I find it hard to sleep in a strange bed, but slept very well in this one. 10/10 for comfort
The bathroom had not been cleaned from the last customer who stayed in that room.
The breakfast was awful. Tinned fruits for breakfast !!!
3.0
cooked breakfast, staff cooked a fresh egg for me when asked
Noisy doors in hallway, banging all the time and kept awake. dirty bath panel with dirt all along the panel. lumpy mattress. smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom. no restaurant open. no fruit at breakfast. thin walls between rooms so could hear other people.

The staff here were lovely, couldn't do enough to make our stay nice, they gave me an extra duvet to try to help comfort, breakfast was freshly cooked and all staff encountered so polite and friendly, location is beautiful, plenty of car spaces. Dining room clean and all tables cleared and cleaned very fast in between customers. rooms tidy and clean. Garden area looked lovely for warmer months and views from the upstairs windows glorious. Rooms warm and in our triple room the addition of a small table and chair was much appreciated.
The beds were like sleeping on slabs, such a shame as they looked cosy and comfy, we had a double room with two beds and a triple with a double and a single, all the same comfort level of zero, struggled to sleep and back aching even now, even a mattress topper would cushion it better than nothing. The other thing that made my son nervous, especially on a noisy night was the fact the outer door wasnt secure, no lock, anyone can walk in from the car park without a room key and have access to the corridors and rooms. Was unsettling.

Nice sized room, friendly staff, a hassle free stay, onsite bar was also a bonus.
Just dont park under the tree's, car covered in bird poop the following morning.

Room clean and adequate size; Lovely fluffy towels ; digital alarm clock supplied;
Plumbing noisy, adjoining guests even more so; staff unsympathetic ;
Bed very firm

Albeit a budget hotel, no excuses for state of the mattress. Old, uncomfortable and dipped in middle!!!

Everything was fine and very good value.Breakfast was quite good but could have been improved with some fruit.
Obviously it isn’t a 5 Star hotel. Considering the cost this hotel has been excellent.

the property was in a nice location
the door was hanging off leaving us feeling very insecure that anyone could walk in during the night.

Well organised and friendly service
3.0
The room was quiet and there wasn't any mould. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We didn't like the radiator which didn't work. We didn't like the spiders or the cobwebs in the corners of the room. We didn't like the TV which persistently pixelated and broke up - in two different rooms. We didn't like the shower which flipped from hot to cold. We didn't like making tea and finding there was no milk in the room.

large rooms clean friendly staff
Water in shower was too hot unable to control heat settings on shower

Good wifi and mobile telephone reception.
Location is a little too dislocated.

We didn’t have breakfast, chose to eat elsewhere. Seems like a very transient hotel, not for families or pleasure, business hotel only.
Bedding and towels were clean and staff very pleasant.
Exceptionally thin hotel walls, our next door neighbour kept us awake for a lot of the night and conducted his business calls all day in his room, which we heard almost ever word.

Parking was good, on site and free. Room was brightly lit, ideal for working.
The room and bed were tired, but functional.

I stayed in an executive room and was very pleased with the size of the room and the facilities. It was also lovely and warm on a cold night. The bed was massive and i slept very well.
I was a bit miffed that the restaurant was closed, so I had to go out and get a take away for dinner.

room was adequate size, bed comfortable
location (top of a hill) insufficient lighting on driveway so hard to walk on in dark . generally looking unloved and tired hotel. breakfast room like a roadside cafe

Nice building. Friendly staff
Understand not peak season but would have been good to have food available in the evening even if just room service.

Excellent, accommodating staff. Nice quiet location.
Hotel seems like it could do with a little freshen up for decor, double glazing etc.

I liked the facilities in the room - hairdryer, iron and ironing board, TV with sleep function, dressing table/desk and mirrors and the option of having a bath or shower in the bathroom. The bed was comfy.
The radiators were not working in the part of the hotel where I stayed and the only heating in my room was from the air conditioning unit. And the noise!! People going up and down the staircase and fire doors banging at all times of the day and night. My quality of sleep was very poor.
