Disappointing

We liked the location, which was wonderful. The person which we talked with was nice and friendly.

The property does not look like in the pictures anymore, here I recommend to the owner to maintain the building and garden. There was a not so nice smell outside, sometimes came to our balcony + the room was not clean, we had found many hair on the floor, and the pillow was smelling a little not so nice!

Exceptional

Great location! The sea is right next to the yard. Thanks to the friendly host Giannis! The room had everything we needed, even fumigators against mosquitoes. I recommend! Mr. Giannis is always nearby, helps with any questions, even recommended a service for our car and took us there. We will be happy to come again!

Exceptional

Amazing view. Great host. Beautiful private beach. Went at the end of May and it was so quiet and peaceful.. exceptional views and really lovely host. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nice sea view with good kitchen

Nice view from the balcony. I love the white walls and the plenty of kitchen utilities. We got additional bed with no problems.

We couldn't find the conditioner control - it was rather sneezy

Great location with polite hosts, but needs repairment.

Great place, great property, polite hosts.

Outdated base in need of repair, mosquito nets with holes, clouds of mosquitoes, so you must be prepared. Unusable, moldy wardrobe, old joinery, without any sound insulation.

Room was really old ...old furniture, shower wasnt working properly , not so clean...

We were in the second row of apartment building, and the balcony was large with nice panoramic view of the sea.

Decorative pillows and bedspreads had very bad and unpleasant smell. Kitchen was minimally equipped, so preparing simple pasta was very challenging.

Pleasant

The size of the rooms was nice. The view to the sea was wonderful.

The bath and the kitchen needs update. Mosquitoes were a bit annoying, treatment is required.

Great location and terrace view

Extremely great location. There is a small private beach in front of the property. Every beaches in a walk distance are with pebbles. We was on the second floor and view is just like the picture. Terrace is quite big. The windows doesn't have a net for mosquitoes and there's a lot. There's a small shop in 100m and some restaurants

If you like to get to know locals, this is your place to be.

Hosts are lovely, even the cleaning lady who I can not remember her name is surely an angel. For an evening view we luckily got the upper floors. But If you fancy the garden, take the lowers. End of the island, so if you like nature and running you will love it. And by nature I mean hidden bays and lots of olive and pine.

The sea slowly gains back what belongs to it, so the end of the garden is falling down, the beach is a bit small. Lots of jelly fish, and they really do not care about you want to avoid them. Arms, legs red even after 4 weeks. Take cider or antigen, so you suffer less. It is really annoying to dress up like you entering the northern sea to protect yourself. Greece seemingly has less care about nature than Sweden, as trash can be found in spots in the nature. Old furniture, fridge, construction materials, and so on. Even on the most remote bays you can only get there by climbing on rocks, or by boat. Sad that even in Europe we are facing this.

Cozy summer vacation by the beach

I liked that the apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had facilities like refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner and a large balcony. Very near to the property there are 2 super markets and a great tavern(Kapetanios) with delicious fresh fish and seafood. A great plus is Loutra beach which can be quickly accessed from the property just by descending the stairs. Our host, Yanis, has helped us with great advice about local attractions.

Exceptional value for money!

The sea views are just amazing! The quality of the beds and mattresses is really good, it is obvious that this property takes the relaxation of its customers seriously. We stayed in five different properties in the area over these years but this one seems to be a great choice. The apartment is very quiet and it is located in the center of Loutra, everything is in a short distance away. The stuff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was clean but the design was old, a modern design would be better.

Disappointing

Ianis was helpful and kind

The pictures of the hotel are misleading and do not correspond to the reality. The building, the surroundings and the room are not maintained and do not match the presentation in booking.

What a find! Lovely host, great room and awesome scenery.

The host could not have been nicer, thank you so much Yanis! The sheets were the crispest I have felt in years. The location is great, a private beach steps below and lovely landscaping. Balconies on both sides of the room.

The ac is in the living room and not in the bedroom. We just kept the door open and it kept us cool all night.

Location, view, easy parking

Killing 67 mosquitoes all night long is not fun. Windows were closed. Something could have been arranged for this common problem here.

Rom still have a nice view over the see Staff is super ok

Property is probably split in 2 buildings. The one I stay was not on the see side or on the location that Booking.com is presented. Toilets smells badly & shower is unpractical.

Family apartment close to the beach.

Spacious rooms with nice view to the sea. We had apartment in the building in the front of the beach with big balcony. Clean and comfort beds and a kitchen with the basic facilities.

No aircondition in the bedroom. A shower curtain is necessary.
