!! There is student or emergency housing directly next door and they sit out the front of the house till the early hours smoking Canabis and it simply stinks!!! Every night we were there.
Owner - sell the house or get it cleaned and have a word with the neighbours. Not worth the money at all.

AVOID!!! One of the beds was broken, and therefore we had to book another hotel for one person. We contacted the property and they promised to give us a refund of £60 as the bed was broken. We sent them several messages, and they kept promising we would get the refund. After a while when we still hadn't received it, they told us we would need to contact Booking.com to get the refund, and they told us this property had no intentions of giving us the refund. Booking.com then told us there was nothing they could do about this so we never received it.

Close to town. Parking. Shower
2 broken beds. Oven doesnt work. Dirty. Food up walls and ceiling. Sideboards in kitchen are sticky. One bedroom door only opens from the outside. Lots of little bits need fixing or repainting

Large, spacious house, adequately furnished, lots of space with great parking outside (fits 3 cars), great garden, was clean; if I was paying half the price, say £150 or so, it would be great value.
This is not an executive house. Its a bog-standard ex-private rental house turned Airbnb. It comes nowhere close to executive accommodation (which is a phrase misused a lot on here). The standard was very basic, not at all above standard; in some cases its below standard:
Serious issues:
-single bed in twin room was broken--complained, told would be looked at...
-poorly lit, dim lights everywhere, unsuited to size of property, problematic at night
-None of the curtains were suitable, they were thin, no good for blocking out light. No curtains one some windows in bedrooms (sofa bedroom)
-mattresses battered
-exposed light in the shower
Minor issues
-TV did not work

Bare floor boards throughout which could do with a good clean. Sticky through out. Same with carpet on stairs and hall could do with Hoover at least deep clean needed. Stained and dirty.
Busy main road behind property. Noisy day and night. Not as described.

Large beautiful old house in a good central location. Lots of space for myself and my colleagues and good cooking facilities.
A couple of minor issues with the previous guests leaving the property untidy but the hosts was quick at rectifying thank you

The house is beautiful. Spacious, full of character, lovely garden.
The location is perfect, with a walk into town literally taking a few minutes. I found lovely places nearby to go running. The town is very pretty. This house made a perfect base for my holiday.

It's a large, spacious property close to the train station and the town centre and we were impressed by the quality of the fresh linen in the rooms. We enjoyed Andover and had some good walks in the countryside. The Griled Cheese Cafe in the town centre is also a must visit.
Intending to get away for a few days with our (infant) daughter, we found this property on Booking.com based on keyword searches of highchairs and cots. It didn't turn out as advertised or expected. I sent 2 emails to them asking to confirm that they had both the highchair and the cot ready to go, only to be told (as we were leaving home) that they don't have a child's high chair. They are advertised on their listing (the high chair is still there too, even though they said they'd correct it when challenged and said it was a mistake) - literally one of the reasons we choose them.
We turned around and picked up our daughter's highchair from home, and arrived at the property to put our her down for her nap - later than usual, due to the 2pm checkin time.
Upon arrival there was no cot at the premises, resulting in a very grumpy daughter who didn't get her nap. Calling the listed number I repeatedly hit voicemail, but thankfully sourced the number of a manager who questioned as to whether I had asked for the cot. We'd done this twice. Eventually it appeared at 5pm as we contemplated cancelling our holiday to head home. Our daughter didn't get her afternoon nap.
The property itself is amateurly maintained and really quite ramshackle, which is a real shame as it has clear potential. There is at least one missing fence panel, the bannisters are flimsy (we didn't let our daughter near them) and one of the bedrooms even had a random piece of metal sticking out of a bedside table - thankfully we weren't using this room, still our daughter ran in there and could have been hurt. Also most doors don't properly close (meaning we had to lock our daughter into the room she was in) and cupboards are missing handles (due to Covid-19 we asked that this was repaired after we left, but it should have been done before we arrived).

All of it was great, lovely garden, great house.
It was all good, great house, great location, lots to do outside Andover, lovely lakes about a mile away from the house. Great for a walk if you take a dog. Supermarkets 5 minutes walk as well as town centre.

Very nice size bedrooms. There is everything in the house you need for your stay. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms,
There was a dog hair under the couches from the previous guests. There is need of bit TLC in the house.
