Amazing view of Mont Blanc. Lovely modern apartment.
Nothing.

We had a great Holliday stay. The accommodation was wonderful. The apartment was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
There were no electric chargers for electric cars in the building

Great location, with easy access to the slopes, shops & restaurants. Spacious & comfortable Demi-Chalet with amazing views over Mont Blanc, and lovely helpful staff. Loved coming back to relax in the spa after a day of skiing.
Only let downs were that the hot tub was out of order and the TV apps weren’t working so weren’t able to relax in front of a film.

A really beautiful place to spend time with the family, enjoy the sight-seeing and relax. It is also very close to the bus station that gets you to the ski domain.

Location is just perfect, views are amazing. The entire hotel has everything what you need! Everything is clean, well maintained and staff is super friendly and helpful. It is one of the best places I have stayed so far.

Very strategic location. Close to Megève, Chamonix and Genève. There was no snow so we had to improvise to get the best out of it. We've visited these places. Even Courmayeur was close by. The apartment was nice, clean and had all you need for 2-4 people. All the apartments seems to have Mont-Blanc view which was cool. We loved the common area, Nespresso coffee at the reception at any time and the swimming pool/sauna/hamam with its amazing Mont-Blanc view.

Great location near several ski areas. Appartment was comfortable, warm and very clean. Staff were very friendly and happy to help.
Shame the hot tub was out of service.

it was exceptional! very specious, but we took an apartment for 6 people although we were parents with 2 kids. We had 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was with basic equipment, the fridge was big and had also freezer. there was also a dishwasher. The pool was nice but crowded only with kids. for us it was ok, since we had 2 on our own;) but no space for the grown-ups to swim. maybe during the day, when kids were on the ski slopes. at the reception the personal was very nice and helpful with the information. there was also a possibility to use Nespresso machine, which we did every morning, since in the app there was only filter coffee. the apartment had a magnificent view on Mont Blanc. the terrace was also very spacious and well protected from wind with perfect view. We hope to return maybe even in summer.
whirlpool was not working, as well heating in one bathroom. Beds were not best quality, also not the pillows

Great Aparthotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Beautiful location with amazing mountain view.
Apartment very straight forward, no frills but includes all you require for a reasonable price.

The location is fantastic and the views to Mont Blanc are spectacular. Loved sitting on the balcony looking over to the mountains. The pool was really nice too. Staff were all friendly and helpful. It is on a great location only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Combloux where you can buy amazing croissants from the bakery.
Everything was great.

The location was excellent, the views were stunning, and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It was very helpful having car parking. We loved being able to use the swimming pool and sauna.
sadly the jacuzzi was not working and it would be nice to be able to use the swimming pool and sauna later than 7.30pm as it gets busy after skiing between 4.30-7.30 with young children, maybe 7.30-8.30 pm could be adults only?

Great location, very nice facilities.
I was travelling with a group of friends from Singapore who had to cancel because of covid restrictions. I emailed the property to ask if I could cut the stay short two days and they said no problem. Only to arrive at the property to find out that they wouldn't offer any money back for the extra nights I was giving up. Even vouchers would have been ok as I would have happily come back to the property. Just really disappointing given the circumstances.

Kids playroom
Pool and amenities
coffee/tea by the reception (only limited time)
- We had to clean the kitchen prior to the departure ourselves and throw all rubbish out (very inconvenient). Not sure if I see a note of this in the booking.
- The laundry room is very handy but it is almost impossible to find coins to work it out! I wish the reception would keep some change or a machine for coins.
- The parking should have better labelled walls (highlighters and such), as the grey single colour walls cause accidents whilst parking...

Very convenient location as not only close to lifts, but bus accessible (for lifts) and close to village of Combloux. Also indoor parking - a bit tight, but I got my XC90 in no problem with ski rack. Also saw another XC90 with a roof box.
There are just two observations. First, you are required to clean the kitchen before you leave and remove the bed sheets and put them in a pile with the used towels. All fine, but this is a four star location so why the need to clean the kitchen. I know owners in the property and this was not the case previously. When you stay in a place like this the kitchen should be cleaned. Second, less of an issue, and common in such blocks, but there is no washing machine in the flat. So you have to wash clothes in the basement for E6 a wash. And there are just two machines. Not a deal breaker and overall an excellent place with very friendly staff. But for E2000 a week during half term, why the need to clean a kitchen and strip sheets? Seems petty.

The size and the view of the apartment was absolutely great. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.
The kitchen equipment was not totally clean when we arrive. I understand that this part is to be done by the renter but a double check by the staff in between 2 renters would be appreciated.

Great spacious apartment with nice views of Mont Blanc.

The staff was very helpful and sociable. We were not sure if we would manage to arrive during check-in time so we called them and they solved the problem. The location was the top one, with a perfect view from the hotel to Mont Blanc. There are nice restaurants within minutes from the hotel as well as some boulangeries (where we bought freshly baked croissants in the morning) and a mini supermarket Casino (there is big one only around a 6-7 m. drive from the hotel) Another huge advantage was the closeness (a 5 minute walk) to the waterhole biotope (a natural swimming pool with a direct view to Mont Blanc). Only 5 EU pp per day and you can leave it to have lunch and then return for another swim. We found the town of Combloux excellent for hiking trips. We took one, covering 12 km over the hills and that was tough enough. Combloux is a perfect place to go on sightseeing tours around (around 30 min to Chamonix to visit Aiguille du Midi and Montenvers mer de glace).
As for the hotel itself, it consists of apartments and chalets. We lived in an apartment (one bedroom). The car was parked in the underground parking which was super as those 7 days in Combloux were unusually hot. The apartment was a very light one, clean, with a fully-equipped kitchen (no meals at the hotel). We had a huge balcony where we had breakfast each morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The bathroom and the toilet were separate, the rain head shower was spacious.
We will definitely return to the same hotel and highly recommend it to other tourists.
No complaints.
