Comfortable and close to main shopping and beaches

Close to main areas that I needed to visit, quiet from other residents and vehicle noise.

Tight carparking spaces, ideal for a small car but a medium to larger vehicle they are too tight.

We were only there one night however the room was clean and comfortable considering the price. We would consider staying

Location in the city. Not too far from Spirit o Tasmania terminal.

I got a zap from a switch in bathroom. I contacted the manager and he apologised and said they would get someone out to investigate. Not sure what the outcome was.

Great value for money and good clean facilities

The communication regarding check in was excellent. The property was very good value for money and the room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a one night stay especially on a budget.

This accommodation was great. We arrived after dark but found it with no worries. The room was clean and the amenities were good with everything a kitchen requires.

Perfect communication and everything easy so I could just sleep well.

Great friendly communication from the property and it felt like real people, not just a business.

Alarms kept going off all night, but neighbouring alarms, not the accomodation.

The night curtain didn’t cover enough and left a sizeable gap for the light outside to get in. Not good for light sleeper

Overall, my stay was very good, as it always has been at this location.

I like the welcoming apartment feel. The location is convenient. Suits my needs when I cam visiting family in the area.

The faucet in the kitchen sink needs to be repaired. I was uncomfortable for a couple of nights with the activity going on next door, (which was disruptive), but you can’t control other people’s behaviour.

Excellent clean quiet accommodation in the heart of Geelong, with easy booking.

Clean comfortable accommodation close to town centre, and easy access to the beach.

There was a noisy fan in the toilet that needs replacing.

Plain on the outside not much to desire on the inside but location is key

Bathroom had mould behind toilet, cracked toilet seat, rust in the bath, bath shower combo outdated and slippery, fridge made terrible noise, the bed was so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on the floor and checking out early. Contacted management who said they would check on it. Not a word back. Cobwebs everywhere, garden definitely needed maintenance, for the price paid to stay I expected a bit more comfort

Clean, comfortable and convenient stay in Geelong. Highly recommend.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with everything you need for self-catering. It was conveniently located to central Geelong, within walking distance to everything. We would definitely use the accommodation if we visit Geelong again. Thanks again for a great stay.

Great location.

The king-sized bed was really comfortable. Beautiful linen and thick, fluffy towels. New carpet gave the main room a lovely, cared for feel. The location was excellent and easy to find, and there was free parking just out the front.

Sadly, the bathroom was pretty dismal with the shower over the bath very disappointing. Way too old even to the point of being unsafe as the bathtub is very narrow and the (half) screen door was not stable nor waterproof. The water pressure was very poor. The kitchen was ok - clean and functional.

disappoited in bed and not having working jug

close to facielities easy to park and enter could walk to shops and waterfront close to Geelong Centre .Quite at night only 3 other units so wasnt noisy and quite and in good area .

having 2 single beds made into double i have bursatis in my hips so very hard for me to get any sleep as kept getting stuck between 2 beds .Thought would have been nicer to have flannette sheets for winter ..Also jug wasnt working so had to use a pot to heat everything up .Also light kept flashing on fire alarm .

Excellent accomodation for a short stay and room was set up well.

Central to locations in Geelong, bed was comfortable and place was very clean.

Only thing is pillows need to be updated and window in bathroom didn’t close.
