Very good

Near to everything. Two grocery stores and a pharmacy just there. Superb view at the Panorama restaurant.

The spaces are smaller than they look on photos. The soap dispenser was broken, and the soap was spilling over the floor. Also, the soap is not hypoallergenic. No soap or shampoo or conditioner at the bathroom. They contacted me and this was told to them. Hope they make some changes, I really would come back. We loved the area, full of all types of businesses.

staff was excellent location was great, fantastic job serving our every need.

Room next door smelled like marijuana was being smoked, complaints were made nothing was done about it.

it’s pretty good place to stay for a couple of nights.

the view from the restaurant is good. clean room. staff is friendly and help in everything.

the only one socket for two person near the one bed, second bed without socket. the noise from the street. we stayed at the 6th floor and it was pretty noisy (nose from the car)

RUN AWAY... FAKE PEOPLE. GREEDY MANAGEMENT

Nothing They are greedy management waiting for grab money from you if you are a tourist visiting Bogota. I like to leave the hotel at the earlier

1) poor customer service 2) they will charge you extra if you are tourist 3) management is fraud and like asking more money for everything eventhough you booked and paid everything 4) No working lifts and asked to carry luggage for 7-8 flooe 5) pathetic customer service 6) charged for a small mark on bedsheets which was normally washable sheets. Run away..

The worst hotel

Is the worst hotel that I've been in Bogota. If I could give ---1 I will. I found the restroom totally without clean, Tv didnt work, didnt have A/C, the facilities didnt have hot water,so I had to take shower with cold water; in the bed I found some hairs from last guest. It means that room,they didnt clean during many days and even telling to the staff they didnt change me to other room Is the worst hotel everr !!!! Is really disgusting. Absolutely never back

The location was really good. The breakfast excellent. The staff is really kind and always trying to help.

They don't have wifi in the rooms, it is really bad that. Also they need to put more charging sockets for the rooms, there was only one in the bathroom.

Place was clean, but not much more to say positive about it

There was no WiFi at all the entire stay, and being from a foreign country we could not use our cellphones without buying a lot of data costing us over $100USD. We stayed 3 nights their and on the first night the staff told us they would have it fixed the next morning…3 days later they didn’t seem to care that we didn’t have wifi. The restaurant in the hotel completely didn’t give me my meal, but still charged me so I had to dispute that also. Overall just poor experience staying there
